I stayed 1 night of a 3 night booking because the site so bad the motorhome could not be leveled. I could move to another site if I accepted a lessor site than the pull through patio site I paid for with no compensation in cost. I chose to leave after 1 night. Will never stop here again.

Really like the staff especially the guy that wore the cowboy hat. It was a beautiful facility. One suggestion renovating update your bathrooms. In a great location also.

Wasn’t the friendliest staff at check in counter and the restroom that we used was not very clean and neither of the urnels worked.

The campground staff was very courteous and the facilities were clean. They offer various activities and their yoga class on Friday evening is great!

I didn't stay the third night. The noise from the cars was definitely too much. The camp group was nice, and I didn't mind the rain at all but the noise from the cars driving by was awful. It was like being a wind tunnel- very loud.

Very crowded, very unlevel sites , not great sites. We asked to be next to our friends we were traveling with - never considered. Good laundry

Lights at dog park would be nice. We have solar motion activated lights in our yard that work well. Light is directed down and not too bright. Just hangs on the chain link fence and it lights area when dog is present.

Very nice, even though it was windy and stormy there! The problem that I found was the left-hand turn into the camp grounds off Highway 89.

While the site was ok, the back bathroom facility is in much need of an upgrade! Both urinals were out of service, the shower heads were at my shoulder and ventilation was needed. Staff was great. Lots of pine trees around. At 25’ we made it fine on the internal roads

Space is extremely tight and even though I put in the length of my motorhome the spot was way too small. The roads going to the sites are way to narrow Sites are not very level as the websites states they are

Not up to Holiday standards- pieces of trash floating around campground, Dump station was very subpar, standing water around the sewer hole, smelled awful even with the lid on, site tables rickety Not what we expected for this level of KOA

We were escorted to site 150, which was a very unlevel site. We had to move the rig so far over to one side that we couldn’t enjoy our outdoor space. Would not return. Rigs squeezed very close together.

It is so noisy from traffic and train noise. You can’t expect a peaceful camping experience. But it is a nice get away from phoenix. Needs better maintenance in restroom as well.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Site was so unlevel that the leveling blocks I brought wouldn't level me. The water spigot was on the opposite side of the campsite from the power pedestal. My 20 foot water hose did not work.

I did not love the size of our site, it was barely big enough for our RV and the big river rocks made it difficult to get around with mobility issues.

I give it a 4 because the wifi did not work. We stay there a couple times a year and really would like to hav wifi service as advertised after a long day on the road. Very clean facility.

The Flagstaff KOA is a beautiful rustic campground. The facilities are clean and fairly maintained. I loved the easy accessibility to Mt. Elden trail. My only criticism is the left turn into the park needs a dedicated turn arrow.

Great location to the greater Flagstaff area and for day trips to Grand Canyon and other attractions in the area. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Facility in great condition with easy to access sites etc. I made the right decision landing here!

Overall, it was what I wanted. I liked the cabin and its location. It was quiet both nights. The microwave and fridge were nice extra amenities. And it was nice having a bedlamp. The one thing most needed for improvement is repair the facilities in the bathhouse. Both urinals were out of order, and one of the toilets was loose on its floor attachment. Otherwise, thumbs up.

Parking spot for our trailer was impossible to get out of, not enough room to turn. We had to wait fir a camper in front of our spot to leave in order to exit our spot. Put us 3 hours behind schedule.

We really enjoy staying at the Flagstaff KOA. Although you have all the city amenities close by, you feel like you are really camping. The pines and mountains bring the true outdoors to your doorstep. The staff is helpful and the property is well maintained. Our site was easy to access with our 30' travel trailer. We did not need to level our rig or unhook the truck, which was a bonus.

We have a 35 ft fifth wheel and are 56 ft long when hitched. We were assigned site 170. Why anyone would assign a Fifth wheel to that site with two large trees that you need to navigate to try to exit the site is beyond me. I now see why it is required to sign a damage waiver upon checkin. Whoever is assigning sites really needs to reevaluate their skills in that job. Maybe it was the only dat

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
