We had a great time as always. We stay here every summer. I just wish you could get dog people to clean up their poop in the forest & trails behind the park & in the park more. We have dogs but we never walk without our poo bags!

I’ve stayed here a handful of times over the years and this stay, like in the past, was a real pleasure. The location is pretty close to I40 and easy to get in and out of. The grounds are set in a picturesque area, are clean and welcoming for families and set up really nice. The cabin was immaculately clean, the bathrooms/shower room were very clean with great hot water. Highly recommend!

I will say that this KOA is trying to make improvements. We stayed for 3 nights a month ago and the work they are doing on the property is definitely improving. They had removed more tree limbs and blacktopped and leveled more sites. Keep up the improvements and hopefully this will be a top rated KOA in the near future.

A very nice KOA with very friendly staff. The pull through spots are decent but like most RV parks/resorts, a bit close to each other. The roads between each row of sites is a narrow one lane making it very tight for RVs to exit/passthru. Watch out for people parking in front of their rigs! Overall, a nice fairly quiet stay in the heart of Flagstaff.

We paid for a site with water and electricity and there was no water. Site number 69 has no water. It was very frustrating to arrive after dark expecting something that wasn’t there, that we paid for. Besides that, there was very little lighting to help us see after dark and the restrooms were substandard. Very dirty.

People are very nice and helpful. The campgrounds are uncomfortable for big rigs but manageable. The picnic table could not be used because it was at an angle in a small place between two motorhomes.

I didn’t use the shower room but I use the WiFi and my site was beautiful and quiet. The whole park was cooking bacon on my way out. I wish I could have stayed longer

Staff was friendly and professional. Site was just long enough for trailer and tow vehicle. LOUD road and train noise. Saturday night parties were loud and allowed to continue until 2:00 am.

Absolutely loved this KOA. We had a patio site which was nice and that included a BBQ which was a treat!! The sites were just a bit close, but not really an issue. The site backed right up into the hiking trails which was nice. No issues with the water, electricity and sewer hook ups. The general store was nice, the overall campground was well maintained!!

Although our cabin was not very clean, (floors had not been swept and dishwasher had dirty dishes in it), we truly enjoyed our stay. Heather and Serena made us feel extremely welcome.

Services were good, office staff very nice and patient. We found sites to be very narrow and short for long rigs with tows. We were in one of the patio sites which was just barely long enough for our fifth wheel and truck. River or small rocks are difficult to walk on and with narrow site, there is no choice. Would probably not return.

This place is very nice and clean. Employees are very nice and helpful. A good place to stay for a few days to see the area and close to the Grand Canyon. The only complaint is that the lots needs gravel or wood chips to cut down on the dust and mud when it rains. Also, need to trim and remove old dead branches on trees.

We have stayed in this KOA many many times. The people are great. But there needs to be effort put forth to level the sites more. We were in site 143, a patio site that is not cheap to stay at. We have a 36 foot class A motor home and the site slants so far to the rear that I had to use 4 leveler blocks under my automatic leveler Jack's. This needs to be fixed.

We really enjoy this KOA. Love your improvements to level and gravel the RV Spots. We always stay in Space #147. We'd love to see you level and gravel that site. The patio steps at #147 also need to be shored up. ALL the Bathrooms need a renovation as well. Looking forward to coming back and seeing what you tackle next

Had reservation for several months. Every other KOA across the 5,500 miles we traveled had a 1 pm checkin. Found out day of reservation theirs was 3. I called to get an early checkin, & instead they told me to park at a mall for 2 hours. Would not even let us pay extra & they would not refund any part of our deposit. Very terrible customer service. Will never stay here & reconsidering KOA

Really upset they took the jumping pillow away. We also went in the summer months and expected to have the train or hay ride and didn’t. Also everything was so overpriced in there store now. The patio sites also felt smaller - they added a lot more.

A quiet beautiful place to stay. The hosts were very nice, and we loved the mountain hikes easy accessibility. Some of the spots for a large RV are a bit tight and rustic, with no sewer, however, in our case we did not care since it was just an overnighter. We will definitely stay again for longer, and will pick one of the upgraded spaces for our 45 ft RV.

Great cabin! Clean and beautiful Fun trails, Dsisapointed the community center was completely closed and that the rental bikes were full price even if they were very old and broken and needed more oil on the chains.

Great stay and friendly staff. They have made lots of improvements to several sites. Instead of all gravel sites, they have laid a slurry which seals the gravel in place. Another improvement, large KOA patios which includes an umbrella covered table along with two Adirondack chairs around a fire pit. One further improvement needed is to the shower facilities and need to do better dog park cleaning

We were assigned cabin number 5, and unfortunately, the bed was in BAD condition, with bowed slats that caused the mattress to sink. WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO SLEEP SLEPT ON THE FLOOR! We communicated this issue to the front office staff and were informed that the manager would contact us; however, we have not received any follow-up. The quality of the bathrooms was POOR. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We really enjoyed the facilty. Ownership has made numerous upgrades. The leveling and paving the sites are a huge improvement. Looking forward to the revamp of the western section of sites.

Great place. Stayed there twice about a week apart. It's a little cramped on the roadways through the campground, and some sites are smaller than others. The first site I had was somewhat smaller, but the last site was huge. The campground has a gas station across the street, which is both handy and a nuisance. It also sits on the main drag so if your site is near the front, there's a noise.

Staff was wonderful and it was a great summer getaway great hiking right from the campground! They pack a lot of campers into the campground so some of the RV spaces are a bit tight for large RV’s. Overall it was great and we will visit again.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
