Accommodations:  Check-in 3:00pm
Check-out time for all sites is 11:00am.

Hours of Operation

General Store / Registration Office Hours: Office hours June - August 8am - 9pm. Hours will vary in the Spring and Fall.
Pool Hours:10am - Dusk (Pool operational from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Laundry Hours: Open 24 Hours
Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am

Wildlife Awareness

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be found on and around this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

Cancellation Policy

  1. RV Sites Cancellation Policy:  If canceling more than 48 hours before your reservation you will be refunded the deposit minus a $10 processing fee. If less than 48 hours before the reservation the full deposit will be charged.
  2. Accommodation Cancellation Policy:  If canceling more than 7 days before your reservation you will be refunded the deposit minus a $10 processing fee. If canceling less than 7 days before the reservation the full deposit will be charged
  3. Special Event & Holiday Weekends:  All Deposits are non-refundable.

Golf Cart Policy

Golf carts are permitted to be driven by licensed drivers only and must be driven at a safe rate of speed.

Pet Policy

Traveling with your furry friend or fur baby? We have a KampK9® dog park onsite so your fluffy friends can stretch their legs. Pets must be on a leash outside of the dog park, and we ask owners to clean up after their pets. Your pets hate it when you leave, so please don't leave them at your campsite unattended. Due to health and safety regulations, pets are not allowed in any buildings or the pool area.

Vehicle Policy

All visitors must register their vehicle and are permitted until Quiet Hours.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are gladly welcome but must register their vehicle at the office and obtain a parking pass and instructions on where to park. If your visitors plan on using our amenities then a fee may apply.  Please check with the front desk if you have further questions.

Speed Limit

The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.

Trash Policy

Please place bagged trash next to the road at your site by 11:00am for pickup. Otherwise, dumpsters are located around the campground for your convenience.

Tent Policy

Tents require their own designated site and are prohibited on all RV sites.

Campfires

Fire rings are equipped on all patio sites, tent sites, cabins, and lodges. RV sites without patios do not come equipped with fire rings.

After Hours / Emergency Number

If you arrive after the Registration Office has closed, there is a night registration box available with guest information and campground maps. 406-591-2257,
If you have a life-threatening or safety emergency, please call 911.

Rakeem Behlin-Dorsey, your Billings KOA Holiday General Manager, has an undeniable love for camping and appreciates the essence of beauty and nature. Fueled by his passion for the outdoors, he has long dreamed of traveling the United States with his Mom in their own rig. Rakeem comes from a large family and embraces the connectedness and sense of family that guests often feel while camping with KOA. Rakeem previously served as General Manager at Ouray KOA Holiday in Colorado before taking his new role at Billings KOA Holiday.
