Friendly and helpful staff. Clean restrooms although the ladies restroom was a little on the cool side. Would definitely stay again.

Nice staff and great location. My only complaint would be that the campsite was not level. We only had a few blocks with us and so we still had a slope. Other than that, it was a great place to stay the night!

Lovely spot nice big trees and great walking trails. Staff is very friendly my only complaint was that the water was lukewarm in the shower.

The people I talked to were incredibly friendly and helpful. In terms of personalities, this place is spectacular. I’m guessing that in the summertime, it would be an amazing place to stay. But, I went here to de-winterize my trailer on the way south. Unfortunately, most all of the water stands were frozen solid. That minor thing aside, great place to stay, especially in warmer months.

Very close to Flagstaff attractions as it's in town. Easy to get to off I40, but far enough away to be quiet. Very Clean and friendly staff. Nice bathrooms and lots of room to walk the dog. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Stayed for a week to see some nationals parks. This is a great central location. Very clean and friendly.

Was disappointed in our last stay. We booked a patio site at 100$ a night, for that price definitely not worth it, we should have gone to Village Camp. Nothing for the kids to do and even though we had to sign a waiver for the jumpy pillow it wasn’t there. Such a disappointment for the price.

Site was out of level. 5” over 12’ front to back, 3” side to side. Unacceptable!

Nice, well located park. A little challenging to find my spot and the roads are a little rough, but nice hiking trails. Did not use any amenities. Staff were all awesome

Got cold. Other than that, it was a good campground and we would stay again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

This was the first time the office wouldn’t accept an online reservation past a certain time so had to reserve over the phone. Lady was nice on the phone. Bathhouse is due for an update/refurb. I really wanted warm/hot water at the sink so I could wash my face but only cold water at sink. Bathhouse was warm. This was the most expensive KOA we’ve stayed at this month but the worst condition.

Very easy to book via phone and front desk. Upon arrival staff was courteous, kind and helpful. Campground very clean with great access to restrooms/showers, dog park, trails. Definitely would stay again!!

Continue with the remodel, sites are tired. We have been 3 times. Sites need to be leveled and improved surface. We damaged our leveling leg on our 5th wheel when hooking up. Great location.

In general a nice KOA. Spots a bit small with big trees, so it's a bit challenging for the bigger rigs...but all said, nice and clean and friendly staff.

The glamping tent was very nice, clean, and comfortable. One downside of winter camping was that the electric service had insufficient amperage to run a heater and other electronics without tripping the breaker. We had to buy a portable propane heater for comfort. Road noise was also noticeable at this site The staff were friendly and responsive at the KOA, and the camp was clean.

Friendly, helpful staff. Having our propane filled & delivered to our site was convenient. The facility is well maintained & location is ideal with easy access to I-40, stores, & restaurants. Also enjoyed the nearby trail. There is a bit of road noise & I would have preferred a graveled site, versus dirt, but still highly recommend this park.

Clean campground with lots for the kids to do. Bath houses were very clean and the staff was more than helpful too. We will be returning again next year.

It was cold, and a dusting of snow. they helped me fill my propane tanks and instructed me on local tourist attractions.

Nice and pretty campground. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good dog parks. The only issue we had was there are some very tight turns if you get in certain spots and you are in a big rig. Other than that it was perfect.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
