Customer service was great, check in was super easy, and management was able to make same day reservation aft 4p after our plans for the night fell through. they saved the day for us!

This was our first time staying at a KOA Very nice place. Very clean and the staff was the best, very helpful and polite. I will be staying here again.

Besides the train, it was very nice to be away from a highway. The grounds were well maintained and facilities were well maintained. We loved the Cloquet area and would visit again. Very nice.

We were in town for a hockey tournament, plenty of stuff for the kids to do and parents had a great time also. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This was my first time camping at this KOA. It was very nice and clean. All the staff were very nice and polite. I liked that they were not all in your business, and they give you privacy. I will definitely be back.

Paid full price but items like the pool and hot tub were not operational. To me you should adjust pricing if all of the amenities are not available. Also they charge by the tank when filling propane not by the gallon like other KOAs. It was double to fill one tank what I pay at other KOAs. Also didn’t offer for me to use points for any $ off at check in.

When I made reservations online it showed in the picture I would be getting a site with a shelter over the picnic table, instead we got a small site squished between 2 other campers and a huge dead tree. They couldn’t even take the time to put the table down for us. Our fire pit was so close to our neighbor I was worried about their camper it was also next to their sewer which we could smell

When we got there to check in, they were going to put us In a site, but instead they gave us a patio site. Thank you so much for the upgrade. It was a very nice site. We will be back again this summer.

Great spot, kind staff, clean and well maintained bathrooms and showers. Did not enjoy what felt like a million trains going through, we had no idea how noisy it would be, not much sleep.

The campground was nice, since it was early in the season there weren’t many campers in the campground which made it really quiet. The sites are a little narrow and we would’ve had some issues getting out of our site had the campground been full.

Area was pleasant, but my issue is that I was NOT NOTIFIED that the water would be shut off due to weather. I understand why it had to be shut off, but why was I not notified! The blame was definitely put on management!!!! I was definitely disappointed. A simple note would have been appreciated

I have stayed at this KOA several times over the years and to me it is going downhill. This site was on was nice and level. And clean. The laundry area was ok. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The camp store was ok. The staff for the most part were friendly and decent. I did witness an employee talking disrespectfully to a camper. Not to mention on the employee was dressed. Not KOA standard.

This was the perfect location for our road trip! The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and our cabin was immaculate. We enjoyed the amenities and hope to return again soon!

Friendliness of staff - 3.5, Cleanliness - 3.5, Kamp K9 - 2.5. We arrived and at check in I was told we was getting a site with 30amp. I had a reservation for a site with 50 Amp and then was told in a sarcastic tone that they had one open and could put us in it. Sites are nice but not the best we have been to. The pump out service was hreat and the guy who came to do it was awesome.

The campground was acceptable, although the ground surrounding the site (e.g., for the picnic table and fire pit) had several very uneven spots and a small “valley.” Most objectionable was the outrageous price for firewood ($10 for a small bundle) and the cost of a quart of milk ($3.99). While we are glad that it was open late in the season, we are unlikely to return.

Fine for 1 night. Did not have access to water, 50 Amp or sewer at our site. It was being used by neighboring site who pulled into site from opposite direction. Sites were close together. Site was level.

I really liked this KOA--it was clean and had all the necessities and was only a short drive to Duluth. The only downsides were that it was really busy (could have been because it was peak season) and that some of the tent sites were super small (I was a bit worried that a car would hit my tent coming around the bend and I couldn't pitch it any further in due to the roots). I might have just drawn a short straw with that spot though as many of the other ones look extremely nice!

We arrived late at night, and our information was easy to locate. The campground was clean and well-maintained. The cabin was cozy and welcoming. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The only suggestion would be to update the satellite bathroom a bit.

Great smaller, well kept campground. Our site was a pull though, very level with a nice lawn, picnic table and fire pit. Helpful friendly staff. We really enjoyed this one.
