Beautiful setting, wonderful staff. Lots of things for the kids to do. Well equipped store. The park itself is worn down and tired. Roads and site pads need renewal. Utility boxes, and sewer connections need repair. Grounds need upkeep.

My stay was for a late-night arrival which I noted when making my online reservation. I received acknowledgement from the campground in advance. An envelope with clear instructions, bathroom code, Wi-Fi login credentials and a map to my site was left for my pickup. My full hookup site was level and easy to back into. This was exactly what I needed!

Very noisy location and not adequate bath house needs for busy weekend. The campground was absolutely packed and spaces are very small!

For the money I paid for an upgraded site including a patio you would think the furniture would be clean. Furniture covered in dirt and pine needles. Staff very friendly, nice park.

The location is awesome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the roads were extremely narrow and beat up...difficult to navigate a class A rig towing, and the sites were not very level. My main problems were the excessive campfire smoke, and it was crowded and noisy with lots of kids, tho I realize thats why alot of people choose this place. Just not our preference.

Flagstaff KOA is my favorite place to camp, staff are friendly and attentive. If there are any issues they act as quickly as they can to help. I love camping here!

Our deluxe site was large with a nice patio and furniture but it was really out of level requiring me to use all blocks to get trailer level. Other sites around us were very small. The paved roads were narrow and in needs of repair. Lots of dust. I would expect more for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Flagstaff KOA. The glamping tent was perfect for us as we just wanted to get there and unwind, with very little set up required. The staff was amazing, and they held fun events for our child. We could not be happier with our decision.

I stayed in one of the upgraded cabins. Whenever I needed something, they brought it to me immediately. Grounds were well maintained.

Check in was easy, staff helpful. Spaces are VERY close together and roads narrow. The only real drawback though, was the lack of toilets!! Another restroom at the other end of the campground would be extremely helpful.

Our stay was one night. We arrived after the store closed. We were greeted by camp hosts and escorted to our campsite. The facility was clean.

The staff was wonderful and the activities to keep kids entertained were great! The sites were very close together and cramped. It was also very loud at the camp at night.

Sites were not level. Used 30 levelling blocks and was just reasonably level. Services were on the wrong side so that door opened up onto the lane not toward the campsite. The site we were in was situated on the side of a lane, not much of a campsite. Did not feel that this was up to the KOA standards we are accustomed to.

Got in after hours and our paperwork was in the box where it was supposed to be. Easy to find our spot and get hooked up. Clean showers and good internet

We have stayed at this KOA for many years, it is handy on the way to/from Grand Canyon and Utah. One annoying, scary, as well as unsafe, thing is that the one way roads are not emphasized. The campground roads are very narrow, many cannot or do not get their vehicles all the way off of the road, and two way traffic is impossible.Sties are designed for the 1-way traffic.

Site was too narrow. A 45' Motorhome with a tow leaves very little room for to not hit the big boulders and damage your RV.

My husband became ill and the office staff was so helpful directing us to the nearest emergency room. We needed to stay an extra day and they made it possible without having to change campsites. The ladies were so compassionate offering help in any way. My husband’s illness wasn’t the disaster it might have been! We send our thanks to the lovely ladies at Flagstaff KOA.

Staff was very friendly and camp store was well stocked. The campground was 100% full we were told and it was very busy. A big negative for us was our site. We could not use our site to sit outside or cook. Our neighbors sewer dump was less than ten feet away and in full view.

The site location was great. Couple things about the site though, the site was not level and was hard to get our motorhome to auto adjust. Also, the plug ins are way in the back and far behind the vehicle, which made it difficult to hook up, so we had to buy extenders for the water line. Trimming the trees a little bit also would be helpful as well. Overall, it was a nice spot.

Lovely young lady, manager Nichole, administratively perfect. Campground grounds in need of attention. Site so unlevel that we could not even level our RV. Patio site so uninviting that we did not use it, very ghetto. Very nice young workampers, but not useful for creating a better landscape with existing terrain.

Got lost trying to find my site (no escort was offered). Site was tiny and off level. Sites are tiny so vehicles parked everywhere. Had to use extreme caution when exiting. Shower produced only cold water. I reported this to an employee who didn’t seem to care. Two stars instead of one because they offer lots of activities for kids.

This place needs LOTS of TLC. It is way overpriced. In the current condition full hookup sites should be $60 max and that is being generous.

We only stayed one night. Our site was private and lovely but not level. The staff were helpful and well organized. I would stay again but longer next time!

The gals in the office were very accommodating since out tow vehicle was at the dealership being repaired. They were awesome and helped us so much during this stressful time. The ground and amenities are excellent. We love our Flagstaff KOA!!!

Staff, cabin, store and amenities were fantastic. Loved the camping cabin and seeing the mountain from our vantage point! We'll be back soon.

Sites are a mess with worn out tables and fire pits. Sites are not aligned properly to make backing in easy. A few of the sites have nice patios and furniture with proper fire pits, which makes you feel second best when parked by them. The bathrooms were disgusting, toilet paper everywhere, looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Much nicer park down the road, worse KOA!

The staff was friendly and the laundry facility is new. The grounds themselves were rustic. Not my favorite KOA. The spaces were very close to each other.

Nice campground and staff. There are local transient population moving freely in the campground and using the showers (my phone was stolen by one). Was able to track the phone and get it back. Improve your campground security and you will have a perfect place.

This was our 2nd stay at this campground. The place was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We will stay here again, one of our favorites for sure.

Totally loved the staff and had a great experience overall. Showers had great pressure and stayed hot a long time. All the sites and facilities were clean

The staff are absolutely Gems! Kind, living, friendly, inviting... It must be the college vibes but they're totally kid-friendly and awesome with my son! Scored a few gems in the gift shop which is stocked with all kinds of great stuff for adults and kids! The site itself is immaculate with tons of RV and car and tent parking as well as yurts. Great playground great jumping pad for the children covered with sand for safety it's a beautiful place I love it. Mount Elden view spectacular! Most of the people there are traveling with families so it's very inviting and or retired just having a good time of course there's those that have the van and bus life plenty of sprinters and plenty of big old white converted yellow buses! My only issue was not being able to plug in my Eevee which wasn't an issue because I have free charging but the camp post was very rude about plugging in a car that only draws 1.7kW that's about a third of a dryer you know those damn RVs are pulling all kinds of energy for their dryers and personal items as well as their lithium batteries that charge the system and allow for lighting at night. For KOA to not have charging is not acceptable given that it's an outdoors preservation, camping company! 🔥 🌲 ⛺
