Continue with the remodel, sites are tired. We have been 3 times. Sites need to be leveled and improved surface. We damaged our leveling leg on our 5th wheel when hooking up. Great location.

In general a nice KOA. Spots a bit small with big trees, so it's a bit challenging for the bigger rigs...but all said, nice and clean and friendly staff.

The glamping tent was very nice, clean, and comfortable. One downside of winter camping was that the electric service had insufficient amperage to run a heater and other electronics without tripping the breaker. We had to buy a portable propane heater for comfort. Road noise was also noticeable at this site The staff were friendly and responsive at the KOA, and the camp was clean.

Friendly, helpful staff. Having our propane filled & delivered to our site was convenient. The facility is well maintained & location is ideal with easy access to I-40, stores, & restaurants. Also enjoyed the nearby trail. There is a bit of road noise & I would have preferred a graveled site, versus dirt, but still highly recommend this park.

Clean campground with lots for the kids to do. Bath houses were very clean and the staff was more than helpful too. We will be returning again next year.

It was cold, and a dusting of snow. they helped me fill my propane tanks and instructed me on local tourist attractions.

Nice and pretty campground. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good dog parks. The only issue we had was there are some very tight turns if you get in certain spots and you are in a big rig. Other than that it was perfect.

We had the absolute best time at Flagstaff KOA!! Beautiful campsite. Staff was always friendly. The kids enjoyed going down to the store to buy treats, playground, trails, and much more! Love the fire pits that were available. We ended up booking an extra night because we were not ready to leave! We already booked a return visit this summer! Truly can't wait to come back!

charge me for water and electrical, had no water it had been shut off. they never told me that the water had been shut off at the time i paid for the space.

Beautiful campground in the pines, yet near to conveniences like Whole Foods. Camp staff is friendly and helpful, and they bring firewood to your campsite. They are making some nice upgrades right now, and on our most recent stay, they had put in small, well-designed patios with fire pits and picnic tables next to some sites. We love it and will be back!

Great place to setup camp for a few nights! The staff is super friendly and the spots are nice. I’d suggest a back in spot over a pull through for a bit more privacy but there’s lots of trees so it feels cozy. The camp store was nice and you have everything you could possibly need right in Flagstaff. Overall a great trip!

I was not informed there would be no water at the site I reserved which was supposed to have water and power. I could have stayed at a different campground for less that actually had water. I got in at 10pm with an empty holding tank and a family of 5 including small children with special needs who could not be bathed. Dishes for the day's travel could not be done and the toilet had 2 flushes left

The ppl working front desk were 5 star. Friendly helpful, perfect! The campground however was in sad state of disrepair and the spaces were so tight if wasn't for empty spot across from mine to pull in I couldn't back a 20ft rv into spot.

Sites very close. Roads are extremely narrow and unkempt. Sites are not level and required extra time to level. Surroundings nicely treed.

Rv park was under construction. We stayed for a week and were woken up daily by chain saws, Jack hammers, and Sid steer. Park did not notify us prior about construction to make other arrangements. Spots are small making it difficult to maneuver large RVs through the very in even spots. Attempted to contact management about construction concerns in person and via email with no response.

Very nice koa. Piney woods and next to mt. elden. Trailhead at back of park. Close to grand canyon which was spectacular! Nice koa. Large spaces. We were in 192. Restrooms nice. Showers a bit small.

The weather was terrible so it made getting around the campground messy. There was alot of work going on so it was noisy. I would like to stay when the work is completed. The camp hosts were nice and friendly.

Always have a fantastic time, just would have been nice to know to expect construction as the park gets improved. Otherwise, great campground, everything is always very clean, and well-kept. Staff is amazing. We love it here.

The lodge was wonderful - however, we upgraded to it because the cabins with no bathroom are a very far distance from the public bath house.

Having a 40 foot motorhome, it would have been nice to be in a wider site. We could not have a fire on our site due to it being narrow. Thank you!

The staff was so helpful and kind, they truly do go above and beyond. However, the spot that I stayed in was very uneven - similar to free dispersed campground sites. My site was also surrounded by construction equipment and construction itself so maybe they plan to fix that but I did expect a better site given KOA reputation

I paid for a pull thru, full hookup site for one night. There was no sewer connection. I could not pull thru the next morning because of a big camper ahead of me and a very large tree trunk to my left. I had to back out into the main road until I had turning clearance with my truck to leave. The roads are crumbled and uneven. The restroom in the main building is in need of an upgrade.

Always perfect. Cabin was fabulous. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Very comfortable for my dog and I. Dog park was clean and a good size for large dogs. Will be back.

This KOA is in a nice part of Flagstaff but is not clean or cared for properly. The laundry room (while appreciated) needs to be cleaned!

This is a nice campground close to metro Flagstaff. The campground is generally well maintained, however the showers need to be renovated. While most of them function some do not work well. Everything else is in good shape and the staff is very nice and helpful. If you arrive during normal hours someone guides you to your spot. Th power and water supply was clean and in good order and the campground is safe.
