Great place. Stayed there twice about a week apart. It's a little cramped on the roadways through the campground, and some sites are smaller than others. The first site I had was somewhat smaller, but the last site was huge. The campground has a gas station across the street, which is both handy and a nuisance. It also sits on the main drag so if your site is near the front, there's a noise.

Staff was wonderful and it was a great summer getaway great hiking right from the campground! They pack a lot of campers into the campground so some of the RV spaces are a bit tight for large RV’s. Overall it was great and we will visit again.

I have been coming here for years. They have made some nice improvements over the last 2 years. Very dog friendly.

Clean and quiet sites. The bathrooms are old and rundown. The showers were small. Definitely time to refresh the bathrooms.

We only had one issue. When we went to dump our waist tank, the dump site at our campsite had been plugged. Called to have it fixed and they had a plumber come out and took care of it. Although it was not a great thing to happen, you guys took care of it as quickly as possible. I want to give Ginger some kudos for doing a great job.

I was disappointed in the kitchen having no oven and a stove with burners too small to fit the pots. Staff was wonderful and responded quickly to any requests.

Stayed in same spaces as last visit.. loved them. Bathrooms need cleaned/updated. Laundry area was great. Advertising delivery of ice/firewood but you have to go to the office and pay first. Employees say there is a handheld cc machine but not allowed to use it. Cash should be easy if they have the right controls. Maintenance guys are terrific. Employees should be allowed to accept tips.

We had a beautiful,clean campsite. The staff was friendly and helpful.The dog park was large and clean. The store was well stocked. We will definitely be back again.

Beautiful scenery, just very tight spaces. No privacy whatsoever. No ADA accessibility in showers for wheelchair users. Staff was incredible.

Very nice stay. The staff was wonderful. We particularly appreciated the extended hours in August that enabled us to check-in face-to-face with campground staff. One thing that would be helpful is better signage trying to exit the campground. We found ourselves taking the grand tour trying to find our way out!

Terrible park for larger rv's! Couldn't even get into our pull thru site. Had to call office, drive around park via tiny bumpy roads. Sites close together and some have steep approach. This is a camground intended for small rv's. Check in is late at 3PM, most rv parks 1 or 2. Will never stay here again!!! Staff very nice.

The breakers were so old the amp numbers on the breakers were barely visible and the 30 amp plastic plug in the box was cracked. The worse part was how small the spaces were. Barely any room between campers. Very unappealing. We have been to many other KOAs for comparison and this place by far was the worse.

Stay was fine. Resort was clean, people were friendly. Had to change spots three times before we found one we fit in. Had to pay for upgrade spot

extended our stay from 6 days to 9 but due to unexpected circumstances had to leave but could not get a refund on last day even though the park was not busy and would not have caused a loss of rental income

I had a pleasant 4 day stay in one of the simple cabins ccc08. Backed up to a nice trail system full of bird and other wildlife. Say a jackrabbits, squirrels and deer. MT Elbin looming and catching the morning sunshine very nicely. The ground are very well kept with many activities for young families. Lots of shade on the grounds. The staff was very pleasant. And really helpful

If you value your safety do not stay in this campground. Campsites are so narrow we had 4" front of our steps to maneuver. There are no flat spaces in the sites. There are only rocks & more rocks;slopes with rocks rolling out from under your feet as you try to descend which is the only way you can get to your table. I did not visit the public wash facilities, which my husband described as grimy.

The check in policy is not in line with industry standard. Unspoken RV rule is not to ve before 2pm and never set up camp in the dark. Check in of 3pm is antithetical. Making an "exception" for 1pm isn't any better and certainly making a repeat guest block traffic for an hour while I stare at my empty TENT site waiting to 1pm to check in is absurd. You are in the hospitality business. Show some

Wonderful overnight - camping for 1 night is a lot of work - KOA has a "GLAMPING" option that was perfect for our 1-night stay! The bed was so cozy, the room/tent was incredibly clean, & we loved spending time walking the grounds/playing at the park & jump-pad. The only "negative" were the front desk welcome staff. I think you can be more friendly to your happy campers. Regardless, 10/10!!!

Beautiful campground along the pine trees. Nice large sites. My only negative would be the showers. Shower head was 12” below the top of my head. Need to raise up to at least 7 feet so I don’t have to squat to wash my hair

Everyone was very helpful. Loved the site. Only thing if you have a big rig it could be tight. Some people parking are not completely in their sight and its tight even before trying to avoid their vehicles.

We received great customer service at check in. The men’s bathroom smelled like mold and needed better ventilation. It smelled not clean.

It is a great campground surrounded by pine trees and mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms could use some updates, but were clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this campground and would like to stay again.

Someone was parked in our assigned site upon arrival. Our site was skinny (81), if we would have had a campfire we would have melted our neighbors camper. Roadways were very skinny and poorly maintained. Had full hookups. Jump pad and playground was nice for the kids. Would not stay here again.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
