One of the best we have stayed at. Wonderful friendly staff. Amenities were great. Great pizza. Washrooms and laundry room extremely clean. Surely recommend anyone yo stop in for a few days stay.

We stayed here two years now over Memorial Day weekend. It's a beautiful wooded setting with lots of trees and some privacy for campsites. The campground is very well-maintained and clean. They provide a tank pumping service for those without sewer hookup, which gives you great site options for longer stays. The staff is wonderful, friendly and attentive. We'll stay again (even with the trains).

The Cloquet/Duluth KOA has great amenities and I would recommend it. Although I didn't like not being able to choose my site when I made the reservation. If I could choose my site, I would definitely stay again.

Spent 4 nights at KOA as a base for visiting Duluth and attractions in surrounding area, Staff is very friendly and helpful. Let us know when we had had left a door open. Looking forward to returning in July and for the Halloween Bash in September.

Stayed 2 nights. Campground was very dusty needing gravel. Train tracks so close to property that it was impossible to miss it - day and night. NO wifi or cable. Go into Carlton to The Streetcar Cafe to eat and use wifi. Very nice owner who goes out of his way to give suggestions for area touring.

Didn't get the pull thru we reserved. Owner was nice enough to help us park the camper. I also requested a full hook up but somewhere along the way we only got water/electric. Bathrooms and showers were very clean.

Enjoyed this KOA very much. It is spacious, the spaces were really nice, tons of grass. A very relaxing stay.

Customer service was great, check in was super easy, and management was able to make same day reservation aft 4p after our plans for the night fell through. they saved the day for us!

This was our first time staying at a KOA Very nice place. Very clean and the staff was the best, very helpful and polite. I will be staying here again.

Besides the train, it was very nice to be away from a highway. The grounds were well maintained and facilities were well maintained. We loved the Cloquet area and would visit again. Very nice.

Paid full price but items like the pool and hot tub were not operational. To me you should adjust pricing if all of the amenities are not available. Also they charge by the tank when filling propane not by the gallon like other KOAs. It was double to fill one tank what I pay at other KOAs. Also didn’t offer for me to use points for any $ off at check in.

When I made reservations online it showed in the picture I would be getting a site with a shelter over the picnic table, instead we got a small site squished between 2 other campers and a huge dead tree. They couldn’t even take the time to put the table down for us. Our fire pit was so close to our neighbor I was worried about their camper it was also next to their sewer which we could smell

When we got there to check in, they were going to put us In a site, but instead they gave us a patio site. Thank you so much for the upgrade. It was a very nice site. We will be back again this summer.

Great spot, kind staff, clean and well maintained bathrooms and showers. Did not enjoy what felt like a million trains going through, we had no idea how noisy it would be, not much sleep.

The campground was nice, since it was early in the season there weren’t many campers in the campground which made it really quiet. The sites are a little narrow and we would’ve had some issues getting out of our site had the campground been full.

Area was pleasant, but my issue is that I was NOT NOTIFIED that the water would be shut off due to weather. I understand why it had to be shut off, but why was I not notified! The blame was definitely put on management!!!! I was definitely disappointed. A simple note would have been appreciated

I have stayed at this KOA several times over the years and to me it is going downhill. This site was on was nice and level. And clean. The laundry area was ok. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The camp store was ok. The staff for the most part were friendly and decent. I did witness an employee talking disrespectfully to a camper. Not to mention on the employee was dressed. Not KOA standard.

Friendliness of staff - 3.5, Cleanliness - 3.5, Kamp K9 - 2.5. We arrived and at check in I was told we was getting a site with 30amp. I had a reservation for a site with 50 Amp and then was told in a sarcastic tone that they had one open and could put us in it. Sites are nice but not the best we have been to. The pump out service was hreat and the guy who came to do it was awesome.

The campground was acceptable, although the ground surrounding the site (e.g., for the picnic table and fire pit) had several very uneven spots and a small “valley.” Most objectionable was the outrageous price for firewood ($10 for a small bundle) and the cost of a quart of milk ($3.99). While we are glad that it was open late in the season, we are unlikely to return.

Fine for 1 night. Did not have access to water, 50 Amp or sewer at our site. It was being used by neighboring site who pulled into site from opposite direction. Sites were close together. Site was level.

This KOA is probably one of the best ones I have stayed at. The campground is very well kept, bathrooms clean, easy to get around, and the entire staff was wonderful. We did a 3 month stay at this campground (so we got to know people pretty well lol) and I would highly recommend it for anyone medically traveling (even for the duluth area) The owners were incredibly accommodating and very kind. I would definitely stay here again. Yes, there is a train but it really wasn't a problem, and I work overnight so I had to sleep during the day.

We had a great visit. Staff is great, location was alright, the train horn blasts via the nearby tracks through the nights weren't the best but we got used to them...lol. Location is convenient though to Jay Cook and Duluth so made it convenient.

The cabin was super cute. The mattress was ok to sleep on, thin. There are outlets for phones. Bring your own cookware. The fire pit was easy to cook over. The staff was super helpful and fun. People really get into the Halloween weekend. The modern facilities are clean.
