We enjoy the wooded sites at this KOA. It was really quiet! Nice laundry and store. Showers small but clean.

Outstanding and well run campground. Especially impressed that they had AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) available. Not that I needed one, but I was just impressed that they have the thought and put forth the expense.

Great professional staff. Worked with me for a late departure while tow vehicle was serviced that morning at local dealer. Bathrooms were clean and properly stocked. Lots of construction underway on site. Had more road noise than expected. Site was terribly un-level, requiring nearly 3 blocks side to side and near full front jack extension. Stayed one night.

Very nice. Staff friendly, clean restrooms and sites. Needed to store my trailer after checkout and they told I could and where to park it.

The stay and amenities were just fine. Space sizes were narrow with multiple obstacles for very long vehicles. Trees need cut back and large rocks need to be set back a little further.

They are doing construction so they rerouted us to the back part of the campground. Unfortunately you could not make the turn. After several rides around we went in the old way and got to our site. A lot of people were complaining.

Lovely campground that is right in the heart of Flagstaff, just a few blocks away from the mall. My only complaint is, and I believe it was due to the water main pipe being repaired, the water was super stinky, we couldn't use it even for washing stuff. Hopefully that issue gets resolved as the water line gets flushed?

Helpful staff, on the phone and in person. Restrooms were very dirty. Campground was rough.... uneven ground (4 inches difference between left and right sides), unkempt for a KOA. Location was great.

Sites way small and congested. Roads in bad shape and narrow. We pulled in after dark and had a heck of a time finding our site. 33' long trailer and hardly room to make turns. Sorry this is NOT camping just parking. Our first and last time at a KOA

Had a great stay. The campgrounds was well maintained. Only glitch was a water line break. However, management kept us well informed and we were still able to have use of fresh water.

The site pad was not firm and by morning the leveling feet has sunk 4 to 5 inches. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful!

The sites were very uneven and alot of snow in the sites! The people were very helpful. I had a problem with my first site so I upgraded to a 50amp site and the 50 amp didn't work so I never got to use the upgrade but I still got charged and extra 60 dollars for it, I thought I should've received a refund

A little rough at first. The spot they selected for me was too steep and my self leveling system would not rise as the front was too low. Really had a problem getting it up. The staff was great getting me a flatter spot once everything was good.

All tent spaces covered in snow. Why not clear tent pad? Paid for rv spot because it had snow cleared.

Our site was totally unplowed. There was a change in weather with a winter storm advisory, and the real likelihood that we would be unable to travel on our original departure date. We asked for a weather exception so we could move on without losing one night stay and the staff was very rude and advised that KOA corporate would not allow them to make any exceptions to the cancellation policy.

Love the park and staff! Couple maintenance issue in cabin. Poor water pressure in shower and shower lite doesn’t work. Bunk mattresses very thin for adult comfort. Really impressed with active snowplows in park. Office staff excellent as always.

I was moved to a more expensive spot because of a barking dog that they were well aware of then I paid for 5 days straight but they wouldn't honor the 2 free days saying it had to be in the same spot! They never once mentioned that or I wouldn't have stayed the 5th day. I will never stay at a KOA again because they don't care about their customers.

We can't go wrong when picking a KOA to camp at and such was the case here. We enjoyed our stay and the fact that we were close to anything that we wanted or needed to do.

Nice dry sites, a little dusty in the high winds! Shower was awesome. Large, newly remodeled stalls with good heads with lots of hot water. Late night check in was easy.

The Flagstaff KOA failed to have the facilities, policies and procedures to comply with ADA access to their office. Management response was wholly inadequate for a civil rights violation. Issue has been referred to the appropriate enforcement bodies.

I have travelled to all the states in this beautiful country, and have stayed at many KOAs, this is far and away the worst! The campground is falling apart, roads are terrible, sites are not much better with falling down pedestals some of which are miss placed. In this instance Flagstaff KOA should PAY THE CUSTOMERS to stay there.

Honestly I’ve stayed here over the years and it’s become a bit rundown. Bathrooms are covered in mold and in need of a desperate gut and redo, the site where we were staying at trees in awkward places. I had a terrible experience trying to get a specific site and the lady who takes calls when the office is busy was very much like “not my problem” kind of attitude. This might be our last st

We arrived after the office was closed but there was nothing left out for us with our name on it. There was one there for someone else and luckily we were told which site would be ours over the phone and there was exactly 1 map left for us to locate our site. Bathrooms were clean and we were able to take hot showers.

I booked a site with just water and electric as I am on a budget when we travel and it was cheaper. We got set up only to find out the water in our section had been turned off due to problems they were having. Went to the office and she moved us to another site that was more expensive and we had to pay for it. This was not our fault and we were pretty upset about the increase in price.

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
