Fantastic campground with excellent service from the staff and great campsite. Our dogs loved the dog park and very friendly camping neighbors. We asked the lady at the reservation desk for restaurant recommendations and she gave us a typed sheet w recommendations categorized by cuisine. Great idea that was super helpful. Camp store was well stocked. We went to El Tapatio Mexican restaurant Yum!

The park is beautiful. The site was great. The only issue with site was I had to park away from hookups due to the slope. The guide to the site had me in the right place but I ended up moving three times to find a level area and it ended up right next to the patio. I would have given 5 stars but the bath house was a mess. Toilet stalls door and showers were dirty and in terrible shape.

We enjoyed the park, but the pull through we were assigned was very narrow leaving no space to sit outside. As soon as you hit the bottom of the stairs, you were on rocks going up a hill.

Great stay, but spaces are tight. Hooked up my toad and had to unhook after not being able to make the turn out of my spot. ( spot 191). They should cut down the tree in front of cabin number ccco7, that would afford any big rigs they place in space 191 to be able to pull out.

We had a great stay with KOA in Flagstaff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Most of the sites have a beautiful view of the mountains and trees. I will definitely be coming back with some of my friends.

Friendly, efficient staff, pretty nice grounds. Little thing: pave the dump station area, please. Big thing: lots and lots of street noise, so I suggest moving the entire park up the hill a few hundred yards.

Staff was polite but not friendly (Heather was awesome though). The showers didn't seem like they were cleaned (hair in drains, even immediately after staff finished cleaning). Campsites in excellent condition. Shop well stocked. Great location. Road noise not an issue at night.

Awesome location , layout and access to hiking. BUT the men's bath/shower in the middle of the park is the worst of all KOAs I've stayed at. Run down, paint and ceiling peeling, very poor ventilation and the 2 urinals both out of order the entire week and looked like they have been out of order for the entire camping season -- this is too good of a property for this poor condition.

Beginning was horrible. The man that was leading us to our site and didn't even get out of his cart to guide us, that's his job. We have a 44 ft. We had expensive damage we had to fix due to his laziness. He insulted us by blaming my husband for hitting hugh rocks hidden behind bush, tightness of the turns. The 5 stars+ is for our SAVIORS KOA Brandon and Jessica that came to our rescue and helped.

It was a short stay because we had to get back home on Monday, but our stay was nice. Really liked the wide spaces, easy to back into. Visited with a few other campers and enjoyed our stay.

Check in was horrific I have been to several koa and just check in was the worst I have ever encountered sitting and waiting for two hours is utterly ridiculous then to be given a different site then theone we reserved. I’ve worked for several koa just finishing up the summer season if a site is ready get the people in immediately if not get the crew on it mind you site wasn’t even raked out.

Y'all need to do something about your bathrooms. Neither urinal worked. The doors to the stalls open awkwardly, at best. The showers need scrubbing and Lime-away. The trees are wonderful. The statues beautiful. You are very organized and welcoming. But it's like lipstick on a pig. We would avoid coming back.

The spot we stayed in had a nice patio. My wife fell on the step up to the patio. Both steps to the patio should be redone to make them level. Please make this improvement to make this patio area safer. Thank you

I just spent 5 nights at the Flagstaff KOA. Very relaxing. It's clear that they are improving the sites, public spaces, and adding cabins. The staff is very pleasant to deal with. Two dog parks are a big plus. I cannot speak for the restrooms as my RV is so equipped. I will be back next spring.

We have been full time 5 years. 3:00 check in for Rvs is to late and not consistent with most every other KOA. Also this was the first time ever that I had to sign a waiver to check in. Not impressed.

The sites can be a little tight for larger rigs but doable. It’s a very nice place and absolutely love the proximity to hiking trails.

$25 to do laundry, I am sorry that’s crooked. The 1st site given had a lake in the center, the 2nd site or maybe all the long sites had the septic at the start of the location, literally 2.5 long sewer hose sections away from the RV as I had a trailer. Luckily, the neighbor had a section I could use to make it.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
