I’ve been camping at this location for over 2 decades. We won’t be back. Way too expensive! Asked multiple times about waterslide being open during our stay. Was reassured it would be, never was. Yelled at multiple times for small things. Never felt so unrelated and babysat. We are respectful hardworking people, treated like trash by manager. Bed needs an upgrade. Queen mattress. The shocker was the water. We did not drink and we did not use shower. The SULFUR water made me nauseous. Please let people know about your water situation!

I was disappointed with pool area/bar/restaurant because not all amenities were open during our stay. Not all pool gates were unlocked which made traveling to restrooms difficult. Slide was not open full pool hours Friday or Sunday. Bar/restaurant randomly closed sunday. When addressed about food in pool area, snide comments by Mary about not being able to read the sign. Wasnt even being consumed.

I stayed in a deluxe cabin and the water was so sulfur smelling that I could not stay the second night. The management has know about this for some time and have not fixed the well. It probably would not pass inspection. It caused me to have a headache and made me nauseous. Totally unacceptable for a KOA. Check the ratings....not good. I will never stay here or recommend it to anyone

The campground owners and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit and stay again. Thank you so very much for a wonderful experience. For my friends who joined me it was their first time ever at a KOA, now they want to join.

Clean deluxe cabin, bathhouse was well maintained and the service was excellent. The kids enjoyed the 9-hole mini golf and pool. Nice and relaxing campground!

We rented a deluxe cabin. The screen door was ripped upon arrival which meant we couldn’t use it to enjoy fresh air. The grease tray on the grill was never emptied so it caught fire when we tried to use it. The fire rings are so tall it wasn’t worth sitting next to because you couldn’t feel the heat. The bar/food area was never open during our stay.

We stayed during the week so it was nice and quiet! The wifi could be better, but I belive that is being upgraded. I know they were short staffed, so I was impressed when I asked for a change of sheets and they came within an hour! It would be nice to have a change exchange machine in the laundry building. A more detailed list of items included in the cabins would also be beneficial when packing.

We had a group consisting of family members of all ages, from a 1 year old to great grandparents. We had cabin rentals and campsites. Checkin was fast and easy! Cabin was nice. It has everything you need but bring toilet paper, both our cabins ran out. Now if they could have only did something about the weather. Lol! Stay was nice and we look forward to next year.

Overall the experience was okay… some of the amenities we expected were not available or sub par. - floor was dirty when we arrived in the cabin - cabin water smelled terrible - both water slides were down during the week - wifi was unreliable

Not sure how long you've owned this KOA, but here are pointers we've experienced along the way. If your cabin is for 8 people, then have place settings for 8. Towels washcloths for 8 people, etc. Please spray for mosquitos! In campers we use orange tablets,(TST)can you do that with your holding tanks? Pools were clean, lack of staff no slides or splash pad. Nice shade. Yes, would stay again

Lovely. Only things that would have made it better were that the fire pits are too high....they need more sand in them, and it would have been nice to have measuring cups and spoons and a mixing bowl/serving plate in our cabin. I had to mix up the pancake batter in a pot and only had 4 plates, so didn't have anywhere to put the pancakes once I cooked them for my family of 4. Staff was nice!

Surprised construction going on. Disappointed with hours. A lot of amenities (golf, cars, balls) closed at 4:00 and office at 5:00 (food!) Would have enjoyed evening activities. We were there a Sunday through Saturday and there wasn’t one extra activity as expected at KOA’s

The cabin we stayed in was very dirty. The floors had not been wiped at all and there was clumps of hair behind the couch when we pulled it out into a bed. The splash pad was not functional. Overall, we had a decent time.

We appreciated the friendly staff! We discovered that this KOA is under new management this year and realize that with new management things take awhile to see improvements. We did notice that there were many things ongoing to make great improvements and it will be very exciting to see it later this year, next year or even the year after to see how things have changed. We had a very nice stay.

We stayed in a deluxe camping cabin with our dog. The woods were very pretty and peaceful. The pool area was very nice. The main issue was that the cabin had well water only so the entire cabin smelled like sulfur and the shower and bathroom sink didn't drain very well. The TV got very few channels that came in consistently.

Main reason we booked a stay was for the pool and that was only useable for the first day of our stay. Pretty disappointed by that.

We were very disappointed that one pool, the splash pad, and the water slide were closed. The one pool that was open was pretty cold, our 4 year old never made it past her knees. We booked months ago, partly for the advertised free wifi, which was not ready. We made the best of it, and the cabin was awesome, but overall we were frustrated.

Cabin 203: window a/c didn't work well and with no ceiling fan, it didn't get below 77 inside. The water stunk so bad you gagged turning it on. The bathtub drain was blocked so it didn't drain when you showered and hair, etc came up. Disappointed that only one pool was open with very few chairs. Kids water area and slide closed. No malts. Was disappointed with huge price increase $80-100 per night for deluxe cabins since last year. Then when I saw one pool, slide and kiddy splash pad were all out of order, it seemed rediculous to pay more. Wish I had known they removed coffee pot and replaced it with a Keurig so I could have brought my own pods. I usually book 3 stays per summer. Not anymore.

This campground has went downhill. If pools along with the kid area and the slide is closed we should be notified when booking. We just stayed here and the deep pool was green slime along with the kid pool, the splash pad and the yellow slide were closed. We were not notified of this. There’s not much to do with only one pool open, very disappointed.

It was very nice. Maintenance and housekeeping responded timely to our requests. The doggie dishes were a nice touch. The floors were extremely dirty! Had to wear shoes while inside. Don't dare where socks or barefeet. The firepit height is too high, takes away from enjoying the fire and creates safety Hazzard when trying to add wood. Overall enjoyed our experience. Will be back!

Very disappointed with the pools not being open. Not one of them. The kitchen sink water was yellow and smelled. Spending almost $500 for the 2 nights just wasn't worth it.

This is the second time we have come to this KOA. my family and I love the campgrounds and the area surrounding it. The staff at this Koa is absolutely outstanding. Everyone is professional, caring, and helpful. Koa provides everything that you need while you stay there. The store helps out so much and it’s awesome that they have a bar and grill so you don’t have to leave to get a quick bite.

Our cabin was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. I can see how this campground will be a lovely place with great amenities in the coming months. My only critique is that I feel when a campground is under construction (both pools are closed, wifi is unavailable), accommodations should be discounted at least a little bit.

It was nice. Been there the first week in June for the past 23 years. The first day when we got to the cabin the septic was full and leaking. It was pumped out right away after we communicated to the front desk. Other than that is was all good.

Really disappointing to catch notice only 48 hours at a time that there would be no pool, no restaurant, no Wi-Fi, also disappointment that our fire detector, hand car monoxide detector didn’t work and we never got one the entire time we were there.(6 days). Everyone at the KOA was helpful and nice though, which sort of made up for the other things that were disappointing.

No golf cart rentals, bar, restaurant and pool on a holiday weekend. Lots of the RV spaces where very dirty and dusty with minimal grass.

All the staff in the general store, bar, and on site we're super friendly and helpful. We had a perfect spot that was close to the bathrooms and showers. The bathrooms were clean even smelled good. They also have delicious pizza from the bar. I was extremely impressed with everything this campsite had to offer and I look forward to making more memories here in the future.

Everybody was soo nice. The staff was just as nice. Very family oriented. My kids had a ball. It was very sad/quiet leaving after our labor day weekend. My teenagers and 4 year old begged for us to purchase a seasonal.

The drive in can be confusing, however once you get there it all makes sense. It is one of the nicest KOAs in the country, and believe me I've been to over 20 of them across the Pacifi NW, central and Midwest. Their sites and amenities are top notch. My wife and I enjoyed night walks around the charming permanent neighborhoods and sit by the bonfires at night. Highly recommend this KOA. Not a whole lot to do outside the park like restaurants etc, so come prepared with everything you'll need. Dog friendly park. We were in a 36ft 5th wheel in one of their deluxe sites. We stayed there in August 2022 for 2 nights.
