Facilities are nice, customer service was very poor. May have just been one individual working there, maybe you will get someone different, we all not had one night. Talked to the general manager and operations supervisor and they were nice and apologetic about our experience. Camp kitchen is down for repairs, sounds like it will be most of the summer.

The campground itself was clean and our tent spot was nice except there was dog poop around the edges that didn’t get cleaned up. I didn’t like that you needed a code to use the bathrooms. When I took a shower in the morning, the power went out for about 5 minutes and I was in complete darkness. I do plane on using KOA again.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and attentive to all the guests. The mini golf and pool were well maintained and our children loved all the activities available. During our stay, we would get text messages with updates about the campground. I appreciated the communication of those texts.

I enjoyed ower stay at laurel KOA very much. Accommodation were very nice. And the staff was very polite and helpful. We were honored to stay.

Campground was very nice. Staff was nice and helpful. I did have an issue with other campers bringing their dogs to our camping area to potty them. KOA had an amazing spot for dogs but just because we had no neighbors around us everyone thought it was free range to potty their dogs around our campsite. That's my only issue.

I drove in late from Washington due to a sudden cancer diagnosis in the family. I am driving from Washington to Texas and decided to camp on my way down. Upon arrival I was met by an older lady who checked me in. She was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience so welcoming. I will definitely come back to this site to visit and explore Billings!

Friendliest people, very willing to help out with our questions and changes. Excellent mini-golf course. Beautiful cottonwoods. The cleaning crew seemed overwhelmed - shower and toilet facilities were frequently dirty - toothpaste and soap scum, pools of water, messes not cleaned up for long periods of time. Seems like a lot of camping sites with limited facilities for that number of campers.

Great playground, great pool, and SUPER clean bathrooms and showers. Showers were warm, temp didn’t fluctuate and pressure was great. Some highway noise but can’t help that. Nice short trail walk to the river to recharge and escape. Friendly staff. Overall, great pit stop.

We had a tent spot, and stayed 2 nights. We utilized the pool, and mini golf. You guys did a great job with extra activities like the Saturday night movie. It was clean and welcoming, staff was helpful and informative about the history of the koa. We will be coming back.

Great customer service at the Billings, Montana KOA. We arrived after hours, and our paperwork was ready for late-night check-in, which made everything easy and stress-free. We stayed in the tent site with water and electric. Site is big and close to the bathrooms. Some of the restrooms very dirty and no toilet paper when we arrived around 5pm. Shower rooms ok but the light turned off while you’re in the shower. You’ll need to stick out your arm and wave to activate the sensor. Kind of annoying. Not the best KOA I stayed in because of the restrooms.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights, on our way to Wyoming and South Dakota and a 2nd on our way back. The campground was really easy to find, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the campground was clean and the bathrooms were really nice. Loved that you have a miniature golf course there.

Lovely grounds, many amenities. The restrooms were not well kept and the laundryroom was locked when the brochure indicated it should be open. The grounds are unsupervised btwn the hours of 5pm-9am, which became a problem when a family allowed their 3 dogs to roam the property without leashes and the dog owner yelling, for one of those dogs at 7:30am, to come back. Not my best KOA experience.

The drunks at 2am were ridiculous. I'm grateful someone dealt with them and they got quit. Everything else was wonderful. The Autumn party seemed like everyone enjoyed it. The extra parking seemed to be an issue and extremely unorganized. I let a couple with little ones with strollers park in my space since they were struggling finding a place to park. Very cute couple.

Enjoyed the miniature golf. The cost to do laundry was very reasonable. Showers and bathrooms are clean. Nice grassy area next to our site.

Hey we have been coming to the Billings KOA at least once a year. We have always had a good time, but this last time we couldn't get the light and electric services working at our tent campsite and we specifically pay for that campsite to be able to use them. Please fix it.

Great location of I-90 for ease of arrival and departure, and a short local drive to downtown restaurant. The sites are on the bank of the yellowstones river with no traffic noises.

We got a level 10 site which was a bonus. However there was quite a walk to go to a restroom. I'm surprised by that because generally when you're in a tent restrooms are pretty close to walk to since you have no facilities to use. That was an inconvenience for us. The park seemed pretty nice and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in which was a bonus.

Thank you KOA for bringing the magic, we could not have asked for a better weekend to celebrate America's 250th birthday. We'd love to give kudos: Keaton for going above and beyond to make sure everyone, especially the kids, were having a great time. Anthony was always professional and hospitable, doing what was needed to make sure the stay was memorable. We were lucky enough to be there when Big Ts BBQ was serving food, the food was delicious and Tony and his team were top notch. The brisket was amazing! The whole family couldn't have had a better time, from the daily activities to the mini golf and cornhole, there was always something fun to do. The kids parade on the 4th of July was such a nice touch. We will be back, thank you to everyone who was working this past weekend!

Staff is great. Campground is very clean. Could use some shade in the tent areas. Pool was closed because of weather \cleaning when we got there, so we could not use.

Very nice campground, staff polite and courteous, large doggy 🐕 park, Playground for kids, Mini Golf, swimming pool, And there is a trail you can walk down to the Yellowstone River.
