Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Billings KOA. We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins, and it was cozy, comfortable, and made for a great overnight stop. The grounds were well maintained, and the cabin met our expectations. The only issue we encountered was with the bathroom. There were brown skid marks around the toilet’s flush handle, which suggested it hadn’t been thoroughly clean

I have always loved my stays at KOA. I've mostly stayed there by myself so feeling at home and safe is the most important to me. The only thing that I noticed this time was that the cabin smelled kind of musty, kind of stagnant air. Everything else was just fine, I even slept in!

We had a great stay as always! Everyone there is so helpful and friendly and when we had a small issue after getting checked in, it was fixed quickly. Love our stays at the Billings KOA

Our truck broke down just outside of Billings and being able to stay in Billings with our dog made a stressful situation and little less stressful. Anthony was super friendly and the camp store had just about everything we needed for a 2 night unplanned stay.

The campground had a wide range of amenities available with a great dog park, mini golf, trail to the river, pool, etc. Although there was lots to offer those staying, the basics of the campground needed attention. Specifically the restrooms smelled and didn’t appear to be cleaned in a while.

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. We loved the amenities the space. Having a front Deck. The whole experience was great for us and the kids. Impressed by how clean the areas are and very friendly staff. Definitely a place to return too. Only a few things. Pool not as heated as I thought would be. Never got the TV to work but its ok . Wouldn't have used that much. Thank you for a wonderful place.

Kid friendly activities and access to the Yellowstone river. Would have given a higher rating but our air conditioner in the cabin didn't work and the sprinklers behind the cabins came on and soaked the fire pits and picnic tables at several sites.

Dirty, grimy, seedy the further from the mini golf you walked. Heaters didn't work, floor of cabin dirty and sticky. Thankfully only one night. Doris and Abby are the bright stars

There were homeless people staying in this camp ground. I shortened our stay due to not feeling safe. There was also police activity in a campsite during our stay. I would never stay here again. Very disappointed.

We were there for only one night. But, certainly enjoyed all the amenities and location. We love rivers. And the access to the Yellowstone River was right up our alley. We also enjoyed the mini golf. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very kind and helpful. We'll certainly make KOA one of our options when we're traveling this great country. Thanks

Got there after the office was closed and was easy to find our reservation. Had issues with the code to the cabin and called the number and they were right on it to get it fixed. I'd stay there again.

I gave this KOA a 4 star because even though check out was at 11, it appears the cleaners entered our cabin before 11, thinking we had checked out, I think? We were gone, but planned on returning to pack up and check out. We locked the cabin when we left. The person who came to clean did not lock the door when they left. This made us upset as we had valuables in the cabin.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was a close distance to downtown which worked out great for my daughter's dance competition. We'd highly recommend and will be back in the future

Overall, the stay was nice. The weather was cold, which is to be expected in April. You might consider adding some USB charging ports to the camping cabins. Just a thought.

The facility and staff were great. Main problem was barking dogs uncontrolled. I had dogs with me and yes occasionally one of my dogs barked but whoever tied these giant dogs out and it was constant for hours. There also needs more areas to walk your dogs. Dog parks are disease and flea/lice factories. Would never turn my highly trained animals in them.

We had a lovely time. My kids spent half their time playing mini golf. The cabin was super clean and nice and the fire pits were well taken care of. I am excites to stay again in the summer when the pool is also open.

This stay was a little better than the one before but it was because of Anthony who came to fix the issues. At 5 pm there was no where to plug the mini fridge in that was in the cabin already. He brought an extension cord so we could use it for our dogs medication that has to stay refrigerated. We got back from the high school game at 11 pm to no heat. Not working at all. He brought us 2 heaters.

The cabins are quite nice, especially since they have an AC unit that works quite well. The WiFi coverage was fantastic! Mild complaints: First, I think that the cabins need to be mopped more often, because there are mud tracks that can't be broomed away. Second, the shower curtains had some mold/mildew on them, so they should be washed/bleached more often. Otherwise, a fantastic weekend trip!

Comfortable. Private as far as the "next door neighbors" kept to selves. Clean cabins. Deluxe Cabin was well worth it's cost, comfortable, amenities were provided, fit for the family and self. Staff kept the KOA moral up which provides great introduction to staying with the KOA campgrounds in Billings. Showers, restroom, and laundry services are provided. A code system keeps it secure and safe.

It was evident that the location was worn and not well cared for. It was below the care level of other KOA's we have stayed in. This included maintenance of grounds, obviously dirty areas in the outdoor 'kitchen' at the camping cabins, guests randomly allowing pets to 'use' open campsites, etc. Long term guests with garbage collected under their campers, and much more.

The cabin we stayed in was fine. However, the bathrooms that are not a part of the office building are NASTY. They stank our whole stay. Drains were clogged. There was poop on the toilets. The final morning of our stay (a Saturday) I saw some ladies talking about cleaning. I don't know that they actually did clean. Even the nicer bathrooms had some issues. The handicap room showerhead didn't stay.

We arrived to a party in the cabin next to us with at least 6-8 additional cars. We tried using the code (last 4 of our phone number) didn’t work. Another worker gave us another universal code to try. We cleared all the cobwebs so we could walk in. Bed was not comfortable and we couldn’t adjust the AC. Worst night we’ve had at a KOA unfortunately so probably won’t rent a cabin again here.

It was fine, The bathrooms were very slimy and wet everywhere. Felt kind of gross using them. It said on the website there would be a Sunday morning breakfast when we were there but there wasn't which was kind of a bum. The floors in our cabin were also sticky.

Thank you KOA for bringing the magic, we could not have asked for a better weekend to celebrate America's 250th birthday. We'd love to give kudos: Keaton for going above and beyond to make sure everyone, especially the kids, were having a great time. Anthony was always professional and hospitable, doing what was needed to make sure the stay was memorable. We were lucky enough to be there when Big Ts BBQ was serving food, the food was delicious and Tony and his team were top notch. The brisket was amazing! The whole family couldn't have had a better time, from the daily activities to the mini golf and cornhole, there was always something fun to do. The kids parade on the 4th of July was such a nice touch. We will be back, thank you to everyone who was working this past weekend!

Staff is great. Campground is very clean. Could use some shade in the tent areas. Pool was closed because of weather \cleaning when we got there, so we could not use.

Very nice campground, staff polite and courteous, large doggy 🐕 park, Playground for kids, Mini Golf, swimming pool, And there is a trail you can walk down to the Yellowstone River.
