Bathrooms and showers really need replacing. The showers are tiny. old and the shower head was at my nose height and I am a woman. 2 of the three showers I tried had no water pressure.

Dog park was all dirt. Camping areas were packed together.

I reserved a pad that had wood chips and was given a dirt one. The showers had globs of hair and toothpaste on the walls. The hot water didn’t work on one dishwashing sink and the cold water didn’t work on one bathroom sink. There also wasn’t any ice. I understand it’s camping but when you pay almost the same price per night as a hotel, you expect things to work and be nice.

It was a great 3 nights stay in the cabin with our adult son and three grandchildren!

The one thing I really liked was the vast amount of trees on the property. This campground makes for a great hub, lots of National Parks, National Monuments nearby.

We stay there a few times a year. The staff is always wonderful. My one piece of feedback is that the last few stays it’s been challenging to level the motorhome. I know it’s a large ask, but it would be helpful for some of the pull throughs to be ran through with a tractor to help reset the ground.

We had a great stay and impressed with staff and how they clean up patio sites! One suggestion would be to gut bathroom and install new tile. It functions just worn. Also we needed a small bottle of milk for a recipe and store did not have any. I understand stocking a store is risky, I grew up in KOA world our good family friend owned KOA Des Moines West for 30 years! We will be back in Sept.

We had a great stay and time! The KOA was quiet at night with lots of families out and enjoying the amazing activities during the day. They had a lot of free activities and a couple that were extra. The add on activities were VERY reasonably priced. The staff was amazing. They were helpful and friendly. The front office was open until 8 so we did not have to do an after hours check in.

Tent site 128 was perfect for us. It was quieter that the original site we were assigned next to a very large RV group. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Location was great and it was a clean campground and safe location. The store had many great souvenirs!

The campsites are too close together. The sites are dusty and dirty. Gravel would be great. Some grass would also be good.

Loved the glamping tent! Wish the online description stated that there was a firepit/chairs and outside table w/chairs. The online description also showed 2 comfy chairs inside and there was only 1 and one of the lamps was really too big for the nightstand and had a hole in it and was leaning on the bed when we arrived. Even with these minor things we will definitely be back and staying again!

The roads were not very clearly marked, causing confusion & people driving the wrong way. The Deluxe Cabin (Full Bath with Tub & Shower) was decent enough, but the lack of ability to alter the ceiling fan speeds and (understandably) dusty & dirty floors made it more challenging to get fully relaxed. The 2nd floor height was much less than expected but workable. Thank you for the morning coffee!

One of our favorite KOAs in the US. We have stayed here 5 times over the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. Clean facilities, very nice and helpful personnel and the improvements over the last few years to the property are very nice. It's location is great, even if you don't want to go to The Grand Canyon. Many things to do within a 30min drive.

Stayed one night during Memorial Day weekend and it was packed! But that justifies the great campground it is. Clean and great staff who were very helpful. Will definitely be back.

The dog area had cheet grass and some other similar grass that got stuck in my dog's feet. It would be safer and cleaner to have real grass especially in an area intended for dog's. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay there.

This was our 2nd time staying in Flagstaff. We enjoy the peacefulness and weather. We plan on staying again this summer. One problem was our site#40 has a bit of a washout through which makes it hard to walk around for us older folks. But overall we like the campground

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Flagstaff KOA and we love it. There’s so much for the kids to do, the grounds are clean, quiet, and the staff if incredible.

With easy access and a spacious wooded location, this KOA has many amenities for campers to enjoy.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
