RV lots are narrow and so are the roads to each site. We have a 42 ft motor home ,to avoid the trees and running over the utilities, we had to jock back and forth, finally settled in for our one night stay. Price? VERY OVER PRICED.

Location is perfect. Access from Hwy very easy. HOWEVER, navigating to a standard pull thru was difficult. We are a 36’ class A with a tow on a dolly. Spaces are extremely narrow and close together. Sites are not “groomed” after occupancy and not very level into and out off. No directional (one way) for campground roads, black top not maintained. Comfort seems in the delux patio spots.

Lack of internet…. That was a bummer . The upgrades to the RV sites where awesome!!!

Great place to stay, friendly, clean laundry & restrooms. We had a patio site with table, Webber grill & fire pit. Would definitely stop there again when traveling in this area.

We enjoyed our stay. When the showers got plugged I let a staff member know and the problem was taken care of very quickly. Nice job!

The staff here is incredibly friendly. Always out and about they make the stay pleasant by stopping and having conversations, or just making the place look better.

We loved it, the only thing that was problematic was the spot 145 was not level. So we were sleeping at an angle each night and water wouldn’t drain correctly. Other than that it was great!

OK experience. The tent sites had no mulch and the tables were in bad shape. Not the fault of the KOA, the road noise from the highway was excessive. We were camped out at the very end of the campground.

We enjoyed our stay for one night. We were passing through but the grounds were great! I even got up early to take my one of our dogs on a hike - it was a beautiful start to our day

This was a great facility. The lady that seemed to be maintenance was so sweet and courteous. Everyone was so polite. All the bathrooms were clean and available. We loved the view and hospitality. We will be back …

We've been staying here for a good 25 years, at least once or twice a year. Over the winter of '25/26, they improved some sites, movied the play area & added cabins. All good.What isn't an improvement is the change of check-in time for RV sites from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., reducing time to see Flagstaff, and effecting our driving schedule, we may have to reconsider some stays, sadly.

Three showers and toilets for all the camp sites was ridiculous. 11 p.m. my husband and I had to wait in line. Same thing everytime we went to use the restroom.

Patio site wasn’t level, making it difficult to dump. Lots of people cutting through the site (21). For the premium cost, had higher expectations.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy pull in spots for those challeged with backup skills! Grounds and restrooms are very clean. Best General store ever, stocked with some cool merchandise. Close to town. The hike to Mt Elden was great!

Friendly staff, but the entire facility urgently needs renovation, including the sanitary facilities, laundry, etc.

Loved the staff, both office and golf cart drivers. The craft activities were led by a very friendly girl, named O'Donna or something similar. She went out of her way for me ,many times and in many ways. Other than my promotional gift cards, her presence was my favorite part. Keep her and give her a raise!! She makes the craft program great for both children and old ladies, like myself .

Was a good overnight stop play area needed some love campsights were clean water hookups were stripped needed some love, but overall good stop. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant.

Your park is very well run and clean with very helpful staff. However the condition of your paved roads gives the impression of disrepair and unkept. It is not what you expect from a Holiday. Appearance is just as important as amenities for the kids.

We were in site 94. This was a little tight for our fifth wheel. Camp ground was in great shape. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a hiking trailhead starting at the back of the campground! Very close to grocery store, gas, restaurants. If I go back, I would ask about the sites with patios and table and chairs. Those sites looked really nice.

The staff and facility is excellent, HOWEVER, the Prices here are ridiculous, Very expensive! If it were more affordable we would have stayed here for WEEKS or Months , not 2 days . Simply stated it's a rip off . Much to expensive we won't come back unless they lower their prices or have no other options, like the two days we did stay here. Great place if you have unlimited funds, if not, no go !

The sites were not very level and trying to get to the sights can be challenging with tight corners and trees close to the road, especially in a longer rig. I would recommend checking out the sights before booking

We spent 6 nights at the flagstaff KOA a week ago. The campground has undergone a great deal of revitalization and it looks great. Our only complaint was the TV service. The wi fi was good, but getting television via wi fi bordered on impossible. The person at the welcome desk told us “ good luck in getting and keeping coverage”. The only place I’ve paid $150 a night and not even a TV. Very

Tight sites, trees blocked availability to turn trailers down both roads and site. Came in late to another camper using our power outlet, not well labeled. Quiet and pleasant campers. Decent location but would likely choose another campground closer and more accessible sites to National Park entrance at next visit.

Love the pine trees, grounds are clean and neat but but we seem to be placed in a not so great space each time. This time the space was a little narrow to my liking, even though the empty ones next around us seemed a little wider. Staff was very friendly and the showers were nice and hot.

We had a great time and we’d go again. There are two areas that I think additional investment will make it an even more pleasant experience: 1) bathrooms are hot and stuffy, I suggest more ventilation 2) tent pads are so deep with wood chips tent stakes don’t work well. Something should be done about that.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
