The splash park was the best part of our stay. The water faucet and electric box were a code violation waiting to happen and inappropriately placed (complete trip hazard- both kids and hubby tripped). The bathroom closest to our site was in deplorable condition- one of the toilets was full of flies and excrement during our stay(a safety and health hazard for the baby) . Won't be returning. Beware!

My cabin and others, had a "couch" that was totally unuseable, chairs had to be brought in/out. The crew was outstanding. I disliked the charge given to folks that could not get a res and had to pay for an outside place also. Your cabin for eight (8) could be for two comfortable four (4) kids. As coordinator I got complaints about comfort, and we knew we wre CAMPING. respectfully. DMiller

The kids loved the splash pad and pool even though it was freezing. Check in was 4 hours late. Many things broken in the cabin and around the grounds. My husband called it campground of broken things. The staff was very friendly and nice though. Probably would not stay again.

Hot tub was supposed to be for adults but was filled with kids constantly. No staff ever came by to enforce it. Kinda ruined the whole experience

Staff was friendly, but the camp is too crowded. Need a few less spaces so can spread out. Facilities need upkeep. Most of the interactive features of splash pad do not work. Need more restrooms and shows for the large number of camping spots and cabins with no bathroom. Also, too many unsupervised children misbehaving and staff not doing anything.

Park staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The chef who made our breakfast burrito on Saturday July 15 in the am was OUTSTANDING!! Possibly the best burrito I have ever eaten! Love the park overall. This is our second time to stay there and we will definitely be back!!!

I loved all the activities for kids. They were always occupied and having fun. To make the campground better, I recommend adding additional restrooms. At many times, there was only one toilet available in the whole campground (why clean the bathrooms at 8:30am?). For the amount of tent spots and cabins without bathrooms, this campground needs to add more.

Cabins need some repairs. Stove vent didnt work, Half of the water park water features didn't work.

Nice location and fun family atmosphere. Bathroom at back of the park went two days without toilet paper in men's and women's. One of the two toilets in women's bathroom at back of campground was never operational for entire week. Insufficient number of toilets and showers for the size of the facility made for long wait times. Grass was not trimmed well around sites, especially near hookups.

I've stayed here several times in previous years and I've always been pleased, but this year the place seemed more run-down and unkempt than usual. The hot tub looked iffy, the bathrooms switched between icky and out-of-order, and the whole place looked like someone needed to spend a day roaming around with a weed-eater. I'm not sure I'll be back next year.

Spaces were on top of each other. There was no fire pit. The store had barely anything in it. The staff was very friendly.

We had a great time however, we feel like the bathrooms could use a major uplift. Only one working women’s toilet in the back, which got pretty gross at times. Also, with as many families that stay there, larger showers would be extremely helpful. Every time I went to shower, there was a mother trying to shower with a small child (including myself and my children).

The staff was all VERY friendly. Our only suggestion would be to add restrooms, especially close to the pool area because they’re so far away that it’s doubtful anyone exits the pool to use the restroom. We appreciated they fly the military flags & not pride flags.

Not enough restrooms & showers. The one near our cabin had one commode out of order for the entire 3 days. One morning I arrived at bathroom as “cleaning “ person was leaving. While I was be brushing my teeth a family came in & there was no tissue in bathroom. Same day in evening no paper towels to dry hands. Why is AC turned off at night? So hot in there no point in taking a shower.

Stayed two nights. All systems worked well and were placed conveniently to our RV. Although we did not use the many facilities offered, we could tell other campers were really enjoying them. Was especially impressed by the child oriented games, toys, and adventures. Definitely a Five Star Park.

Our 2-wk stay was enjoyable. Campground staff were friendly, helpful and readily accessible around the campground. Trash was picked up promptly, campgrounds impeccably groomed and clean. There were plenty of fun activities for children and families but many required fees. Nice variety of food available at camp’s snack bar but pricey. Camp office understaffed, always a wait. Would visit again.

Only 2 toilets and showers for the entire campground (definitely needs updating) and our site had a pet pen that was used by others who did not pick up after their pets. Stinky and unsanitary. Extremely disappointing!!!!

Other than the rain everything about stay was quite nice. Employees were very nice and willing to help if any problems arose.

The staff are courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay excellent. I forgot a spatula and Trina let me borrow one of her personal spatulas. Two thumbs way up!

Everything was good except for the restroom near our site. The women’s restroom has 2 showers & 2 toilets. One toilet was broken so there was only one for all the women using it. And, the shower head was broken in one shower, so basically only one shower. It got overly packed.

If the bathrooms had been a little cleaner/stocked and if the AC in the bathrooms worked it would be 5 stars. It was so muggy it the bathroom that you needed to take a shower after taking a shower.

It was a nice park, especially for families with children. Lots of activities for the children. We were disappointed in the dog park, the back laundry room was too small. $2.50 for a dryer was expensive. An incident in the park with the police made us very uneasy.

This is always one of our favorite KOAs to visit. The staff is friendly and there are so many activities to take part in. Of course, we love the pool area. Please get some of the water features fixed though. You have a bunch of stuff in the pirate area which just doesn't work.

I believe I should get a discount, yet again, this happens every year! We used the bathhouse daily, never can tell it was cleaned! Throw up on one toilet, throw up on the floor of another, out of toilet paper and paper towels. No one was friendly! This KOA used to be AMAZING, been downhill the past 3 years.

There was a shooting. Sites are too close together. Bathroom paper products were never replaced. I expected a lot more for what I paid. Stay at a cheaper campground, it’s not worth it.

Our cabin was amazing and the grounds are beautiful with a some water slides for the kids to use. The only minor setback was the back bedroom in our cabin air conditioning didn't work. This was remedied opening the doors so the air could circulate from the front of the cabin to the back. We would love to stay here again!

We weee well cared for and there were lots of activities. Some of the sheets and bed mattresses need to be replaced due to stains. The patios need repair work too.

We stayed by the creek, lovely spot. The gentleman that showed us to our site was all smiles, great guy! Check in was challenging, parking and then waiting for two “early” cabin check ins. :( I better system is needed, then to run a form out to the coach for my husband to sign. Ugh. Kids activities were fun to watch and we loved the BBQ guys!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Koa! Great location to explore everything that we wanted to see in the area around Colorado Springs. The park was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful! We would definitely stay at the Koa Colorado Springs again!

Nice KOA, but appears they pay more attention to the pool and recreation equipment and ignor the basics. Bath house out of service. Wifi to weak to stay connected in a spot only 40 ft from the repeater.

The campgrounds were clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They all seem to enjoy their jobs very much! The waterpark was great and, while we didn't participate in all of the Luau activities, the fact that you had so many to choose from was awesome! This was our maiden voyage in our camper and we will definitely be back again. Thank you!

The cabin was clean and nice. It was hard to tell which side was our picnic table and campfire spot. The bathrooms were clean but limited showers. We loved the lady that ran the activities. She was sweet and enjoyed her job.

Our stay at the KOA was great. It was the 4th of July week and the campground was buzzing with things to do. The facilities were clean and well kept even though the campground was almost full to capacity. We will come back

We’ve loved this campground for years! It feels slightly less taken care of than it has in the past, but we continue to keep going because our kids love it and we cherish the memories we’ve made there!

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
