The campground itself is nice and has convenient trail access. We have stayed before in the basic cabins, which were great. This time however, we stayed in a deluxe cabin for the AC. But it was a huge plug in unit in the living area which did not work properly and kept blowing out hot air instead of cooling. So we have to open windows, and there was a party next door to us who were very loud.

I have stayed at this campground several times and like the location. The site I was given was very hard to get into with my RV and there were other sites open that would have been better. The showers are older and two did not work correctly.

Overall the campground was clean. Not sure why we only had a stone patio when our neighbors paying the same had concrete patios. The internet was very weak. Our site was not level by a lot and very tight.

The Campground is old and needs to be updated. There didn't appear to be one site that was level. We saw very large motorhomes with wheels off the ground in attempt to level them. Most of the sites were only dirt and with the wind there was a constant dust being blown. The staff was friendly and attempted to make the stay pleasant which was very difficult considering the condition.

Outstanding customer service! Everyone is always so polite and attentive to the customers needs. Park and facilities are always spotless. We brought our 2 granddaughters on their first time on this trip and there was so many activities and entertainment for them. Amazing! We definately will be back and definately spread the positive word via all our social media apps! KOA Flagstaff 10 stars��'s!!

Elderly woman with mousy long brown hair behind the counter taking our reservation was not friendly at all. She was rude with my husband and me. Terrible. Also the woman’s shower tile walls were scummy and filthy. Was not worth the money.

The campground was clean and well maintained. Rather tight spot for a 36' with a tow vehicle. I wasn't happy that the only sites with sewer were all upgraded KOA patio sites. I don't agree with this marketing concept as some of the sites should be offered at the lower rate (or at least be offered for military/first responders at a lower rate) especially during the off season.

Great location and the camp is super clean. The WiFi is not good though, if you want to stream or video conference you need starlink or a hotspot.

It was nice. Some of the roads where the camping area was were rather tight. We noticed some of the bigger rigs had trouble maneuvering through there.

We only spent one night so we didnt get to use most of the amenities. But the dog park was amazing, large enough for dogs to play with one another, and had things for them to do, with lots of shade. Everyone did an amazing job at picking up after their dogs. My female German shorthaired pointer was actually able to run and get some of her pent up energy out.

It was my first time staying at a koa, the staff was friendly the park was clean and quiet. I would stay again.

The flagstaff koa is an amazing place to stay. It’s at the foot of a cool mountain with a trail head leading to multiple trails. I went to check in. Fast and efficient. I was escorted to my site . The bathrooms were nice . I used the shower and laundry. Both were very nice. Super nice family environment. My grandkids loved the jump pad. Kudos to all the staff

Sites feel very close together and some aspects of the park really need a refresher. Staff is friendly and there do seem to be many activities for kids. If I was traveling with kids this would be a good choice, but it’s only okay for older adults.

Good campground,great trails, and convenient to Sedona, Grand Canyon. Nice playground. Sites are a bit tight.

They change the check-in time to 3 PM which sometimes becomes very late. Secondly, while I was there, I talk to them about getting propane. I brought the tank to the office. I brought it back to my campground. They said somebody would come and get it and four hours later nobody had showed up so I had to go fill it somewhere else. Staff was courteous just I guess they have communication issues

CJ was more personable this visit. Staff was helpful and friendly. Check-in time for tents should be 12noon or 1p (3p is too late), but we appreciated that we were able to get on earlier. Should offer delivery service for wood & ice.

Well not too sure how we feel with all the updates . But all in all it was a great stay . The lady in the desk at check in was rude glasses and longer hair . I didn’t see that the check in time was 3 , which sucks btw it’s been 1:00 pm since 2018 when I got my trailer . So when we arrived early to be greeted by a not warm person and told to go away wasn’t a great way to start the trip .

We typically do not stay in RV parks. We use them to retool and refresh on our way to other locations. So for what it is I would say this KOA was decent. The staff is very attentive to needs. Bathrooms and showers very clean. RV sites well spaced. Excellent location. Our site however was not even close to level. That should not occur. We had to use every leveling block we had and it still was off.

I was disappointed in the KOA. The dog play areas were large and fairly well maintained and it looked like there were many people enjoying the various amenities the KOA offered. However, sadly the campsites were virtually on top of each other and we had no privacy or space to sit and enjoy ourselves outside our RV. I will look elsewhere to camp the next time in the area.

I always enjoy this KOA spot in Flagstaff. I can see some areas that need some improvement. I have viewed the new Hospitality Units which are very nice, but the remainder of the campground needs a facelift. Roads are in bad shape, signage is not present, and the bathrooms need to be explanded or a second complex should be added. You are a popular place, and people need to have adequate facilities

Easy check in. No sewer hook up, which is obviously on me, so I'm not dinging you for that. But the serious problem is the condition of the bathroom: very low water pressure, and not clean at all. This my husband's report, so I didn't even go there. I'm sure you can and will take care of this!

I want to send a huge shout out to a gentleman with a leaf tattoo by his ear i think, forgot his name but he went above and beyond! We had an issue with ants and he kept finding solutions for us and checking up to make sure the ants where gone. That man was EVERYWHERE! Also the lady at the activity trailer was extremely sweet! Only things that would make the camp better is maybe a little more

One of the best koa we ever stayed,very clean,staff are great,very friendly. One think we like the most the spacing,we are not ontop of each other with the other campers,just perfect space.

The park is fairly quiet, even though it's just off Hwy 89. The staff was very friendly. The location is really convenient to great hiking trails. On the downside, the spaces are small. We had no room to put out our awning or sit outside, and it was tight leaving, due to others parking partly on the narrow pavement. The soil is like moondust, and I think it would be a mess if it rained.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
