Unfortunately, we had to change sites because they were doing construction beside our site. They were using the jackhammer right beside our trailer. I understand when you’re upgrading, but please leave room between sites. They were kind enough to give us another site, but that meant hooking up and moving. I’m sure in the end it will be beautiful with all their upgrades

Loved the cabin and the proximity to the hiking trails, but did not appreciate how far cabin was from restroom.

We arrived just after closing and the kind front desk staff(Kat) found the last spot in the campground for us after accommodating our late arrival. A friendly, clean place to stay!

On Tuesday the 17th, workers arrived at 8am and worked until 5pm on the site directly beside us. They used a small tractor to do work on the site moving and leveling dirt as well as using a compactor to compact and level the dirt. The compactor, obviously old, spewed black smoke which entered our camper and set off our smoke alarms. This was not a good day for us at all.

Everybody was very helpful from registration to our stay at your KOA. The pet park was very clean, and our 3 Schnauzers had a lot of fun there. We will stay again if we are in the neighborhood.

This is a great KOA. My wife absolutely loves the hiking trails. The interior roads could be a little wider but still a great experience. We’ve stayed several times.

Rv sites too crowded together. Too much traffic noise. Nobody on site after 5 pm to patrol and subdue raucous campers. Too noisy. Good trails for dogs in adjacent forest.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Our site was not prepared/ cleaned upon late afternoon arrival but they immediately took care of it. Site was good. This is a very busy campground and the washrooms are in need of some TLC.

We were disappointed with the state of the showers and bathrooms. Although reasonably clean, they need a major renovation.

Wonderful staff, our site had issues w the electric & they moved us no problem. Beautiful trails behind the camp to hike or bike. Hot showers, good laundry room, great firepits.

Loved the level sites and the concrete patio on our site. The streets within the park are a little narrow making it tricky for larger longer rigs to maneuver into sites. Overall, a nice park though.

Nice site and access to hiking trails. Beautiful trees. Upgrade Workers with loud equipment beginning in the morning was a bit unfun/sleep disturbance. Upgrades are great, though.

Google took me in the wrong, no fault of KOA, but boy that "exit" was steep for a class A. the right way was a breeze, great spot, easy check in and friendly very helpful staff. a bit uneven, but they saw me struggling and offered pads . clean bathroom, laundry room was superb nice clean and easy to use. we came late, stayed one night and didn't go about to much , wooded shaded area,

Super nice people. Park is older and tight for big RVs, but doable. Back row of pull thrus not very level. No guides, map and do it yourself. Backed by public forest, big plus for dog parents. Nice park, will stay again.

I can tell a difference since the Management Company purchase, and its not all good. I kind of liked the family feel, and flexibility they had. I have been staying there off and on for several years. We will see how things turn out.

Very nice campground. Beautiful surroundings. They are doing some work on sites, upgrading so it was a little messy and noisy during the day. It will be great when finished.

No hot water in women’s bathroom. Cramped shower stalls, very low shower heads. Quite and amongst the trees, close to shopping and fuel.

The employees are very nice but my main gripe is with the camping spaces. Mine was tiny and incredible challenging to maneuver a 37' fifth wheel in and out of the spot. There was also very little room on the camp side so it wasn't really useful to enjoy the amazing weather in Flagstaff. The location is very good however.

No one mentioned that construction would happen all day every day with skid steers and dump trucks. It is being transformed into a parking lot that is all asphalt and river rocks. No one emptied the dog park trash while it overflowed for days, until I asked. I tried to dump my tanks when leaving and luckily started with grey. It immediately overflowed. Staff was indifferent about issues.

The staff was incredible from start to finish. The park has so many amazing improvements since the last time I was here! Very noticeable, great job. We are doing van life full time and it was such a relief to stay here on this beautiful property with hiking trails on the premise, a dog park, hot showers, bathrooms, etc. the only thing we wish we had was laundry access!! The staff was amazing.

We stayed 4 nights. Maneuvering through the campground was a little tight but all in all, it’s a really nice place with 2 dog parks which was nice.

Great spot with clean bathrooms and nicely thought out sites. Great location close to everything you need in Flag. Kat was very helpful in making sure our stay was what we were looking for. Only complaint- the toilet paper could be a better quality. It's thinner than that found at the forest service campground pit toilet. Thanks for making it a memorable stay for us.

I don't typically recommend campgrounds unless somebody were to ask me. That being said, if someone asked me about a good place to stay in the Flagstaff area I would definitely point them in your direction. The weather was perfect for this time of year (March), which of course is a bonus. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and restrooms and laundry facilities were clean!

I upgraded from a back-in to a pull through site. The cost of over $100 a night was, what I would consider, high. I did get a patio that had a charcoal grill, a gas grill, a fire pit and a table with chairs. The site itself wasn't level in the least. The person in the office was very nice and accommodating. There was plenty of shade and several walking paths.

Sites are very unlevel and the roads are very old and narrow… hard to get a modern camper down roads. Staff was nice.

Our stay was ok but the site was very narrow. Had a big boulder at entrance of site to inhibit pulling in and the site was barely long enough for big rigs.

We checked in and were told that the game room was being renovated , the mining sluice wasn't open and the pool was closed . None of which we were told when we booked . It was cold and the restrooms were far away . We decided not to stay and chose another rv park

This KOA is a little on the pricey side, but our site did include both water and electric hookups. While it may cost more than some other campgrounds in the area, the location is extremely convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, fuel, and many of Northern Arizona's top attractions. Flagstaff makes an excellent base camp for exploring the region, including the Grand Canyon and other nearby destinations. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. Overall, the convenience and location help justify the higher price, and we would stay here again when visiting the area.

We were traveling in an RV with our two standard poodles just passing thru. I was impressed with the dog parks, yes two of them. And the fact that you can hike the trails right out the back of the park. Everything else was pretty standard koa, staff friendly, nice playground including a jumping mat. We will come again
