I was quite pleased. It exceeded my expectations as this was the first day at KOA. The employees and staff were quite helpful and the grounds were clean and well kept. The surroundings were quiet and just as I hoped for my week long stay in Flagstaff.

Nice, RV park in a scenic area but, most of the RV sites need to be leveled (graded). Ours had hardly any gravel, the sewer connection wasn't threaded and only had a large rock for a cover. The bathrooms were decent but needed much more frequent attention due to all the traffic. Some of the pull thru sites are very nice. It really felt like maintenance was the main issue.

There was one worker in the office who was very friendly and helpful, however the park is in need of some much needed work on the lower part of the park. As I walked the park it appeared that the upper park roads and sites were repaired, but the area we were had way too many trees and terrible roads and the sites were uneven. We found a different park for our next stay.

The people were great and the cabin was clean, but the stove and microwave both stopped working, there were numerous small broken fixtures, beds not very comfortable. It was an okay stay but it felt probably too expensive for what it was.

This koa is a favorite stop for us. Live the friendly and helpful staff. We had an electrical issue and Andrew helped us personally. He checked in on us and we can't thank him enough. Our 5 day visit was wonderful and relaxing in the pines even with the rain. Highly recommend this koa!

The spaces are VERY close/ tight. My husband has been driving big rig trucks/ equipment for 35 years and he had a hard time getting into the space. It was so steep that our fifth wheel scraped the bed of our new truck!! I didn’t even know that the nose could come down that far!! Pulling out was also very tight. The park is clean but over 36ft should look be aware

Great location for exploring all of the natural and cultural wonders around Flagstaff. The staff was very welcoming. Maneuvering our Class A coach to our site was a little tight but was made up for by all the trees and our great location on the last row at the back of the park, with a great view of the mountains beyond.

Sites are on top of each other unless you purchase highest price patio spots. We purchased pull thru with no sewer so we didn't have to unhook car. $71 and it was right on the road with people walking within 2 feet of our front door.

great location! We had spot 50. Loved it large and right next to showers. Store was really cool. The only thing was the showers were small and dated. Campground was clean and staff was friendly.

The mattress in the cabin we reserved needs to be replaced. It sunk in the middle and was lumpy. My husband & I had a sleepless night because of the mattress. We were truly miserable with little to no sleep.

We have stayed at the Flagstaff KOA numerous times. They have upgraded the parking sites to asphalt. That's a good thing. Problem: they placed huge rocksthat you have to walk on. Ankle twisting almost fall on your face.

Overall, OK. Location was convenient. Area for improvement: Men’s bathroom/shower was hot, humid, and VERY uncomfortable.

Spaces way too small for large RV’s. Spaces need to be leveled better and bathrooms need an update.

Way too expensive !! If I remember, it was $120 a night. We arrived 11:00 AM or so and could not enter until 1:00 even though space was unoccupied because of “ rules “ We made a reservation, left, snd came back at 12:50 and we’re told we we’re 10 minutes early…No KOAs for us anymore.

Our site was OK - not level - 187- one of the new patio sites. However, the site next to us -188 - is way too close to 187 - when our slides are out - they were hitting the patio umbrella. If fires had been allowed, that fire pit would be dangerously close to our RV! There are a few other sites like that too. Roads within the campground are a mess of broken asphalt and need to be redone,

Very enjoyable experience. Facility is well maintained and neat. Staff is friendly and attentive but they give you your space as well. I enjoy KOA but this is one of the better ones.

We experienced an issue with our hitch when we arrived at the park we realized that we weren’t gonna be able to get the trailer off and back on the hitch due to damage. I informed the front desk of this and told them we would not be able to stay was informed to be no refund. Now I understand you have policies, but there’s also a thing called human kindness, which you showed a zero

This was our second time at this KOA, and it was great! Relaxing and quiet, everyone is super friendly and lots of dogs. We travel with 3 dogs and a 9 year old, and plenty of fun stuff for everyone. Great customer service, and the team is constantly patrolling making sure people are having a good time and everyone is respectful.

The first thing we noticed was the weeds at every outside camp spot. The laundry room was not clean at all. There were used dryer sheets on the floor, dead bugs, and the floor was filthy. There was nowhere to hang your dried clothes or a way to transfer your dry clothes from the dryer to the folding table. The kids activities were great, when the activity director showed up on time, or at all.

This is our second cabin stay. First time was earlier in the year w/ snow & it was fine because there was a heater. During the summer was ridiculously too hot in the cabin w/ 0 relief from the tiny fan & no air flow. Also didn't feel safe after my young boys used the male restroom before bed, left the restroom to meet me outside, and another creepy camper came outside naked.

There isn't enough space in this box to describe our problems. Our first space was unsuitable. Moving required detaching our trailer and pushing it to our new space. The low limbs in spot 87 hung down and scraped our RV. It's important for the people who assign spaces to understand the space customers need to safely maneuver. Generally, the spaces are not level, narrow, and unevenly graded.

We always enjoy staying at the Flagstaff KOA, a clean well-run facility, all the employees are nice. If only they could control the weather, it was a little warm while we were there.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
