The lots need to be level and paved. To much dirt to track in and leveling was difficult. Neighbor had a very difficult time backing in

The canine area is terrible, nothing but a dirt pit. Gravel would be so much better/cleaner for the pets and their owners. Otherwise it is a very nice campground with friendly helpful staff.

Campground is great! Friendly, helpful staff as well. Cabin next to us was quite loud for several hours, finally quieted down after 12am. Was not campgrounds fault. Anyways, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We liked the walking trails. Spots and roads were tight and trying to get a big rig in and out was stressful. The guy guiding us in on arrival didn't see the tree scraping our rig. The coach in front of us scraped their picnic table being guided in and the coach behind us would have done the same if they hadn't noticed it. The guy was pretty useless in guidance. Office staff was nice.

We love Flagstaff KOA. We used a tent site this time. The grounds are well kept. The restrooms are always clean. Hot showers with great water pressure and a very nice, well stocked store. The staff is very friendly. We will be back again.

Absolutely the worst campground I’ve seen in 53 years of camping. Noisy! No quiet time rules enforced. A noisy RV group had a projector tv outside shining through the tent spots till 12:30 am! Nothing done about it. Zero quiet time with the busy highway next door. Bathroom was dirty the entire stay. Tent spaces are literally side by side parking spots. Too many spots squeezed in! Total KOA fail!

We called last minute & were able to get a site. Campground was full so we were grateful. Awesome stay! We’ve stayed many times over the last 25 years so we noticed lots of upgrades. Great location, stellar staff. Thank you!

Plenty of sites and amenities. The side drives are inundated with bumps and uneven patching. WiFi is good but continuous drops. Bathrooms need an update. Probably the best campground in Flagstaff.

Tent sites had way too many people, they were up past quiet hours. Dogs tied on the corner of one tent site got loose and attacked me and my dog. Site 180 had too many people stop in their rig to use the dumpster and it’s noisy and dusty. Need to put up a sign or something to have people not do that.

Our site was so small we could hardly get out our door. Water pressure was so low we kept getting air in our line. The 30 amp out-put was so bad we couldn’t use our AC or microwave

The first time we stayed there it was great. With the camp kitchen that had excellent breakfast burritos at a reasonable price. They were closed which was very disappointing. The spot we paid for was more then the ones before, to hopefully get shade, but we were literally one spot over from where we stayed before and no shade. Not worth the extra money.

The 1st thing that I noticed was the camp site was so far out of level that we had to drive up on ramps and put spacers under our jacks. Ever camp site around us had the same problem. Second our cable TV didn't work. We reported it and we were told it was at our end, not there's. It worked at the previous campground, and the next site. There wifi never worked. I would not recommend this koa

the only thing is that the campsites are very close to each other so that it was impossible to sit outside in our chairs in the evening or open our awning.

When we pulled into our campsite we had to clean up the trash around it before we could set up. Not very well kept up. Mens bathroom was out of toilet paper on Friday.

The staff was great! It was noisy as far as highway noise, didn’t realize it was so close to it. The space was sloped to much, ran out of levelers. I was using the bathroom and had recognized a man from a homeless camp when I was hiking earlier using the facilities, I had reported the incident and was told sometimes they get the code, not cool!. My wife was scared afterwards to use the after dar

Stopover for one night coming and going to Moab Utah from California. I used a tent site both times to camp out of my SUV. Tent sites were spacious and appreciated having a picnic table in the space. Best part of the stay was the hot shower in the shower/restroom building. I also really like the well stocked general store.

Very nice campground. Everyone was helpful and nice. Wish we could have stayed longer. This not a knock site 179 needs to be releveled. Thank you for a very nice place to visit.

Original campsite was very un level but manager was cooperative and got us moved. Facilities and grounds were great. We had our family in two RV sites and a cabin.

We had an enjoyable stay at this KOA and the staff was friendly. The only thing is the bathroom showers could have been a little cleaner.

The staff are absolutely Gems! Kind, loving, friendly, inviting... It must be the college vibes but they're totally kid-friendly and awesome with my son! Scored a few gems in the gift shop which is stocked with all kinds of great stuff for adults and kids! The site itself is immaculate with tons of RV and car and tent parking as well as yurts. Great playground great jumping pad for the children covered with sand for safety it's a beautiful place I love it. Mount Elden view spectacular! Most of the people there are traveling with families so it's very inviting and or retired just having a good time of course there's those that have the van and bus life plenty of sprinters and plenty of big old white converted yellow buses! My only issue was not being able to plug in my EV which wasn't an issue because I have free charging but the camp hostess was very rude about plugging in a car that only draws 1.7kW that's about a third of a dryer less than some light bulbs, you know those damn RVs are pulling all kinds of energy for their dryers and personal items as well as their lithium batteries that charge the system and allow for lighting at night. For KOA to not have charging is not acceptable given that it's an outdoors preservation, camping company! 🔥 🌲 ⛺
