High marks to staff that listened to our request for shade by giving us site 142, because we don’t have ac. Some tidying of the site is needed - trimmed branches left on ground and a bit of hard to see trash. Clean and tidy laundry room. Great location. Super dog walking behind the rv park. For us some of the sites would be too close.

It’s pretty tight getting around with a 40ft 5th wheel. A lot could be done to make the camp sights more user friendly! Rocks and dead tree limbs. Toooo many rocks we had a difficult time getting in and out of our camper. Clean up the campsites!

The warm sunny weather was so perfect for camping.The night sky full of stars through the tree tops is a awesome camping experience.... Beautiful place beautiful people all around staff the best ever very friendly and smiling faces..Thanks �

Super friendly and accommodating staff! Cute little store with all you need. RV spots are well marked and well taken care of. Love that the laundry is credit card or coin.The card option is very convenient. Wonderful stay!

The property is really run-down and needs a lot of work. For what we paid, we felt it was not on a par with other KOA parks.

The positives are a great location and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, this doesn't make up for small sites and an overall lack of maintenance. We were supposed to have water at our site, but it was a shared faucet and there was no splitter, so we had to ask to move.

One of my favorite KOAs so far! Great staff, so friendly and dog loving. Best laundry room ever! Accepts credit cards, lots of machines that work well. Loved my pull thru 30 amp site. Great dog park(s) as well.

Perfect location among the trees and away from street noise. Clean restrooms and warm shower. Gateway to the Grand Canyon, so many campers departed early leaving the grounds quiet and peaceful.

Quick one night stop. Staff was terrific, and the site was a good fit for our 28’ MH and tow. Nice walking trails behind the campground. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Shower heads are super low. Watch your head! Aside from that, all good.

Sites and roads are much too narrow. Low tree limbs are not trimmed. Manuering through the park very difficult, especially for larger coaches.

I always wanted to experience Flagstaff. I booked a one night stay as I was just passing through. This campsite is very nice. There are tons of amenities on site. Having laundry services was a show stopper for me. I camped in a tent site. The ground was graded well and covered with medium sized gravel. Once I put down a 10 mil ground cover I could hardly tell. I picked a spot with electricity by accident but very nice to have if tent camping and you need to recharge devices. There was a bbq grill and a cute picnic table. Usually I like darker campsites for sleeping but I had no trouble in a darker tent. After 10pm, most were getting settled for the night and very courteous. By 11pm there was hardly a sound, just the occasional wind gust and the sound of rustling leaves in the wind. It was lovely.

My sure was not level, I needed to back in and then my cord wasn't long enough to plug in. The showers could have been a little cleaner, but were ok; plenty of hot water and decent flow rate.
