I would not recommend this park you put me in a spot which was too small for my rv . One of my slides was up against a tree the other slide was too close to the water and power that trying too hookup I kept sliding on the river rock. The picnic table was at angle too fit on the lot . My steps were on the river rock making it uneven getting in or out of the rv. There were other lots available.

We enjoy the KOA in Flagstaff. The cabins were new to us since the last time we stayed there. The staff were helpful and very friendly. The only thing we couldn't do there was the horseshoes because there were only two left. Maybe they could invest in more and keep them in the office like they do at the Williams KOA. The weather was great!

(Local fires and smoke were an issue.. Not the campground's fault.) In spite of local area issues, we had a wonderful stay here. It is close to the Grand Canyon - which is why we came back a second year in a row. The bathrooms and campground were clean and there were non stop free workshops for the kids. The campground also added a new air-filled bouncy that the kids had a blast on. Five stars

I had reservations for 3 nights. The first night was nice. Big space with lots of privacy: rating 5 stars. The 2nd night I moved to a different space that was much smaller and had little privacy Rating 3 stars. The 3rd night: Due to the poor air quality caused by the smoke from nearby forest fire affecting my wife's asthma, we decided to leave. KOA staff was informed, but refused to cancel res.

When we arrived they had us placed in a smaller rv site, they did change it to a more accommodating site, when I plugged in with my 50 amp the box was not reading or providing appropriate amps to allow my 120 plugs to work on my medical devices for myself and wife, there was a large forest fire close by and the management would not allow me to cancel. Got everything working, would not stay here,

Good stopping point for things in and around Flagstaff. The sign is hard to see from the main road when you first get there. Bathrooms need better ventilation (hot) and the showers are small (6.5 4”tiles wide) with showerheads set for someone 5’6”.

The woman in the activity trailer was great, the kids loved having the crafts to do. Campground and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The short nature trail is just the right length for the kids to walk it by themselves and feel like they were hiking while staying close and fenced in so we didn't have to worry about them

Great stay. The campgrounds were kept in great shape all week we were there. The Grandkids loved the activities and the staff that administered them. Would defenitely stay there again.

Great campground with lots of space and a lot to do. Very crowded in the summer, but didn’t feel crowded. Staff was very helpful. Bathrooms and showers could have been cleaner and better maintained.

Unfortunately, there was a hugh fire causing a lot of smoke in the area. Air quality was only fair.

Staff were all very nice. We needed electricity for a medical device so decided to try KOA. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to really experience the park as we were only there for the night and didn’t plan on leveling and fully setting up our trailer as we needed to leave early the next morning. Space 92 is extremely unlevel so we suggest asking for a more level space if there is one on the h

Flagstaff KOA is a fantastic place to stay. The facilities and staff are top tier. This was my second time at Flagstaff KOA and I will return again.

The staff seemed rude to me. However they did let me check in at 1:00 pm. My motorhome is 35 feet long and has 3 slides out. I also tow a jeep. The site was to narrow with my slides out. Had to push the picnic table out of the way. Not really any room to walk back to my car. The sites beside me were having the same issue. Would not recommend this koa. The price is way to much for what you get.

2023 went from NC to Oregon through Ca back to Nc. Just Went from NC to Ct to Chicago did Route 66 to Santa Monica. Always stayed at Koa when we could. This was by extreme the WORST Koa. Treacherous terrain and extremely tight roads and sights. Damaged my Rv and trailer because of large rocks placed to force campers off of cement pads.

This place was awesome!! Beautiful location, friendly staff, awesome dog park, clean bathrooms, cute gift shop and yummy snacks. I highly recommended staying here!

The site was extremely small with zero room for an awning. Lots of trees that interfere with navigating larger units. The person trying to park me put me in a situation where I had to disconnect my tow vehicle in order to park in my site.

Very nice team always ready to help (carrying a water pack for exemple ! Ha ha !). Stores and gas station right across the street... really nice spot under trees. We did make the hicke up the mountain... so nice... fantastic view and meeting happy people. I recommend.

We are on a three week camping trip. We have used several Koa’s in the past and on this trip. Flagstaff is our favorite. Great sites and facilities. We would go back in a heart beat. Ken Austin Tx

We stay here almost every summer for a few days before going out for 10 weeks. We noticed improvements especially in the "big rig" area. More premium sites, fresh gravel, larger stones where the dirt between spots used to be and some nice looking new cabins. Work still needs to be done on the paved roadways thru out the campground.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
