The spaces are tight together, and the electricity hook ups are wonky. But the staff is nice and courteous and very helpful

Great location but feels like they are not investing in keeping it up and lack pride of ownership. Rickety low shower heads. Looks like Bathroom was built decades ago and never updated. Ugly cinderboock wall that’s too low to block view of trailer park. I could go on… not up to par with other KOAs.

Nice location, but not a lot of room between sites. Roads in the campground are narrow as well. We did not have any problems maneuvering, but some might if new to RVing. The water faucet at our site was only a few inches off the ground. My normal setup would not fit so had to spend a few minutes figuring out the best way to connect the water. All that said, we had a pleasant stay.

I was overcharged. I booked a full hook up site. The sewer connection was packed full of gravel and unsable. I requested a partial refund. I have not heard a word from the office. We will not stay there again.

Clean rest rooms, cool pines and a great entry and exit because of your entrance traffic signal.

The site we had was really awkward as water was on one side and other utilities on the other. hardly any room to park truck that wasn’t under pines which blew sap all over everything

Definitely the front runner for worst koa. If your planning on a late check in don't. They don't want you. They have the huge sign with late check in details like every koa. If you can get a hold of them they straight up say "we don't do late check ins here" what. If you happen to pull out to do something good luck to find your spot empty when you return. Zero communication. Poorly run.

Lack of improvements. Noisy. Walked to us restroom, the door code wouldn’t work. Tried several times, even on men’s side. Employee told me they found people in there late that shouldn’t be. So they changed the code. Claimed they texted everyone, I didn’t get a text. Not good for a senior having to use the restroom first thing in the morning.

Great staff. Bathrooms were clean but stall doors need some attention. Laundry facility was also well cared for. There were many amenities that were unavailable as we were there pre season. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect. We appreciated the hikes on and around the mountain right behind the campground. The sites were too close together in our opinion and it was challenging to navigate a big rig.

Flagstaff KOA is a beautiful campground, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Camp had a mixture of RV sites, cabins, tent sites. The RV site we were in, had a patio table with chairs, a bbq, and a fire pit. My dogs loved the dog parks. We will be back!

It was a nice campground, would be nice to have more trees around. But all around we were pleased.

We enjoyed our stay overall and the staff was friendly, but there are a few things future guests should know. The RV spaces are pretty tight, the bathrooms feel a bit outdated, and the “Flagstaff Tourism Surcharge $8/night” was confusing, especially since we’re Arizona residents just passing through on our way home. Clearer information about that fee during booking would be appreciated.

received an email after we left on our trip across that you changed your check in time from 1 pm to 3 pm. Mind you we made this reservation through your web site of KOA back in 2025. We noticed the email the day we were to arrive at Flagstaff. We called your direct number on May 3 at 8:03am and talked to a girl name Terri. Explained the situation to her and she was very rude. Call me 814-392-514

St 4 needed gravel. Waded in inches of dust. Trees dropped sap on car & RV. Made reservations to be next to sister & were 7 sites away. Computers & receptionists NOT accommodating. Site next to us empty 4 of 5 nights! No escort to site & no trash pickup as at other KOAs nationwide. Staff rode golf cart thru next site and kicked up dust storm over us. Shared Water hookup on wrong side of camper

The one problem I had was that there was sap all over my car and trailer afterwards. Otherwise, I was pretty happy.

Lots of trees, very nice. Front Desk staff are nice. Beware they do not allow early checkin, it’s 3:00PM for RVs. Different than a lot of other campgrounds. Sites can vary in size as expected, make sure your selections matches your rig. A number of the sites are not level, not a priority to maintenance which can be a an issue. Would I stay here again, no!

We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the Flagstaff KOA. Staff was friendly. We only stayed one night but would love to return in the future.

The campground is in disrepair, spaces are close and is tight getting to your site, there was a site with no working electric and the sewer was backed up. Debri and holes all around, the kids and dog park are not maintained, the young staff was very nice and helpful in the office, but there were some older ladies who weren't. Disappointing, I would only recommend for convenience, maybe.

Campsite was just fluffy dirt y dirt. And there was a barking dog on the other side of the fence at a trashy trailer park

With easy access and a spacious wooded location, this KOA has many amenities for campers to enjoy.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
