The first thing we noticed was the weeds at every outside camp spot. The laundry room was not clean at all. There were used dryer sheets on the floor, dead bugs, and the floor was filthy. There was nowhere to hang your dried clothes or a way to transfer your dry clothes from the dryer to the folding table. The kids activities were great, when the activity director showed up on time, or at all.

This is our second cabin stay. First time was earlier in the year w/ snow & it was fine because there was a heater. During the summer was ridiculously too hot in the cabin w/ 0 relief from the tiny fan & no air flow. Also didn't feel safe after my young boys used the male restroom before bed, left the restroom to meet me outside, and another creepy camper came outside naked.

There isn't enough space in this box to describe our problems. Our first space was unsuitable. Moving required detaching our trailer and pushing it to our new space. The low limbs in spot 87 hung down and scraped our RV. It's important for the people who assign spaces to understand the space customers need to safely maneuver. Generally, the spaces are not level, narrow, and unevenly graded.

We always enjoy staying at the Flagstaff KOA, a clean well-run facility, all the employees are nice. If only they could control the weather, it was a little warm while we were there.

Pros - Great location, fair prices, nice gift store, Andrew and Heather were great, paved or oiled roads w/ level pads, large trees, patio equipment clean and maintained, dogs controlled, kids area great and well supervised, laundry area perfect, trash areas clean, everyone friendly Cons - Bathrooms not clean and need upgrades, people driving too fast, could use another small K9 area towards back

I have stayed here at least four times. I was disappointed this trip due to the women's restroom being so messy and the cabin being extremely hot. There was only a fan I and it did nothing to help with the heat. For almost the same price, I get AC in other KOAs.

The cabin was spacious and clean! The supplies for dishwashing, trash bags, etc were lacking. There was a big patio with a very clean grill. All in all a fun time.

Friendly staff and clean facilities. Really appreciate access to the trails behind the property. Games, crafts and activities for kids and dogs. Wish that the spaces were not as cramped as they are designed. We have a small class C and could step from our door straight onto the picnic table! Try staggering campers on non-adjacent pads when vacancy allows. Prune/replace dead trees - love the woods.

I was very disappointed. The campground was very nice. But I had driven all day and just needed a safe place to set up my tent for the night. I made my reservation. At around 4 PM and arrived at about 8:30 PM there was no reservation map for me in the the kiosk. I called. I searched. I was frustrated. I ended up picking a spot and pitching my tent fearing someone would show up and say I was in the

After 12 years of staying here, I’m deeply disappointed. Large smooth rocks have been placed between many campsites, creating unstable footing, reducing usable campsite space, and making the campground far less accessible. More sites and cabins were added without more restrooms. The campground has lost the welcoming, camper-friendly feel that kept me coming back. I won’t return or recommend it

Infrastructure is terrible, but the staff tried to help with a very difficult situation. The park is terrible!!

In the new paved and patio sites there is less tracking in of dirt to the camper, but they seem narrower then before. Also the women's bathroom in the upper sites was somewhat of a disaster over the Fourth of July weekend.

My wife was chosen to be a recipient of a Most Deserved Person prize for 2 night stay in a cabin at KOA Flagstaff for her victory over pancreatic cancer last year. We were treated so kindly the entire stay. We are so thankful for the thoughtful staff and all the kindness everyone showed us. We had a great time! The activities for families were fun. The bathrooms were clean. Really, the only "bad" thing was the roads. They could use a repaving.

The lady inside the office was a little negative, and the sites are not level and very close together. Other than that it was pretty quiet.

Not to sound repetitive but I stay at this KOA several times a year. All the staff is amazing, friendly, and helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Facilities are great too. I always bring my dogs so the doggie park is a great place for them to run free for bit. Don't see any reason to go to another campground!

Our stay was overall great. They made accommodations so that we could stay near our friends cabin. My only complaint is that the women's restroom near our cabin was "out of order" and they didn't reopen it for the rest of our stay. It was difficult with young children to use the only available restroom at the front of the property. This also made it extremely crowded.

We stayed here twice on our way to and from Montana. Two different kinds of experiences. The first was a pull through site with just water and electric. Very easy in and out. Second time through was a back in site with full hookups. Not so easy, very tight and needed to hoses for water and two sewer hose to reach the sewer dump. They also had people in tents right behind us. Really strange set up

Love the quiet and rest we get at this campground. I wish they would give us the cabin I ask for (CC1) which has more shade then the one we get each year. I made reservations in January and the girl (on Friday 7/3) said somebody reserved that cabin before me? Anyways, we enjoy the stay at CC2 each year because it is so private. Just needs more shade in the afternoon.

The KOA looks better than it ever has - and we have been visiting this KOA for well over a dozen years. It is not inexpensive, so we called the day before the ask about the smoke from the wildfires and we were told it was not an issue for the campground. When we arrived it was definitely an issue and the gal at the front desk confirmed JUST how bad it had been for the last few days.

Staff were very very friendly but we were really disappointed in the cabin we were in. We paid a premium price for facilities. In order to get hot water in the shower you have to turn the bathroom sink tap to hot and leave running. Water pressure is so low while showering it was even hard to rinse shampoo out of your hair. We had the best weekend. The activity center kept our kids busy, the dog park kept our dogs happy and the staff and fellow campers were friendly.

Overpriced for what you get. We stayed at over 5 KOA's on our 3 week vacation and this was the worse out of all of them by far..bathrooms and showers were filthy and outdated..roads were torn up and not maintained. Not really suitable for large rigs as I have a 36ft 5th wheel and barely made it in and out without any damage. Will find some place else if ever in the area..was happy to leave -MP

I love this park, have stayed many times. The staff is super-friendly, and I love the Patio sites (a little extra room, and I don't have to schlep my grill out of the cargo bay). I was there from 6/30 to 7/3/26 (to free-up my space before holiday rush), and the Sedona brush fire was not bad (I think Mt. Elden blocked a lot of the smoke). I'll be back!

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
