Kat was fantastic! She understands customer service and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I’ve learned over the years it’s OK to ask … the worse they can say is “No”. But Kat said “I can do that” with a smile. Our site for our 2nd night was much better and we so appreciate her taking the time to make that happen.

We only stayed one night cuz we were traveling through however the men's bathroom needs an exhaust fan system totally rebuilt and increased in size the men's bathroom smelled terrible and the showers are really small.

Nice park but we arrived after dark and there is very minimal lighting- I under stand wanting to keep limited but this was DARK and made it almost impossible to find our site-

It was convenient to Flagstaff. Great access to hiking and biking trails. Restrooms were clean but there were some washers and dryers that were out of order with some had no signs.

Needed to do several errands in Flagstaff. The staff at the KOA allowed us to check in early so we could go about our tasks and not have to check for availability. This was a last minute change in our plans. Thank you KOA Flagstaff AZ for you compassion and kindness.

This KOA does not allow early check-in and there was a very long line of RVs waiting to check in at 3:00. The campground felt very cramped with small roads and tight turns.

Pros: Staff is very friendly. Bathrooms are clean and there are many. Dog park is nice. Location is convenient. Cons: Sites need at least gravel instead of dirt and some sort of barrier between each other as they are close together.

Our site was too small (81) ,no sewer, no pool... Grass was not cut, water was dropping from the valve...

Water faucets leaked. Bathrooms needed to be updated. 2 toilets in men’s side were plugged up. The camp sink near us had no hot water. It seemed like the goal was to fit in as many camping spots as possible. I Felt the acreage was overcrowded. Employees were very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future. Bathrooms/showers were very clean, store was well stocked with a variety of goods. Service was great. Our campsite was pretty close to the road, but not too noisy when sleeping. Nice playground and dog park for those with pets and kids. Camp spots a little close together and bathrooms were further away.

Average KOA. Love the trails that are close by. Staff is friendly and helpful. In need of a bit of a facelift overall, dumpster was overflowing. Had some trouble with water because the water to our site was controlled by hydrant at another site and it kept getting turned off.

It was only a 1 night stay. Check in and out process was easy. The glamping tent was secure, although the zippers were a bit hard to open/close at times, and kept out almost all light. We had the tent closest to bathroom which was both good/not good as the smells wafted over a few times in the evening. It had a mini fridge/Keurig with pods/fans/heater/ comfy bed! 1st time glamping, would do again!

Lots are not level, and they put us in a lot that was very small. Very close together. There are nice lots but when we complained they put us right next to the road so we had no place to sit. It was clean and quiet. A lot of dirt.

My stay was okay. I realize putting in new cabins will bring in revenue to update the bathroom and sites but not worth the stay. Staff were excellent! The ground around my site was all powdery dirt, basically no gravel and very uneven. The bathrooms were okay; clean but really old! Trash bin was an overflowing, a health hazard and a horrible site! Fir the same price I’ve stayed at much nicer KOA

Employees were great, very friendly and helpful. The price was a little high $85 a night with no septic hook up. It was very clean, the sites are very tight and the guy next to us was constantly smoking weed so made our camper smell, we couldn’t open our windows. I would have given a 5 if not for the neighbor, tight sites and the over pricing.

The rating is based on the bathrooms. It had a smell in the women’s bathroom and one stall was out of paper. The men’s was out of toilet paper 1 stall 2 days. The woman working the Front desk was very polite and friendly. The ground person was also accommodating. The site itself was good electric and water. The campground was convenient for travelers.

Staff was friendly and professional. Site was un-level side-to-side and front-to-back. Site was mainly dust and dirt with some gravel. Restrooms were clean, but toilet rarely made a full exchange. We were on the front row, and there was considerable road noise. Overall, this KOA is location, location, location…

It was a shared water with the next campsite and they put their dog fence around it. Sincebwe were only staying one night I just had them turn the water on so we could shower and fill the tank and turn it back off but very inconvient.

Drove up from the Valley to escape the record high temps on March 2026. Staff was super helpful and grounds were nice.

Sites are uneven and very compact. Very noisy from the street. Too much dirt and dust and sites are just not maintained very well. The roads have potholes and are a challenge to navigate through. We almost bottomed out getting into our site wish I could give it better review. Also came home with a truck and 30 ft airstream covered in tree sap. A fair warning of that would have been considerate

I’ve stayed here before and chose it because of the wooded feel; this time I was assigned a newly built site that lacked charm. It was not wide enough to comfortably sit out , the grading was sliding near the hook ups and it felt hastily constructed. Perfect ! Rocks were a little slick , didn’t seem compacted. There was a big rock blocking our path in , we were able to roll it to the side. Didn’t give us enough room to turn with the location of the water faucet.

Campground is very conveniently located to many activities and shopping. Visited the National Momuments which were fantastic. It is on historic Route 66! The campground is a very nice crampground. They are in the process of upgrading some of their sites and cabins. Laundry and restrooms clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This campsite was amazing. Our site was clean with a spot for our tent that was flat and padded with mulch/woodchips. The fire pit was on a brick patio making it nice to set up chairs. The bathrooms/showers had a heater on at night, had cold & hot water, and were cleaned daily. Both the bathrooms and laundry room were near our site. They also had lots of activities for the kids to do. Loved it!

Reminded me why we stopped staying in KOAs a decade ago. Bathrooms were gross, traffic noise was loud, dog poop in our site and tufts of dog fur allover, along with tumbleweeds and weeds. Also noticed that other sites were gravel but ours was dirt and got all of our gear dirty.

I rented a spot for $87 that was supposed to include a 30A hookup, water, sewer. It was a crooked spot, hard to back in, no water was on site. The electrical was there, but one water hookup was 7 feet away behind trees and hooked to another camper, the other was on the other side of the lot and used by a camper. They didn’t leave me a map, had no bathroom code or WiFi code.

The roads in the park are narrow and desperately need to be repaired, not big rig friendly. Our site was uneven and was dirt not gravel making it difficult to keep the coach clean. Great location but under maintained.

The campground has changed ownership so it's currently being renovated. Therefore, there was a lot of work going on. Some dirt blowing around and the smell of asphalt. I am happy that they stayed open since I had a reservation versus closing to do all these renovations. So I understand all these factors. It's going to be a fantastic place when it's done. I would communicate the construction.

Unfortunately, we had to change sites because they were doing construction beside our site. They were using the jackhammer right beside our trailer. I understand when you’re upgrading, but please leave room between sites. They were kind enough to give us another site, but that meant hooking up and moving. I’m sure in the end it will be beautiful with all their upgrades

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
