Stayed in the Deluxe Cabin. First off, Roaches. Second, dirty. Covers had black hair on them in the bunk beds. Bathroom mat left your feet dirty after getting out of shower. Door not very secure. Campground was quiet.

The owners are the BEST! Great people and down to earth. Loved chatting with them. We had a rainy stay with the kiddos over spring break but they loved every minute. We got in s’mores and roasting hotdogs. We visited the home of KFC and Cumberland Falls. Small campground but so much like home. We will come back.

Pros: True Southern hospitality! The husband/wife managers are friendly, gracious, and helpful with good local knowledge of routes and trails. Clean, quiet, comfortable cabin. Well-maintained grounds. Five stars. Cons: No micro or fridge, tho I had a thermoelectric cooler and camp stove for coffee. Could use one more electrical outlet.

The cabin was nice. We arrived at 5:30pm. The store was closed. There was a note to call if needing anything. We needed firewood. We called until 1055am the next morning (5) calls later to get wood. No callbacks. No apologies. There was nothing stating working hours on the door. Store was never open. Bathroom had several stalls out of toilet paper. Would not go back again.

The People at the Koa in Corbin were very friendly and helpful. If you are haulinfg a big camper, it is convenietly locationed right off the highway.

The cabin was what we needed. The heat was a small electric heater, which was fine. The major downfall was there is no way to get coffee and we were still waiting at 8:30am for it to be made. If staying in our camper, it would have been fine but we had no access in the cabin.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rustic cabin was as expected and was clean. The park is a little off the beaten path, but is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is peaceful and quiet.

I left a day earlier than planned and was told they'd talk to manager about a one night refund but of course it wasn't given. There was large black ants in cabin, and in the early morning we were awakened by traffic of other campers. Also we went for jet skiing, canoeing, kayaking but couldn't get in touch with rental places and place on koa brochure the number was disconnected.

I loved my Cabin, it met my needs at a good price. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and birds sang profusely which I love. Close to the falls, Cumberland Gap, and just an 1.3 hours to Natural Bridge. Highly recommend.

Good location for the area, the people working there are nice, but I would recommend the bathrooms to be cleaned more often and the air conditioners in the cabins should be larger because on hot days the coolest it got was around 77 degrees, at night was no problem keeping it cool.

Rented a cabin it was extremely dusty on the walls. Ants and other bugs inside. Woke up with something crawling on me in bed. Window unit ac would only cool during the night-time. Bathrooms were dirty. Fecal matter was left on the floor by a toilet for over 24 hrs. Also toilet out of paper over 24 hrs. Bathroom needs updated and everything needs cleaned. Not worth what it cost.

Everyone working there was so nice and helpful. On my last stay there, a guy was running around giving out free Firewood to anyone needing it. The campground is always quiet and clean. The only downside to this KOA is that the shower/bathrooms are outdated and there is no AC or much ventilation. A small tv, microwave and a mini frig in the primitive cabins like other KOAs would be helpful.

My family rented the 2 bedroom cabin as our first attempt at camping all together, and I must say the experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly as I have come to expect from KOA across the country. All in all, the cabin and the facility was clean, pool was refreshing too.

Not a good stay. Cabin is run down and dirty. The floor has not been stained and was dirty. The walls had duct tape. The entire time we stayed there the bathroom floors were not mopped. One electric outlet in cabin where others have been taken out.....come on get with it. Sitting on swing outside had wood shavings falling from roof from insects.

It was the first time I had rented a cabin. It was wonderful. I appreciate how clean the bathrooms are and the warm showers. I loved the front porch swing. No critters had gotten in the cabin either. It was a wonderful experience. I can't wait to come back. Everyone is so friendly. And I really appreciate how easy it is to access my spot when I arrive after hours. I love KOA. Thanks so much. Pam
