People were nice but expensive! We were assigned #150 and when we leveled the RV, our front tires were lifted so high they were not touching the ground. The site was far from being level. My husband said if the levelers had been damaged, it would have cost more to replace than the extra cost to move to another location in the campground.

VERY nice staff. Staff accommodated a last minute stay extension smoothly. Shower height in restrooms was very low. Shower stalls were disgusting. Facility shut down the laundry room without notice.

Kat and the whole staff were helpful, informative, courteous, and awesome. The dog park was great. The amenities of the campground were great. Look forward to staying here again when we are in the area.

Park was very quiet, our space, 147, was awesome, with cabins on either side so somewhat no neighbors. Loved the trail access, dogs got to go different routes each day. Site was clean, spacious with easy parking and set up. Dog park was huge but was far from our site. The only downside would be the 3pm check in, I paid for a full day but only had access to amenities for a few hours.

no sewer at most sites,no running water at dump station to clean up sewer hoses, narrow roads with tree obstacles (many with scars on their bark). Tried to put me in too small a site. Lots of competition, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Check in was great, the parking sites are small and very close to neighbors. The sewer connections are at the rear of the spot instead of the side. The Showers and bathrooms are in need of an upgrade and modernization. There are only 3 working showers on the men’s side and are small and not too clean.

The spots are level, but it’s a little tight getting into them. The staff was very helpful and we were able to to extend our stay when we had repair problems with our motorhome.

Very happy with this KOA. We had a small issue our first stay. Quickly resolved. Second stay, 4 days later, hubby was in the emergency department. I cannot say enough about the help I received. Kat is amazing. I really appreciate the management addressing our issue at the beginning.

It was pretrt good, clean sites and bathrooms. Sites are so close together and we didn't realize we couldn't have a campfire until 8pm. We started ours at 6pm and we were told to promptly put it out. We are usually in bed by 8pm so that didn't work for us. Other than that everything else was good. We got a cabin for the same price as a hotel room but minus the privacy and amenities.

The staff was absolutely amazing, and my wife loved the proximity to hiking trails which is why your getting any stars at all. The long liability release that was texted before we arrived was off putting, the site we were in(149) was extremely out of level, 2ft front to back and 3" side to side, you should just give leveling blocks to customers because I luckly carry them but used all of mine.

Nice amenities and hiking trails. Great dog park. Outstanding staff especially Kat! Shower house very busy and could be kept up a bit better for the volume. Showers themselves almost comically low mounted on the wall—shower heads spraying at mid-chest level was challenging.

Great KOA. Seems like they really upgraded their sites since stayed there 5 years ago. Nice level pull through. Showers were fine and the water was hot. Friendly helpful staff.

Although it’s an older campground you can’t take away from the mature trees and the beauty of the mountains. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Site was small and overpriced. Had to run water from next RV site because mine was being repaired. Will probably never stay there again

We were assigned an RV site that was too small for our RV and tow car. The site was No. 150 and not only was it too small, but we could not level our RV properly because it was far from being level and had a bad tilt to it.

Our vehicle broke down before our reservation. We had to rescheduled several weeks in the future. The NEW policy, only one reschedule allowed. Our vehicle broke again. We missed our reservation by one day and were not able to use our deposit even though we called. Not a fan. Other KOAs have a 2 time limit. Id like to see a little more grace in this category. But an absolutely great park.

Nice scenery and environment nice friendly staff, clean restrooms, but they some hooks in the baths would help a lot. My site was really too unlevel for my 30ft motorhome, had to lift the front tires way off the ground. But overall a nice stay. y could use some hooks to hang stuff, my site was really too

Wonderful spot near town but quiet. Clean bathrooms & showers. Will definitely stay again when we travel from the Valley to the Midwest next Spring.

Very convenient to the Arizona Trail which we were bikepacking for four days. A bit of traffic noise, but it mostly dies down at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful in allowing us to change our assigned tent site, which was in the middle of the RV sites and without a tent pad, to one on the perimeter in a less busy and quieter area.

Great location but feels like they are not investing in keeping it up and lack pride of ownership. Rickety low shower heads. Looks like Bathroom was built decades ago and never updated. Ugly cinderboock wall that’s too low to block view of trailer park. I could go on… not up to par with other KOAs.

Nice location, but not a lot of room between sites. Roads in the campground are narrow as well. We did not have any problems maneuvering, but some might if new to RVing. The water faucet at our site was only a few inches off the ground. My normal setup would not fit so had to spend a few minutes figuring out the best way to connect the water. All that said, we had a pleasant stay.

With easy access and a spacious wooded location, this KOA has many amenities for campers to enjoy.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
