It is beautiful and staff is very nice and professional. Spaces are too close together. Very congested.

The staff was nice and friendly, and the services were excellent, but dated. The bathrooms were clean but also dated. The roads are very narrow and broken up in major need of repair. The sites were very narrow and covered with crush and run, not a premium site like most KOA’s offer. The drainage was awful, after it rained there were ditches washed through our sites.

Way to many what appeared to be none koa customers in bathrooms.... bathroom doors propped open so bathroom code not necessary to enter.

We did an overnight stay only. Campground is in sore need of broad ranging updates. Roads in poor condition as well as sites. Sites not close to level. Sites very close together. Lot of ground erosion throughout. Larger RVs will find it quite tight to navigate. Nightly rate was 2+ times more than other parks in the area. Staff very polite. Nice hiking trails connecting to park.

It was a quick overnight stay the park was beautiful clean and the staff was the nicest friendliest staff. I’ve ever run across. We loved it. We’ll definitely be back.

The staff are exceptional at service and attention. The store and amenities are well maintained. A key drawback are the narrow spaces in the upper section.

A short stay. I like this park in spite of the tight and uneven spots. The only real downside was the plug in the sewer that I was not advised about. Overall though, a nice park that needs some upgrades.

The worst ever Totally disappointed . Shocking $80! What a rip off run down narrow streets After a very long drive on I 40 with the bumps and crumbling pavement, you would’ve thought It ran throug I did not feel safe here. Very nice campground. We had a pull thru full hookups site with a patio. Was long and fairly level. WiFi and all amenities worked well. Would recommend.

For the amount of money spent the camp ground should have been in better shape the staff was great but the camp ground is in need of repair the dirt sites are a no go stayed at better sites for half the money

We booked 2 deluxe sites for 40 class A pushers and requested to be together. On arrival we were told they couldn’t put us together because we had different types of sites even though they gave us both deluxe sites. Both sites were so sloped we couldn’t get either coach level. The patio at one site had a stump in the middle of it that you had to maneuver around. The roads were very narrow.

Very crowded, staff was friendly and helpful. The RV and tent spaces were very close together, compared to other KOA’s. Plus you’re very close to street and road noise, and commercial buildings. Bathrooms could use some updating.

The glamping tent was great. Super clean and very comfortable. Loved that there was a small patio also! Site is also equipped with chairs/fire pit and separate eating area with chairs! Really nice !

Everything under KOA control was great. Unfortunately, the road noise was a detractor. Friendly and welcoming staff. Facilities in good shape for being a more "established" KOA.

The staff was helpful. Sites and park was beautiful, had trails available to walk right from the KOA with beautiful bird watching. The issues were the bathhouse was not useable, shower stalls extremely small and tight. Also be prepared to use blocks the sites were not level from left to right we had some issues getting balanced.

we loved the fact that the KOA backs to super hiking trails! but out spot was SOOOO tight. It was a challenge to get in to and if the spaces in front of us had all been full it would have been a challenge to pull out also.

Best place for a first time campers. Took family camping for the first time. Kids really enjoyed and ask to go back

The site was very small! Our picnic table and fire ring couldn’t fit on our site and seemed to be on our neighbors Plus, the fire ring was never emptied from the previous guest. The worst part is the noise from the 4 lane highway and the trains! Very loud all day and night!!! Kat in the office was very kind and gave great customer service! She was the highlight of our stay there!

Nice site. Clean and organized and the lady at the front desk was awesome. As always it was expensive ($120) but was better than sleeping in a tent as it was 32F that morning.

Service was very good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Facilities are awful. Park hasn’t been improved for decades. Spots are very uneven, tight and unkempt. One of the poorest kept parks I have been to in a long while.

This was our first time staying in a cabin. We've been tenting people our entire adult lives but as we are getting older, the basic cabin was a great and much easier way to tent camp without the tent.

The KOA is on a perfect location, however out all the nine KOAs I stayed during this trip, the Flagstaff KOA needs work. Definitely a 5 for location but a 2 for sites and a 3 for cleanliness and organization. The KOA is never empty and receives all size RVs. Management needs to trim trees, clear entry/exit path from hanging branches, and level sites. Upgrade bathrooms and laundry area.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
