This was our third year we spent the month of July at Flagstaff KOA. The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. In addition to our campsite, my parents stay in the Deluxe Cabin a few nights and our daughter stayed in one of the new cabins. My only suggestion is to allow more KOA points to be used. Instead of $50 for the entire stay, $50/week. Or allow points for the cabins as well.

Nice campground with various amenities, including glamping tents, cabins, playground, shaded sites. However it could use some updates. Shower and bathroom areas are old and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low. The electric outlet we were plugged into was loose and we kept loosing connectivity. The temporary fix was to tape it tight until a permanent replacement could be made.

Second visit snd as good as the first time. Enjoyed our premium spot. Did notice campers not adhering to leash laws and my dog was approached during a walk. Otherwise excellent visit

Roads are terrible and barely passable at 2-3 mph.. Sites are nowhere near being level and are uneven. Seems like this park is not being maintained at all. We will never stay here again. Circle Pines KOA in Williams, 30 miles away is 1000 times better.

Very friendly staff any time you saw them they would greet you with a smile and a conversation. The spot we had was perfect for my fur babies plenty of trees and grass.

Arrived with plenty of light but my check in was a complete screwup as my site had been given to another guest with a similar (maybe loosely) name (no ID is checked to verify proper site assignment) and it was full dark by the time I was given another “premium” site that wasn’t level, had deranged electrical, and had a buried sewer connection hidden by dirt. Firstly, check in was fast and professional. Andrew showed us to our site and checked on us throughout our stay. Camp was clean, facilities are a little older yet kept up well. Lots of shade. We will be back.

Hard to beat the shade and high elevation for a cool stay. Park is a little tight to maneuver a big rig but we managed. Park was accommodating on letting us check-in at 1pm!

The shower stall was made for little kids size people and had no pressure. I looked for the rv dump on my way out but couldn’t find it.

The staff were great - very helpful and personable. The park was very clean and well organized. Love the patios. Mgmt should have been better about communicating & expediting during the recent sewer break. No longer allowing us to charge sundries to the card on file was very inconvenient. They should consider new bathrooms facilities to support all the new cabins.

A great home base for exploring or chilling out in camp. There is plenty for the kids to do, and if you can’t find it in the camp store, there are convenience and grocery stores nearby.

The staff has been amazing and communicative. We have enjoyed our stay very much. One employee has really shined during our stay and that is Odalys. She was so nurturing to our grandchildren during crafts and games. She is kind, patient and what a gem for KOA!

The staff wer friendly and efficient. I was so disappointed when we were escorted to our campsite. I made these reservations in January and thought I had talked to someone in the office about a good view from our back window which was why we chose a backin site. What we got was a site that backed in to a brick wall with no trees. At least we could look at the trees through the camper windows

Nice shaded campground under the trees. However, the shower are really narrow and old. And the shower head is too low. The campground had a strong smell of cooked dog food in the morning, which disturbed the outdoor eating experience

Nice campground adjacent to some good hiking trails. Check in procedure requires improvement as I had to wait till 1pm on the dot to check in as a VIP member, while my site was vacant and ready at 11:30am. Not the way to treat your VIP members.

Our stay was mixed. Pro- the team accommodated getting us in a site that would fit us better, as the auto system stuck us in a small spot. Con- as we were getting led to our site, although we were told we'd clear a huge rock, we didn't...our leaf spring hanger broke. Pro- the team was able to extend our reservation and allowed us to have a mobile welder come fix us up. Con- having all the check ins in line at the front door, right where we need to drive to get to the dump, was very frustrating. We'll be back.... this was our 2nd stay, but first with a big rv. Update- stayed again in fall 26, no changes. Watched a fellow camper drive over another rock at the end of a site. They were lucky they didn't destroy their truck. Why have rocks at the end of spots?

Very well kempt employees all around not just office help...Registration check in by phone previous to arrival was easy and KOA had a plan B for late arrivals...Staff was willing to help with anything and always available and accommodating...I thought it would be loud next to a very busy, during the day, road, yet evening comes and all quiets down...2 dog parks side by side and a really cool playground for the littles 4 wheel bikes that look like go carts to rent, a jump pad for the extra energetic littles, seems to be busiest in the evening, no pets in the littles play area to keep them safe and clean while at play, scheduled events on Fridays and Saturdays arts and crafts for free, bingo, cheap to buy in and another game I have no idea what it is also cheap to buy in...They have tents up to rent and I think cabins as well...I opted in trying a tent site with water and power...each of the tent sites near me all have a fire pit on legs and a picnic table...This morning I woke up to cars parked in tent sites for a safe place to sleep in your car and still have restrooms and showers. The laundry room with adjoining restrooms further from office I did not use, however, there is an outside sink up there to wash dishes which I enjoyed rather than making more waste with plastic utensils and throwing out good stury water bottles. There is a recycle bin next to the household garbage bin with pictures to ensure, you can recycle what and where...Overall the park is large, quiet during the day even with all the leaving and arriving traffic...Very pleasant place to stay with everyone enjoying all the fun sites and activities including shopping in the Flagstaff area. Much quieter than I expected after seeing how many different sites there are...Some sites have wooden fences in between them for privacy, just an overall great crash pad even if one is to big for the littles jump pad.
