I rolled in just and closing time but everyone still working went out of their way to get me parked and settled in. The camp is very clean and up to date. I will definitely be staying again.

Amazing KOA We had a premium pull through that had umbrella table and swing and bench seat. Bathrooms are plentiful and clean. Laundry is great. Pool nice Hot tub wasn’t working but putt putt was fun. Lots of things for children to do. Close to town and food truck on Wednesdays. We did come back And would again

I would have recommended it up to this last stay.. This visit was terrible. The dog park was closed for the whole three days. Later I learned by employees the septic field is under the dog park. We had electrical power and both AC's fried and ad insult to injury a park employee demanded we turn off the fan on the AC our only source of some cooling. The only bright spot was Ian who helped us park.

The cabin was dirty . Black hair around the sink, silverware drawers had lots of crumbs, coffee pot had grime in the water part so I didn’t use it. Hair on the sheets. Thick cobwebs and dust everywhere. Would have been great if it was cleaned.

I would have done 5 stars but the hot tub was out of order and nothing to eat for breakfast without leaving the grounds. Otherwise beautiful facility!

We were in Billings for an AKC dog show so didn’t use the facilities hardly at all. It was nice, though, to come back to our rig at the end of each day and have a nice place to relax.

First off, the grounds are very well kept and all common areas are very inviting. I was curious as to why the cabins here are more than twice the rate of any KOA I've stayed in. Our cabin C5 had a door that was not standard and hard to open, we called the office for help and got voicemail. The interior door was actually an exterior door with exposed nails that caught my shirt and caused holes.

Great place only issue I had was the dog park wasn't open due to it being too soggy?? What the heck? Isn't that part of camping is getting dirty?

Love my same spot year after year. Disappointed that with post-covid there is still not food for breakfast and dinner and ice cream social has been reduced to only one night a week.

We were in Billings for a family get-together, and somehow our reservation didn’t reflect that we were towing, and we were put in a site with no room for our vehicle. I went in to try and upgrade. The staff was very accommodating and took the time to do some rearranging and got it worked out for us. The KOA itself was very nicely kept up with lots to do, we’ll be back :)

The inside of the cabin stunk nasty odor wouldn’t even clear with windows open. There was a staff member with short blonde hair from California that was very rude to my family. Completely unacceptable Will not stay at this KOA again.

Everything was beautiful. I wish the dog park and mini golf was open longer. Dog park wasn’t opened our stay at all.

The staff was very kind and upgraded us to a cabin since it was pouring. A tent would not have been easy to put up in that weather! The outdoor kitchen area needs to be better covered... the electric stove should be under the shelter, more In the center, so they can be usable in rainy weather.

We stayed 2 nights, the first in a cabin the second in tents. We enjoyed the wildlife except the mosquitoes. We were close to downtown to partake in some fun events but were a little bummed we didn't have time to try out the mini golf. We also missed out on most of the movie and ice cream.

The workcamper next to the pond did not shed the best picture of your campground. They had 3 dogs that were never on leash. One dog roamed freely around the camp. They had a outdoor speaker system that subjected everyone to the load music. Lastly it was not uncommon for them to walk through others campsites to get to their camper.

The stay at the Billings KOA was generally okay did have some cable issues needed to upgrade and the park in general had problems with rain retention they need to work on their water drainage

The cabins, miniature golf course, playground, and pool were great! We were disappointed that the hot tub was closed for maintenance, and we wish there was a restaurant/food truck onsite, but otherwise the weekend was great!

The sight we were in ( 103) was so narrow. we barely had room to open slideout, and had no room to open awning on other side. The campground is more expensive then others, I will not be staying with them again. As my nextdoor neighbor stated to me, "they have packed us in here like sardines."

What a delightful KOA. clean and updated with lots of things to do for children. Pool was nice. Hot tub wasn’t working. Nice laundry and very nice showers and private toilet areas. Clean too Had a food trailer with great burgers the day we were there. Close to town and quiet. Will be back pull throughs we’re great Had a swing and nice picnic table.

We have a 35' 5th wheel and was told we wouldn't have any problems but when we tried to pull into the campsite it was so close to the other site we had to get out and start moving the other sites picnic table and dog fence. We finally got the camper in place but the sites on each side was so close we couldn't hardly walk between them. The park is gorgeous but sites are too close to each other.

Great park. All the facilities are top notch. Many onside things to do and well maintained. They accommodate our 45 foot coach and tow with a patio deck, spacious site for our four slides. Would stay again when in the area.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Place was super clean. We had our RV driven from NC and flew in so we did not have to make the journey across the US. Great starting point for us to tour the northwest. This is a great starting point and easy to provision for the trip and hang out a couple of days. Lots to do for kids in this park.

Friendly staff and very accommodating when we wanted to upgrade our pitch and stay an extra night. The grounds are very well kept and the grounds staff happy to talk and help with anything we needed.

Camping here at the 1st KOA in the world in 1962. Passing thru for one night. Nice park as most KOAs are. It's next to Yellowstone River. They have playground, mini golf, pool, laundry, nice showers & restroom. Sites seem pretty level. Not all sites have a grill.
