we typically spend two weekends a year at the KOA in Billings and this past weekend was one of those times, 9-22 thru 9-24. The wife and I commented on the pool which was full of leaves and not kept up and the office (club house) not having some essentials such as milk ect. Also when you pull in at registration the staff does not golf cart you to your camping spot. Although our spot was easy.

They parked our 65 foot rig in a site that had NO Way Out. We couldn't turn left or right so we almost backfired the van and broke our towing bar. Last year we were put into a site too small for us and had our swivelwheel cover destroyed. This campground is too tight for large rigs and nobody seems to real use the problem. Our site was site 59..You need to look at it and see how impossible it w

The only thing I would say that would help is better signage to your campground. Presently it seems like it should be a couple of places before the actual campground. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

I’ll be echoing a lot that has been said. The office people, grounds, and other amenities are very good. Bit, since it is an old park, the roads are very narrow. The way we were directed to our site by the office was impossible to enter. We had to go across a side road that went almost directly into the site. Leaving was also an adventure because of the vehicles having to park near the roads.

Great place! Close to everything. We had a fantastic site with a patio. Laundry room was clean and everything was in working order. The mini golf was awesome

I know I booked a site that’s not level but for the front of my trailer to be 11” off level is a bit excessive. The power at my site had an issue with the ground circuit.

Sad to see the grounds all brown and over run with weeds. It use to be beautiful the last time we were there. The dump station was broken, so not too convenient. One of the check in folks, is not to friendly.

Only problem was with dogs running loose in the park. The one dog was a large black dog that was very aggressive and the other just barked a lot. Once collected by owner the rest of the stay was great. The camp it self was delightful!

Very clean. The grounds are beautiful, and the mini-golf and play area for the children are exceptional.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We were looking to transfer/add a cabin to our reservation instead of our campsite due to the weather and the gentleman at the front desk was very resourceful and quick - got us in no issue. My husband and I LOVE to mini golf so having such a fun course there was sooo much fun

Because of mechanical problems with my vehicle, I was "stuck" there for three days. It was so peaceful, I loved it. Staff excellent.

Peaceful quiet sites with well kept amenities. But I had to drive a mile around the site including backing up in an effort to dump my tanks. The Sani dump lids were locked and the staff advised sites to use that where now angled the wrong way for my transit so on the second lap I pulled through a site next to the dump. I think you need to find the keys for the general Sani dump.

My stay at the Billings, MT KOA was an absolute delight! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. They were always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any questions or requests.

We've stayed at the Billings KOA before and have always enjoyed staying there. The only issue we had this time is we called first thing in the morning to make a same-day reservation and it was four hours before we were able to reach someone to reserve a space.

Awesome campground!!! Everything was Clean, Neat, and Well Organized! Staff was Amazing!! Great Showers, Pool, Putt Putt Golf, Laundry, Store and Dog Park! Best KOA we have stayed at! We would Definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful visit. Saw 3 deer in campground! Great that pool was still open, it’s beautiful! Please keep it open until weather cools down, it was high 80’s when we were there! Staff was friendly and did a great job to make us feel welcome! Go Green Bay!!!!

Love this campground. The back in patio site was nice, always saw workers cleaning, bathroom were very clean. Did notice dog owners not picking up after their dogs. We came too late in the year for the bbq and breakfast - oh well. This was our second time here and would definitely come back.

This is an amazing place to stay, I needed a place to stay with our little dog while my husband has surgery and his stay in the hospital, it was so nice to come back from the hospital to a home away from home, while the staff was super helpful and friendly the camp grounds were clean and well groomed. We will definitely stay again and again.

This was one of the most beautiful KOA's we stayed at on our trip. We only stayed overnight but I wish we had more time there. The dog park was amazing, it was big enough for us to throw a ball and play fetch with our rambunctious Labradoodle. The showers were nice, the store was great the privacy and spacing between sites was perfect.

Great staff and beautiful property with lots to do with your family. Prices are a bit high - $77 for one night but all in all a great experience.

It was a very crowded night. We were set right next to the miniature golf and just by the office. It was very very busy. There were a few loud kids but later on it was quiet enough. We choose KOA because they are wooded. Not this place. We loved the KOA in Deadwood.

Camping here at the 1st KOA in the world in 1962. Passing thru for one night. Nice park as most KOAs are. It's next to Yellowstone River. They have playground, mini golf, pool, laundry, nice showers & restroom. Sites seem pretty level. Not all sites have a grill.

Very welcoming. It seems like people actually enjoy their job. The sites have a picnic table, fire pit and a swing. East in and out for bigger rigs. I would come back.

The Billings KOA was great. Extremely clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If your in the Billings, MT area I highly recommend you stay with them.
