There was blood in the main building bath 3, a lot of blood, it was around 8:30 pm I told front desk about it. The next morning it was untouched! 12 hours after I reported it. This was unacceptable to me. I told general manager about it again and he replied cleaning crew will take care of it. Still not acceptable. Either shut that down or go clean it. Missed me off! No i wont be back.

The grounds and facilities are great. We stayed in the Deluxe cabin. The queen bed mattress is like sleeping on a board, an updated mattress would be wonderful. The kids bunks bed mattress are too short and maybe a couch cushion, better mattresses would be a great upgrade as well. There are kitchen utensils, pans & dishes etc. Some are worn and needed replaced.

Fantastic park along the Yellowstone River. Lots of amenities and very clean. The camp store was well-stocked and the staff was super friendly.

This location is excellent for breaking up our long trips. The only concerns I have is in some of the maintenance of the restroom/shower rooms. This is our 3rd time in a year to stay there and attention is needed for maintenance each visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful and welcoming and we love the cabins.

We stayed in the deluxe cabins. We found mold on the mattres pad on the couch hide a bed. The bedding for the bunk beds was in containers and one of the sheets had blood stains on it. If it was not for that the cabin was excellent.

Was perfect great location for everything wanted to do and see. The only complaint would be the couple screaming and yelling. Then physically attacking each other.

We stayed in a cabin. The smell was almost unbearable. It was some sort of deodorant (febreeze) and smoke mixture, It was terrible and for the price of the cabin it was major disappointment, Won't stay again. Could have had a hotel room with bathroom for equal or less. Very disappointed.

The amenities are fantastic and clean. I like that the cabins are rustic, but with AC and wall outlets. The built-in platforms/tables are great additions. It's a shame that the pool isn't open in the middle of September when it's still quite warm out, but that's a minor complaint. The tables are a well-worn, which is a nice aesthetic, but could pose a problem with slivers. Overall fantastic.

We did not make this reservation and we have never stayed at this KOA. After receiving notice of the pending reservation I contacted your office via text and by phone to question it. I was told that the reservation was never fulfilled { no one showed up}. How it was made with my account was also a mystery although our rewards points were used. I have checked our cards an so far no charge repor

Stayed in a camping cabin, not near as clean as other campgrounds we’ve stayed at. It was OK as a one night stop while traveling. Would like to see mini frig in cabins as many other KOA’s have. I’m not interested in buying ice just to have it melt for my small cooler I carry, just want some place to cool down drinks and put sandwiches. Staff was very cheerful and friendly.

Such a clean KOA. All the extra fun things to do with family while you’re hanging out for the day; pool, mini golf, playground, and the dog park was so clean and well kept. The bathrooms/ showers were so clean in the main office building were so nice! The bathhouse by the tent sites are even clean they are older but I still was surprised it was so clean! Ultimately though the staff A+!!!

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins. The cabin was very clean and met our expectations fully. We have stayed at this KOA several times and it is one of the nicer KOA campgrounds.

Great place, amazing bathrooms. Somewhat disappointed by all the cob webs and spider webs on the porch area and walls of the cabin. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all summer.

Awesome dog park . Cabin mattress’s need to be replaced horrible sleep on worn out mattresses. Everything in the cabins was sticky tabletops floors etc. Bathroom/showers could use updating the sinks all looked new and inviting however showers bathroom walls made me think twice about using . I would definitely use the rv sites but cabin rentals for the money I would not use again.

I’ve stayed at a few KOAs in the Midwest and I must say, Billings was so cute, quaint, very clean and the staff were so friendly. Everything you’d expect from a KOA…and then some. I’m looking forward to staying again

The cabin was nice to stay at , maybe a heads up if customers have planned for a 4 day holiday the cabin should be well equipped . I had to go ask for garbage bags and toilet paper . I found the staff to be not very helpful when asking a question .i think the check in time can be more flexible , especially when the cabin was vacant prior to are arrival .

Dirty cabin, filthy insect infested bathrooms.laughable refund policy. Would have left,but wasn't going to disappoint my kids and lose $300,so we toughed it out. Had to clean before bringing belongings into the cabin. Trash, hair, food, and fingernails were our welcome gifts. Kids loved the playground and pool. 1st koa in the country one would think steps to ensure cleanliness would be a priorit

Stayed the night on our way across county. Absolutely amazing campground! Easy in/easy out. Right by the Yellowstone River. We will definitely be back.

What a gem of a campground! Even though we only stayed for one night, it was clear this place is something special. The bathhouse was amazing—super clean and well-maintained. Our camping spot was perfectly flat, making setup quick and easy. Each site came with a sturdy picnic table and a great fire pit, which we really appreciated. The laundry rooms were spotless and well-equipped, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's an awesome pet area, and the mini golf course looked was so much fun—we just didn't have time to enjoy it all on this trip. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay. 100% recommend and 100% planning to return!

We rolled in and were met by Doris at the front counter. What an absolute sweetheart. She got us setup in a basic tent site which was perfect for us. Very reasonable rate when you factor in showers, mini golf, swimming pool, and easy access to the river are all included. We will definitely have this on our “good” places to stay list.
