Deluxe cabin 264, disappointing, NOT deluxe, over-priced, old and not well maintained, bad odors (from pets?), floor dirty, water cloudy (cabin served by garden hose), weeds not trimmed, no soap/shampoo, no bbq tools and rude management. We’re not picky either, stay in KOA cabins often and this the worst, glad we only had booked one night and could leave. Try better Door KOA.

Our deluxe cabin was not cleaned prior to us arriving, which was no big deal. Our cleaning woman was extremely nice :). The power on half od the cabin was not working. WE could no use the stove for meals as we planned. By the time we had figured this out, the office was closed.

Nice cabin, outstanding fire pit area, and cabin well located. The bed is a train wreck & should have been replaced years ago. Very uncomfortable - slopes toward the middle. Check in is 3 PM & office closes at 5PM - not much time. Tree sap was falling & landed all over our car - hard to get off. Last time we’ll stay here.

I ran the Epic Marathon in Green Bay and hotel prices were insane. I rented a deluxe cabin and was very pleased with the affordability. Nice clean unit. I will definitely return

Cabin 185 was not well maintained or updated like other cabins. Not even hand soap provided in the bathroom. Charged me $50 damage fee for shower curtain ripped, curtain holder came off, and outside something. It was exactly like that when i checked in at night. There was no hot water at all for 3 days that we stayed. I paid $150 per night totalling about $450 and expect at least hot water.

Staff was nice , deluxe cabin was clean . I was disappointed that the grounds were not up to the standards of any other Holiday that I have stayed at , but it was early in the season . The cabin next to me had, I believe standing sewage, that I could smell which was concerning , I hope they address that . I would stay there again .

It was a very nice cabin however the TV would not hook up to the internet and there was no hot water to take showers.

Our deluxe cabin was in an excellent setting. It was well equipped, clean, and had privacy. The patio, gas grill, & fire pit area was outstanding. The queen mattress was uncomfortable & definitely needs to be replaced. We plan to return!

Good location between Green Bay and all towns. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The cabin we rented was nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs replacing because the middle is sunk in. The campfire was really nice with pavers and a gas grill (didn’t use, but was nice it was there).

The setting was beautiful in the dense trees and the customer service was exceptional. Our cabin stove was dirty and the manager came over and cleaned it and brought us a baking sheet. The beds were comfortable and the setting was very peaceful. My only suggestion would be to spend $100 on cabin 195 to replace the rusty shower bar and shower curtain and to replace the stained shower head.

Elegant, clean, complete, very practical, even for the clumsy Husband ( me ), who has a Camping Experience for over 15 Years. This Cabin has all the Amenities, thus, nightly Trips to the centrally located Wash-Rooms ( like in Munising) were not necessary !!! Everything was present in this Cabin, I am sure, a Reflection of the New, Female Boss. Great Stay, highly recommended. Respectfully, Peter.

Deluxe cabin - propane on grill empty, shower drain clogged, tv didn't work. Campground itself was nice. Other campers were the rudest people ever, singing karaoke, loud obnoxious drunk people everywhere, kids yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs, all of this was at night. 11pm quiet hours is way too late. Camp staff was great! First impressions are everything. Will not stay again.

Very nice campground. We did have a few issues with our cabin, related to cleanliness, a bad bed, TV antenna broken, bad patio blinds, plus. Felt owners would want to know and I talked to gal when leaving. I felt listened too and they appreciated me sharing; thus I feel these items will be taken care of. If in the area again, I would give them another chance; nice people and nice amenities.

Cabin was not as described. Beds did not match the description. Cooking inside was impossible because every time we turned on any burner the smoke detectors would go off. Other than that it is a pretty nice place. Lots of things for kids and adults to do. Plenty of shower houses plus somewhere to do laundry. Nice fire pit area.

Our cabin was less than I anticipated based on our experiences with other KOAs. The cabin wasn’t clean. The floor felt sticky and dirty. My husband and I wore slippers the entire time and had to throw them away when we left as they were covered in pet hair (no pet) and dirt. The water in the kitchen had a horrible smell when turned on. We left garbage out as instructed and It wasn't picked up.

We rented the Deluxe Cabin. The mattress needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Cabin was also dirty. When telling the worker about the mattress situation, she stated "I dont sleep on that". Never coming back to this campsite unless they change the mattresses in the cabins.

Cabin was dirty, I took a wipe to clean the door knobs and light switches and it was filthy. There was hair on our blankets that were supposed to be clean. Hair in the shower. We kept smelling sewage which ruined my children's chance to play basketball many times as the smell was so strong. The slide wasn't open but never advertised that it wouldn't be. The pools needed to be vacuumed.

The deluxe cabins stunk from day one. You don't dare ask certain female workers questions they don't like answering them. Putt putt golf was a very messy course and wasn't told stuff had to be back by 5:00. The pizza was burnt from the bar and you got told do you really think pop refills should be free and that was with an attitude.

We enjoyed our stay. The campground is very nice in a great setting. We stayed in a cabin. * The porch was very nice and the cabin had enough room for us. *The internet was not good. *None of the inside doors would stay open. An easy fix would be hook and eyes although there are other ways to keep them open. *No hooks or towel bars in the bathroom.

The kampground was very nice. Our cabin was freezing cold & could not adjust the temp. Even tried turning it off completely. Not much to do around the area unless you drive at least 30-45 minutes.

The cabin was nicely furnished with silverware, dishes and toiletries. It was quite small to hold 6 people, especially with only one bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were amazingly friendly. Every person that worked there had a smile. The only one thing that I think could improve is answering or returning calls. I ended up over packing because I couldn’t find anything on the site that specifically listed what our cabin had. I called the Koa 5 times and left a message and emailed with no response to any way of communication.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. The cabin was great, and included everything we needed (Weber Gas Grill, linens, Full kitchen,kitchen items, etc). Our cabin had an amazing deck with very comfortable outdoor furniture. The staff was always smiling and provided great recommendations for local sites. And having the pub with food available was a nice addition for the one night we didn't want to cook.

Clean cabin and surrounding area, which was nice. Lovely covered porch. Cabin was a bit slanted, so the doors wouldn’t stay open. The main bed was somewhat saggy, sloping towards the middle. At the kitchen sink, when you ran water, you got a sewer smell in return. Not sure if something is blocking the trap and the gasses are sealing through. LOVED the door county area, KOA was away from the busy tourist areas. Good: outdoor area of the cabin, pools are nice, camp K9 fence, cabin was clean. Bad: Our cabin was in front of the pond and we saw many disappointed campers due to no fish and condition of the pond. Quarter machine OOO for laundry. Clothes storage and filter for kitchen sink needed in cabin. Many mosquitoes/flys because of pond

We were there very early in the season, so we weren't expecting the site to be at 100%. But they did move us ti a better and higher spot than I had booked - at no charge. The only complaint was they didn't clean a bathroom the 5 days we were there. The restroom/shower were very nice but the trash was never removed and someone in camp took their diarrhea to each of the 3 we used.

Great staff. All kinds of stuff for the kiddos. And adults too! Many camping set up options. Big park with amenities and open spaces. Less than an hour from G.B. but a little far south if you need close proximity to your rig while doing the DC things like shopping, eating, water, wine, etc...
