Nice place. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of extras such as a pizza place on site. The laundry was very inexpensive which was a pleasant surprise. Very dog friendly with sites available that actually had spacious shady pens for your pet. Great place..

Campground offered laundry facilities with pay-by-app inly cashless system. This is not always favorable for those who do not want to buy in at $25 for one load of laundry.

The staff was great and very friendly. Was disappointed in the amenities that were advertised but not available, for example the two main draws that brought us there weren’t available the heated pool and the bike/trikes to rent.

Reserved a pull through with a concrete patio and pet pen for our dog, months ago. Arrived to find out we were in a gravel spot, no pet pen. Such a short pull through, had to unhook and park next to camper, even with a small 22ft camper. Pool open, but heater was broke. Thankfully, close to area attractions, but after leaving the KOA in Central City, Colo Springs was a huge let down.

The campsite was very clean and easy to excess. We would definitely stay again when traveling to Colorado Springs.

Other than our spare tire cover going missing the stay was good. Mark site 126 as not having a fire pit! The staff is great, pleasant and accommodating despite crowds checking in.

I have stayed at this KOA several times and have always enjoyed the stay. A coulpe of complaints on my part are that I have left messages in the past concerning my reservations and no one has ever returned my calls.I have had to call and follow up and that is not right. I realize that your camp is very busy but have also noticed that you are well staffed.Also you say you have cable and you don't

Campground is older and needs a little more maintenance, lots of older permanent campers that are run down. The mandatory 2night stay seems a little bit greedy given the condition of the campground. Lots of mud around the dog park, and a lot of noise from the Highway.

When we arrived at 3pm, there were 2 RVs blocking the turn in-so we had to stay on main road for a bit. Crowded campground-sites are very close together. All utilities were just fine, we had a KOA patio-which had no grass/dirt for our dogs. Actually the dark park was all dirt/mud. Too expensive for what we got.

This was a very quick stay but checked in a little later in the evening. Everyone we came in contact with (front desk girl and the escort guy) were beyond helpful would highly recommend

We had a great time! Lots of fun for our daughter. My only feedback is the camp kitchen was never cleaned while we were there and there was food and dirty dishes left in the sink for days. Other than that it was a great time and we'll be back

For the most part it’s a great stay if you don’t have fur Babies, plenty of play space for the kiddos but the Dog run needs some work. No grass, we had a very rainy night and the girls were full of mud from the area.

Very fun, things to do, kids were kept happy and busy. Only disappointing part was the pool heater was not working. I understand it is in the works to fix it. Missed a heated pool, but everything else was great.

We loved this campground and all the amenities. The bathrooms near us were having electrical issues, which was annoying. However maintenance said we could still use it which was better than having to walk up front. Great stay all around.

I made reservations months ahead of time and when we arrived, the site was way too short. We could not fit in. They did have 1 back in site left however. I asked them what would have happened if they didnt have that 1 other site left. They said , well we would have had to find a different campground. I have no idea what we would have done. They need to make sure rvs will fit in sites they assign.

We loved staying here and had some family members who had a cabin near our rv parking spot. We enjoyed all the Labor Day festivities together. The park is clean and has lots of activities. The freeway is close and you can hear it when it is very quiet, not horrible but there. There is so much to do outdoors in the area if your looking for a place to enjoy the outdoors we recommend it!

Once again - outstanding service and great customer service. The activities were super for the grandkids - especially the available crafts. The wet water rides and water fights are always a winner. Patio furniture is in bad need of replacement, and there are some repair issues that need attention.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
