Fire / Nature Policy

  • Campfires are permitted in fire rings only and must be attended at all times. No high blazing fires. Wood must fit inside of fire ring. All fires must be extinguished by midnight. Please note: to prevent spread of invasive species, only locally, commercially bundled firewood is allowed to be brought into the campground. Bundles of firewood are available in the KOA store for a fee. NO GATHERING of sticks or wood from the property. We offer free delivery to your site.
  • Flower picking is prohibited. Please do not walk or climb in the flower beds.
  • WE LOVE OUR TREES. Help us protect them by not cutting any branches, limbs, or bark from any tree in the park. Driving nails into, cutting, chopping, or bark peeling of trees or branches (whether the tree is alive or dead, as long as it is standing) is not allowed in any of our woods.

No Smoking

NO SMOKING: Thank you for not smoking in restrooms, buildings, cabins, pool, or playground area.

Visitor Policy

All visitors must check in at the camp office. If parking at your site permits, we will allow additional cars. Otherwise, please speak with our staff for instructions on where to park other vehicles. Visitors are allowed from 9 am until 10 pm.

Speed Limit

10 MPH SPEED LIMIT throughout the park. Please watch for bikes and pedestrians.

Quiet Hours

QUIET HOURS are 10 PM - 8 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times by avoiding loud music, bright lights, and walking through occupied sites. All game areas, swimming pools, and playgrounds are closed.

Swimming Pool (Seasonal)

Pool is for registered guests only. Children under 16 years MUST be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. No lifeguard on duty - use of pool is at your own risk! Follow all posted rules at pool. Do not bring glassware into the pool area.

Pet Policy

Good behavior of all pets is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. Dogs must be kept on leashes that comply with commonwealth law when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended. Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.

Children

Adults are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. All children must be at their campsite by dark unless accompanied by an adult. Playgrounds, swimming pool, and game areas that are not lit are closed after dark.

Playground Information

Our playground features activities for kids 12 and under, including a swing set, teeter-totter, jungle gym, and tether ball. (Playground amenities are subject to change, however.)

The playground closes at dusk. Pets are not permitted on the playground.

Children must be supervised by an adult 18 and over at all times. Use of the playground constitutes an agreement that you take full responsibility for the well-being and safety of your children (or any child under your supervision) while using the playground. You agree to hold 5Js Holding Company dba Corbin/Laurel Lake KOA harmless in the event of any injury, permanent disability, or death of any child you brought with you to the campground or who was under your supervision (who should have been under your supervision per the campground rules). If you do not agree to these terms, you and your guests shall not be authorized to use the playground and shall not be compensated for the non-use of the playground.

Electric Vehicles

Charging electric vehicles (EVs) at our pedestals is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Doing so has the potential to damage our electrical infrastructure, your vehicle, or both. We respectfully ask that you refrain from plugging in. Violators will be directed to immediately unplug their vehicle, are subject to any damages, and/or will be evicted without refund.

Noise

No generators. No loud music.

Golf Carts/ATVs/Dirt Bikes

Golf carts must be parked on your campsite by 10 PM. Operation of a golf cart or vehicle is restricted to licensed drivers only. No ATV or dirt bike use in the campground.

Trash

No trash in fire rings. Place garbage in plastic bags, tighten securely, and leave at the end of your site for pick-up between sunrise and 5:00 PM. Place in dumpsters after 5:00 PM, located toward the back of the park. Do not put out after dark.

RV/Vehicle Washing

RV/Vehicle washing is permitted with a charge for water usage and an approved hose that turns off at the nozzle.

Freezing Weather

If the temperature drops below freezing, water must be turned off AND the hose disconnected at the spigot. Any damage to the water line from your failure to disconnect a hose during a freeze will be charged $250.00 for replacing the hydrant.

Dumping

Dumping of sewage, gray water, or garbage on the ground, or in a fire ring is not permitted. A dump station is available free to guests.

Accidents

Report any accidents or injuries to the office immediately.

Rule Interpretation

Campground staff are the final arbiters of property rules and their decisions are final.

Sanitation

Please use only RV toilet tissue and do not place any other wipes or feminine products in your toilet or ours.
