We enjoyed the location but were very disappointed in the use of a call service and couldn’t talk to the front desk. We were traveling out of state and tried to get an early check in but the call center phone person said to text the number we got a text from and we couldn’t talk to the actual desk people. And never heard back from the text message it was very stressful

Have only good things to say about this KOA and its staff. Welcomed when I walked in and taken care of when checking in. Staff in the office and around the grounds were super friendly. Facilities were top notch. I stay here a few times a year with my dogs for either local events or if just passing thru.

Everything was exceptional with my stay from the host at check-in to the property itself. I would like to make a recommendation though. The cabin that I stayed in needs some TLC (Tender Loving Care) as the exterior could use a good pressure wash and some attention to detail to remnants of dog hair as you enter the cabin. Overall I would recommend this property.

Friendly staff, clean restrooms, nice warm showers, laundry! Did not like requirement to sign a liability waiver including my DOB to be kept indefinitely in their files. They may think that makes the agreement more legitimate, but I almost didn’t stay there because of it. Over 50 years of camping, including lots of KOA’s, that was a first. Location in town is convenient but a bit noisy.

The site was too narrow. Our stairs opened onto a hill of rocks and we couldn’t fully extend our slides. Any future stays would require us to pay more for a patio in order to prove a little more width. The laundry room didn’t appear to have been cleaned.

Property was in a good location and well kept. Seemed odd to be called a holiday as amenities were far fewer than any other holiday we’ve stayed at. No cable, no pool, no restaurant or food service, limited play activities for kids. Met our needs as a place to park during a soccer tournament but wouldn’t be a summer vacation destination for us.

Excellent campground! Bathrooms were clean. Campground was very well taken care of. Our space was awesome with a cement patio, furniture and grill with full hookups. The RV pad was the most level of any I've ever stayed on! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Overall the cabin fit outr needs nowever the price was pretty high for the size. Biggest complaint was the floor-swept but not washed…may white socks were black from walking between the kitchen and “living room”.

Flagstaff has too many sites that are too close together. RV spots may be level but the entry into and out of the sites are not level. When I departed, I scrapped the bottom sewage line of my camper causing damage. Also my KOA rewards was negated by some local Flagstaff tourist fee that got added to my bill and was not covered or mentioned in the booking. Restrooms were dirty. Never stay again!

The kids activities are why we choose KOA over other campgrounds and none of the kids activities were available during our stay. One of our outdoor seating areas was very dirty. We requested it to be cleaned so we could use it.

Well, it was super quiet. Didn’t have any close neighbors, which is always nice for us. Weather was great. Customer service was great at the check-in. They were all ready for us. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an old KOA with narrow roads, tight turns amongst trees with overhanging limbs that could damage a full size motorhome. The sites are very close together. Again indicative of a day when RVs were smaller in stature and did not have slide outs. Half way through trying to get to our site I had to disconnect in order to maneuver the tight turns and trees. I will never stay here again.

Sites very narrow and the WiFi does not work. Roads need to be marked better for which ones are one way. Dog park is great and trees are beautiful

Nice facility and nice staff. Super clean. Well maintained and in a Super convenient location for route 66 and Grand Canyon Travel. Highly recommended.

Two separate occasions there were dogs in the bathhouse. These were not service dogs. Bathhouse was smelly and old. Showers too small with cracked tile that cut feet.

We enjoyed our camping cabin very much. The space between 4 of them had great views of the sky and trees. The spigot with a red top near the restroom didn't work well. And the urinal that did not have an 'out of order' sign did not flush. Mostly we love the space you have. Ventilation in men's room could be better when people are showering, but that might get cold in winter.

Location was great, next to fuel, grocery stores, and a Home Depot if needed. Mountain view was excellent. Only recommendation I have was at site 184, the seating area is very limited. Suggest cutting down the bush at the site would open up the seating area. It appears to be 3/4 dead anyway. Thanks

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Very accommodating. Will come back. Check in would be easier had there been markings on the pavement to form two lines or the signage closer to the entrance. Trailers were backed up to the entrance traffic light.

The showers were ridiculously small the shower heads short enough that it hit my neck. My refrigerator is bigger than the space allotted for a shower. There were no hooks in the handicapped shower area to hang a towel and I don't believe 10 minutes is enough time take a shower and that was the max allowed on your timer. The campsites were stacked too close together.

We were assigned site 7 by Casey by phone well before we arrived and I told them that on arrival (requested a shaded site in advance) . We were assigned site 13 when we got there for overnight stay. We were not impressed, it was an unlevel gravel pad next to a big tree stump barely big enough for our truck and trailer. No shade, but it was cloudy. Beat up picnic table. Likely won't be back.

It is a tight squeeze when pulling a 40-foot trailer into and out of a site here. I had to drive about 6 feet into a site across the road to get out of site #164.

When we arrived the camp site didn't fit so I asked at the front desk if we could have another one that would fit and without hesitation she assigned us a new one. Very helpful staff.

The big negative for this park is the narrow, tight roads which makes navigating to your site a challenge.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
