Camp site 13 was hard to get in with a 29 foot trailer so we up graded to a pull through and the drain site was plugged plugged and we h had too move different site, but they treated us well.

Amazing. Only issues we had were the showers didn’t get hot and our propane grill stopped getting hot on the 2nd day.

Great camping for our 1 night stay. Right off the Hwy. Our spot was level. A little weeding needs to be done, but otherwise, a good campground. Would stay there again.

Staff too busy on upgrades to operate park. Sewer overflowing onto ground at several hookup points! Stayed here many times ... this might be my last.

Great place to stay. Nicely located. Address is incorrectly marked in Apple Maos. It is on the west side of UU89 at the stoplight.

Stayed Only 1 night but liked all the trees. Very clean. Nice staff. Patio is a bit small with our slide-out had to move chairs and table.

Love the park and its location, but we were disappointed to find that the weekend breakfasts were dropped in favor of an activities trailer.

Very nice RV Park, they seem to be doing a bunch of work upgrading the place. Interior roads are a bit tight, but doable. Everything else is excellent.

The people were awesome,, I have a very large fifth wheel, the space we were in was very narrow, the sides sloped down and had large river bed rocks on the slope between the camp sites. Then the camp sites were so narrow, our neighbors did a fire in the fire pit, it was within 5 feet of my RV, right next to the propane tanks, not a good option, but the sites were so narrow that was only place.

At $98 per night the cramped pull thru site I had is $25-$30 overpriced.Check out Horse Shoe Bend Roam America and see what a $98 site should look like.

Our space (156) was not paved and the other spaces around us were. The rocks made it difficult to walk around, especially for our dogs. The restrooms were close by and clean.

Nice campground. However, shower had no water pressure and the water temp was lukewarm at best.

When we arrived at the cabin, someone had left two heaters running..the temperature in the cabin was like an oven...it took a long time waiting for the temperature to drop to a comfortable degree in spite of all windows being open and the fan running...cabin was nice and the in cabin microwave and small refrigerator was appreciated.

Roads are narrow. Only 1.dump for the whole park. Great little store. Had everything you need. Very friendly.

Great location, Checking in was very easy. RV parking stalls need to be leveled. Roads need to be upgraded. Shower rooms need an upgrade. I'm guessing no upgrades have been performed in a few decades? I will keep this location in mind when traveling through Flagstaff in the future, but I will check other RV parks in the area first. I don't mind paying $10-$15 more a night for a better facility.

Great 2 night stay. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Sites are pretty close together and not well screened. Out site was near the entrance and had a lot of road noise. Probably not a problem with sites further away. Bathroom/shower conditions were clean.

Arrived at 2:20, and was told there’s $20 charge before 3:00. When we returned at 3:15, check in took a while because of the long, detailed waiver notice to sign. Site was unlevel front to back.. Bathroom was OK, but needed cleaning in the early morning. Roads were tight. There was noticeable road noise.

I've been staying here a couple of times a year for many, many years. Obviously they are doing something right or I wouldn't be coming back all the time! Great a friendly staff and great facilities. I travel with two small dogs so love the doggie park. Do miss the camp kitchen.

I arrived at 2:05 and was told that if I want to check in before 3:00 it was an extra $20. I don't remember seeing this written anywhere. I travel all across this country and have never experienced this before.

Staff is friendly, laundry facilities and sites are clean but the sites are VERY tight. They advertise “Big Rig Friendly” and although the sites are long enough to accommodate big rigs it’s very hard to get in and out. What upset me the most about this campground was the fact they charge $20 for early check in when they already charge over $100 a night for a site. Won’t be back to this

Beautiful treed park. Your site are too narrow. Your use of medium size river rock as a walk camp site around path was not a good plan. It was especially difficult as the area was on a hill. My wife, while hooking up the sewer hose fell on the rocks, twice and I had to walk very carefully as not to lose my balance. Your pad will not accommodate a safe path around an RV.

Stay was good. Everything was clean staff was friendly only issue I had was with WiFi/internet. Campgrounds was not strong enough to use for streaming (would not stay connected) and for some reason although my phone had full service it would not work in the campground so I could t even use my hotspot. Once I pulled out on highway it worked.

We enjoyed this park. The restrooms/showers were clean and well kept. We also availed ourself to the hiking trail that was a nice workout. Site 149 (back-in on edge of park) is too steep for a 34 foot motorhome. Should be grated and fixed to be a longer level surface, or only used by shorter rvs.

The site provided was a little small, but workable. However, the 3-4” river rock between sites is what we stepped onto from our class A door presenting a notable hazard to senior guests.

The campground was very clean. It had a big play area for kids and a big fenced in area for the dogs. Both areas were very clean. The staff was friendly. The restrooms were clean. It’s in a nice location. Lots of shade trees. I really enjoyed staying there.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
