It was our first trip out in our new RV. Staff was friendly, very helpful, grounds, showers, toilets clean, fellow rv’ers respectful, friendly, and quiet. A great first trip!

They assigned me a space for a 43 foot motorhome was towed that was only fit for 30 foot RV had to disconnect halfway to site two employees try to get me through the terms with no help. Finally got to the stop site leaving next day had to have two campers, got me out for the tight fit with all the good spaces down below, and I have booked it two months in advance

The staff was 5�. Site 41 was horrible. Totally unlevel. We couldn't put our slide out either time we stayed there. We didn't pick the site. So small. Was on a slant. Bathroom was very nice and clean.

We really enjoyed meeting your staff. They were the best by far of the KOA's we have stayed at. Very nice and helpful. We had the opportunity to meet and have Andrew to assist us, and I was so impressed with his attitude and kindness. Big Kudo's.

It was so beautiful and peaceful , and being escorted to the campsite by the most friendly and funny person ( Andrew ) we didn't want to leave even know our next stop was at Big Bear Lake on the way home ! We are definitely going to plan on coming back and bring the family that we were visiting in Surprise Az. Thanks so, be seeing you soon Jim and Wendy !

The campground was very clean. Management had staff out every morning cleaning up newly empty. All of the staff were very helpful. The only downside for me is I was not aware. It was so close to the road in town. We could hear ambulances and police cars go by at all hours plus traffic noises all day long. Had I known this in advance likely I would not had made reservations at this campground.

Spaces are too tight. I have a 37.5 5th wheel that barely fit into spot and everyone to close. There was very little space between spaces.

Absolutely outstanding. Professional and efficient staff. Good lighting to see and find the office. Helpful guide on atv to help me find my place. In the morning huge Ponderosa Pines going up to the morning sunlight. Was like Heaven. Loved it. Smiled the whole time. Recommended it already to my friend in Colorado, she was so happy it was a great stay!!!!

Last minute plan change. Very nice area although the big issue we had was how close the spots were together. We had to wait for others to leave so we could get out of our spot.

Easy check in. However, for a 45' Class A, the campground is a little tight. Nice trees for shade.

Uneven sites, bad roads, tight sites. The only nice sites were the high priced ones. We've been staying in KOA campgrounds for years and this is one of the worst.

The staff is top notch. Site 41 is the worst site we have had, 2x, in 18 KOA stays on our trip out west this year.

I have issue with customer service. Flagstaff KOA is adjacent to open area with trails leading into U.S Forest area. there are a number of trails that are available to the guests of Flagstaff KOA as there are several access points along the border fencing. Information to these trails is not available at the KOA office. Office personnel have ignored my requests to make maps available.

The staff were fantastic, the restrooms and laundry were great. As a past buyer for 2 KOA stores, the items in this store were wonderful, presented well and smartly procured. Serena in the office is a perfect ambassador for KOA and the city of Flagstaff. The sites could be a lot better in the water and electric area. Not level and tight with trees for the modern size rv.

Was an awesome stay, but I believe with how long it’s been in business and the amenities that are available need to be either maintained or updated overtime based off of revenue.. I think this is a highly recommended spot to go to because of the peace and quiet and the neighbors that were friendly during that time. but overall maintenance of the entirety would be it . Friendly staff.

Ran out if wood and did not know when next delivery would occur. Road needs some repairs. People were nice. Our spot was a patio site on an end which was nice. Many spots were very tight

We are tent campers. The entire site was beautiful with good spacing between campers. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are numerous nearby attractions and eating options.

The site itself was good. The staff was very nice and took care of any needs we had in a timely manner. The big issue for us was the tent site #12. It was not good. There was no shade and we were squeezed in between two RVs that had loud generators and exterior lights that lit up our tent while we tried to sleep at night. We spent all of our time at our friend's cabin due to better space.

Great holiday weekend stay. Bathrooms were maintained. Love the upgrades to the campsites with river rock and asphalt parking. Looks great. Now could you upgrade the bathrooms?

We rented a tent space and our location was great. There were many activities for the kiddos, playground and dog run area. The bathrooms and shower facilities were always stocked and cleaned. The staff were so sweet and helpful. The check in process was easy. The campsites were closer than expected to your neighbors but everyone was friendly and respectful.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
