We were wondering why the grass had not been mowed around the campsites. The grass in some areas was knee-high. It made the place look unkept for sure. We have stayed at a lot of KOA's and this was the worst for unmowed grass and dirty bathrooms. The staff was very nice and pleasant. However, we would stay again. We were just not sure why the grass was not mowed.

The neighbors pitched a tent next to our RV and slept there for three days. We thought this was against the rules. No one seem to notice that worked for KOA. Noisy experience.

This place is AMAZING!! Family Friendly and so many things to do! The pools are great! Clean surroundings, staff is friendly and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Mindy, Matt, Rob, Dave, Vicky and all the other employees were great! Vicky did a great job with leading spirit in the hey hey ride & Dave was a wonderful driver. Matt was very attentive to all guests. Mindy was absolutely fantastic in the office. The grounds were well kept, the activities were phenomenal and the staff made you feel at home. Thank you for running the business so well!

The entire staff was helpful and friendly at all times. Our grandchildren had a wonderful time. We will definitely stay here again.

The campground was full so I can understand getting behind on maintenance, but toilet paper in the toilet stall should be a priority. Glad I checked before committing to using the stall. Given the popularity of the area, the fact that the camp sites were really close together was to be expected. Only real irritation was the campfire smoke from adjacent sites that found its way into my trailer.

It gave us a place to stay with full hookups but many things did not work such as cable, non working Wi-Fi, laundry room was filthy and had 2 dryers out of 8 working and the way the dryer ducts were routed were together allowing moisture to be sent to the other dryer, the dog park had no grass and the basketball court had a giant sinkhole so it could not be used. Waste of money.

Amazing place, lots to do, perfect kids haven for play and fun. Only downer wash the bathrooms. Not enough stalls, too small showers and very unkept. Not usable in my opinion.

We stayed for 20 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The daily children's activities were fantastic with 3 themed hayrides. The whole campground would join in the water themed ride. I would highly recommend this campgrounds if you are near the springs area.

Contacted them in July 2022 about making arrangements for a famiy reunion. They stated that we should make a group reservation with our lodging requirements but said they couldn't do that because they didn't have 2023 pricing and to call back on Oct 1, 2022. I called back on Oct 1, but was told that they didn't have the lodging requirements because they had already had been taking reservations.

Great for family vacations because of the Waterpark. Not so good for couples passing thru and very expensive for 1 night. We liked the hamburger shack but not open. Also, needs lawn care maintenence.

It was incredibly noisy. There was a huge party (30-40 people) going on next to me, and management did nothing to stop it. If you're a tired traveler who wants a quiet place to stay, this is not the place. It is also way over-priced. I've stayed at a number of KOA's, most I have liked, but this one was absolutely the worst.

The sites are not well maintained. There are weeds all over the camp sites and plenty of bugs to go with them. The pads are concrete which is nice but the sites need some TLC and maintenance.

The cabin wasn't ready when we arrived and the front desk person wasn't very welcoming. We were told to come back in 15 minutes and then were told to come back in a half and hour. The other staff were friendly and responsive when approached. The rest went okay.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! Activities for the kids was engaging and fun for all ages. The splash park/pool was a hit for the entire family. Shower and bathroom facility could have had more attention.

The water park was ice cold and we were there when it was hot and sunny. It was completely unusable and the sole reason we returned to this location (previously visited in the Spring when it was closed). The kids were so bummed. The pool was dirty and crowded and did not fill the void. The bathrooms were dirty and stinky - last time they were not. The glow ride was fun. The jump pad was fun.

The staff is exceptional but the campground does not meet the standards it should as a "KOA Holiday". The small and outdated bathrooms were frequently out of toilet paper and in dire need of cleaning. It had rain often before our stay but even with several days of sunshine, there was a lot of mud where there should be gravel. The water in the water park was freezing cold.

One of the largest KOA’s we have stayed at. Even though we do not have any kids they have lots of things to keep your young one’s entertained. Easy in and out and convenient location.

The campground was very nice and the view was amazing! There were some new staff members just learning the ropes, so service was a little slow. That will pick up as they learn. Overall great stay.

The only complaint ia that the WIFI was to slow in the evening, otherwise we really liked staying there. The activities and the water fall was a big hit with our grand kids.

The staff here is great! Very knowledgeable about the local area and always willing to help. The bathrooms are a bit small, but with most RVers having their own facilities, this may not be a concern for most.

The bathrooms were dirty. I try to go to the bathroom but had to tell the staff 4 times that they were out of toilet paper and twice before going to sleep I had to use paper towels. I remember when this place was so nice! Then my 17 year old with a license wasn’t able to drive the golf cart and the pool was closed for two of the three days that we stayed, the two reasons that we chose this place

We enjoyed our stay at the campground. We rented three cabins. Total of 19 family members. Would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in the Colorado Springs area. Lots to see and do.

We are first timers at RV’ing and the experience was great…except for the rain, hail & tornado warnings we experienced on our 3rd night, which by no means was the under the KOA’s controls! Nor was the split in the back water dump hose that was discovered on the morning of our departure! (Since it’s our first time, we rented the RV!). We survived and now have some “extra” stories to

Dog poop stations overflowing & empty of poop bags. Staff wasn’t unfriendly but also wasn’t particularly friendly. Also did not want to hear taps played loudly across the campground every morning at 6:30am. That was super obnoxious. I should leave this review on Google so other campers can pick somewhere else

Love this campground and normally visit each year. This year, the cable was out, internet worked sporadically, camping kitchen completely out of power and hot water, staff seemed overwhelmed and requests had to be made several times to have light bulbs repaired in bedrooms (3 days into trip - fixed). Staff was pleasant but appeared overwhelmed.

The online pictures were lovely. The resort was a different reality. Staff was all very nice. We came exclusively to use the waterslide park. Unfortunately the water was SO cold that my 2 and 3 year old could not use it. We packed up and left early. Very very disappointed as I have limited time off from work and our vacation was ruined

During my stay I was asked For an extension and I was told no problem. However I was called that day and told that I was supposed to leave and I said I had an extension. The person did not enter it correctly in the system, so they said I need to move my trailer to a new location because that one was already booked. No one was in that spot until 2 days later, and only for 1 night.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
