Staff was friendly and helpful. My seven-year-old loved the waterpark feature. Facilities a getting run down and in need of renovation.

Every employee was awesome! Cabana cost & reservations need to be posted. Guests should not be responsible for enforcing the purchase. Things were less clean and visibly aged this year. The Kamp Kitchen was not working, & would have been lovely to use with the fire restrictions. Please add a set of folding tables to the cabins that don't have an indoor table. There's more, but we'll stop there.

The stay was wonderful! Lots of activities for the kids to do, swimming and splash pad, cleanliness, nice staff, great view of the mountains, and great food! Only con was when calling them…always rang and if I left a message I never got a call back. Saw an employee go inside so I called and they never picked up…kind of frustrating. But other than that we would stay here again.

Dirty, run down, one sport ball per area (one basketball, one football, one soccer ball) and they were ALL deflated. Bounce pad deflated. Trash piled up like crazy. Pool water and slides freezing cold.

Stayed in deluxe cabin 35. You have a great location and amenities however cabin & buildings are very d and dated. Bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on - floor may have been softer!

Cabin cleaning could use some work. Walking up to the door there are webs all over around the door. Not a great first impression. TV stand very dusty, dust webs along the ceiling, several hairs in the shower. Room cleanliness was the main turn off. The staff and amineties are amazing and the food at camp café was great.

They must have been having an off weekend. The porch on our deluxe cabin had not been cleaned, and was not screened in like advertised. There were parts of the railing missing. The pool had a koa worker yelling at kids and he made strange rules. The activity staff was more concerned with talking about cookies than helping campers. The cafe was understaffed and was out of most menu items.

We had an amazing time. The kids loved being at the pool, and I wanted to give a shout out to Pat at the pool. He does an amazing job keeping the pool area clean and fun for all. We will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed in a lot of KOA’s-this one was not our favorite. We thought it was run down, needs a lot of TLC. We stayed in a cabin which was ok. For the amount of money we pay per night, the cabin wasn’t anything special. Kids did enjoy the water feature. Seemed to be understaffed.

We were disappointed in the Colorado Springs KOA…no screened in porches on the cabins, as the website stated, bouncy pad for kids wasn’t bouncy, half the washing machines were out of commission, had to ask the office to buy more beanbags for the cornhole game, horrible road noise behind the cabins. Upside, the staff was very friendly.

there was no hand soap in bathrooms, and the hot tub was broken and no sign of closure. The pool was dirty and the tv was impossible to watch due to the Wi Fi Also, there was an incident involving a dog locked in a hot car and the police were called. For such a large campground full of family and kids there was only one structure with very few bathrooms. I will not be going back there .

Activities every hour were great, but you could tell they were a little under-staffed (or otherwise unprepared…) for some of them. The cabin was clean, cute. The main bathrooms could use some work, the floor was always wet with like 1” of water. The splash pad looked awesome but the water was FREEZING! The pool was warm enough but murky, you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool

Great activities during the day everyone was very friendly and very nice. We had a great stay in the bunk cabins. My only real complaint was that the pool water was really cloudy. It’s the time of year where tons of people are getting in because it’s hot so the water needs to be shocked and cleaned nightly.

For a family campground, the bathrooms/showers leave A LOT to be desired. I’ve never showered at a KOA that didn’t have an adequate private dressing area, directly outside of the shower stall. For a parent who had a small child with them, this campground lack made showering embarrassing and very difficult. Also, the smell of sewage for hours during the night caused me to leave early.

I understand that your cabins offer a rustic feel for a stay, but did not appreciate the "dirty" and "rundown" appearance. I did take pictures of the mold, rot, dirt, and other things that we didn't care for. Overall...our experience was positive, but with just a little upkeep and attention, the next person's will be even better. Thanks for all.

Our stay was great with a couple of exceptions. The bathrooms were not very clean, especially the showers. The bathroom behind the restaurant was disgusting, with old pee everywhere, a visibly dirty toilet seat, and even the sink was covered in dirt. The cleaning log hadn't been filled in for days. We also had an issue with our cabin door, which would pop open every time it was closed.

I recently stayed with my twin boys to have some fun over the weekend. While at the pool security quietly removed a older genteman from the hot tub which is next the pool because he was pleasuring and exposing himself. He quietly asked him to leave then came to reassure me that he was leaving tomorrow. THEN he tells me he was kicked out for the same thing yesterday! NO COPS CALLED. Unacceptable

It was great! I was suprised at the amount of amenities you had even in the basic cabins and around the campground. We were not able to use it due to it being cold but the pool/splash pad area looked like a lot of fun for kids and the rest of the area!

We have stayed at the Colorado Springs KOA 3-4 times but always in our motorhome. We booked a deluxe cabin. We booked a 4 night stay in Colorado Springs cabins and only stayed 2 nights and left. This was the worse experience we have had at a KOA. The cabin is next to the highway and noisy all night. The mattress on the bed is terrible. The cabin is not for older people. I was not offered a refund

Sorry, but honestly this one was the WORST stay! Bathroom was very dirty and no toilet paper! The cabin was very drafty. The host was not helpful at all. We'll NEVER return to that one! Very bitter about that one!

Cabin was extremely dirty. It definitely was not cleaned in many months! No hot water. Stayed in the deluxe cabin for a lot of money and left early because of the state of it.

The only thing that needs work are the bathrooms. I think they need to checked the bathrooms more often. And replace the code boxes they took 3 or 4 times to work And open. But the staff was great we loved our stay. They cook was great And the food was yummy. We can't wait to come back.

Once we figured out the heaters in the cabin, our stay went very well. There were cobwebs in the bathroom window and the ceiling light fixtures: very minor issues. All of the hosts & staff are super friendly and very helpful.

I stayed 4 nights in one of the camping cabins as there was so much to see nearby, which was perfect for my needs traveling alone. The bathrooms & showers close at hand were great. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. So many great additions in this KOA to keep families with young children happy & busy. I highly recommend this KOA & definitely will be back with my family next time.

Needed a quite place to relax and wait for my retirement to be approved. KOA was close by and took care all my deeds. A great place to vist.

We enjoyed our stay here as the staff was very attentive and friendly to every need even right down to locating specific things in the campground. The general managers are also attentive and are super friendly and very accommodating. They are open to hearing/listening to constructive feedback as they continue to bring more family-oriented activities to the campground. Thank You so much!!!

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
