Best bathrooms and laundry facilities! Nicest staff! The pool and mini golf are great! Sites are tight but that is only downside!

We arrived to a party in the cabin next to us with at least 6-8 additional cars. We tried using the code (last 4 of our phone number) didn’t work. Another worker gave us another universal code to try. We cleared all the cobwebs so we could walk in. Bed was not comfortable and we couldn’t adjust the AC. Worst night we’ve had at a KOA unfortunately so probably won’t rent a cabin again here.

Very tight spaces. Watched someone hit the dog park fencing ,trying to get Into their space Easy on & off from freeway.

Site was to small, site next to ours didn’t use the dog walk area and allowed their dog to poop all over without cleaning it up. Dog barked all morning both days so I am sure it was left unattended.

We appreciated the professionalism at the front desk. Our water/electric site was slim that didn’t allow for sitting outside, even our dog had to stay inside the camper. We also had long term campers in the rows in front of us and behind us. It was our most expensive site ($78.) out of our 25 night vacation, and least desirable. We saw the more expensive sites were nicer.

The hookups on the the pull through buddy site are set up so that you would three extensions for drain hose OR you have to use the dump station on your way out.. defeats the purpose of full hook ups..

Billings was the first KOA and is in fact #1. Our site, #2 was outstanding, easy to back into, level and all system in great shape. Sorry we could only stay one night.

This is one of the best KOA's we've stayed in. Huge dog park with good grass, shade for owners. The showers were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Very crowded campground. WiFi didn't work. Bathrooms were discusting with no where except a dirty baby changing table to put your stuff. There are several rows of sites that don't even have a fire ring. Very disappointed! Hopefully it is my last stay there, next time I'll be sure to go to the Yellowstone river campground.

Nice place, good people, friendly and knowledgeable. The space we were in was smaller than any KOA we had stayed in. Not complaining, just answering your request.

Very nice campground, dog park & mom golf. Bathroom were nice but needed a shower curtain to keep from getting water on the floor in front of the shower.

We were disappointed to be sent over to a part of the park sandwiched between two very run-down long term "campers" both of these old units were surrounded by miscellaneous junk and quite frankly since we were in a water/electric part of the park left us wondering how sanitary the units were. BTW both had small children living in them. Had to wonder what becomes of these when the park closes.

We had a patio spot and it was wonderful. We had a lot of room easy to park. The dog park for the most part was wonderful. The people and dogs were friendly and it was very clean.

By far the nicest RV park we’ve stayed at, at least on this extended trip out west. Great staff, beautiful location and grounds. Easily the nicest bathrooms we ever seen at any RV park or marina (we are long time cruisers). If ever back in the area, this is where we will stay!

It was a good stay. New improvement was the honey wagon, koodos to you for making that happen. However it's really hard to control the pet patrol of owners not picking up after there dogs both in the dog park and outside the dog park. I don't know a solution but it was out of hand. Overall my stay was great.

The campground was very clean! The sites were among the trees. There were a lot of amenities offered such as mini golf and a swimming pool. I’d definitely stay here again.

It was fine, The bathrooms were very slimy and wet everywhere. Felt kind of gross using them. It said on the website there would be a Sunday morning breakfast when we were there but there wasn't which was kind of a bum. The floors in our cabin were also sticky.

Hey we have been coming to the Billings KOA at least once a year. We have always had a good time, but this last time we couldn't get the light and electric services working at our tent campsite and we specifically pay for that campsite to be able to use them. Please fix it.

Great location of I-90 for ease of arrival and departure, and a short local drive to downtown restaurant. The sites are on the bank of the yellowstones river with no traffic noises.

We got a level 10 site which was a bonus. However there was quite a walk to go to a restroom. I'm surprised by that because generally when you're in a tent restrooms are pretty close to walk to since you have no facilities to use. That was an inconvenience for us. The park seemed pretty nice and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in which was a bonus.

Great place and staff. We really enjoyed the mini golf. So nice. The store is great too. Didn’t swim, water was too cold. The west side of park was a little tight and rough. Muddy when wet. We had a barking dog next to us so we moved to other side when a site became available. Much nicer site. When we left the road out was blocked by a truck washing an rv. He expected us to wait and was very rud

Such a beautiful KOA. Definitely one of my favorites. Would have been nice to have more room for our camper. It was pretty tight. Over all we loved it!

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!

The people in the store and check in are super nice. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The campground is well taken care of. Very nice place to stay.
