We had a great one night stay. When we arrived, there was an unknown truck parked in our assigned space so the staff gave us a complementary upgrade and moved us to a great spot and they were very apologetic. Really appreciated their Quick response and resolution of the issue.

Very busy holiday weekend but the bathrooms and showers were kept clean and stocked. You could sure tell that kids were having fun, except those few that needed a nap!

This is a very family oriented park. A lot of activities for the kids. We are retired and would not choose this park again because it’s very noisy. We prefer quieter atmosphere.

Everything was wonderful except the pancakes. They were hard around the edges, my dogs wouldn't touch them and neither would my brother. The gal that served it up was pleasant but can't cook! Please go back to the original breakfasts.

We always enjoy coming to Billings koa. We had fun with the extras going on and the friendliness of the staff. When our son got stung the camp host got us some anti stung cream.

Staff was so helpful and kind and very inviting. Tons of activities to do most of which were free, which is amazing. The pool, the river, the playground mini golf the grounds are very well kept. All over a very peaceful and fun camping experience and it is nice to have the amenities.

Beautiful spot, well spaced sites, super friendly staff and the pizza is excellent! Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Overall very good and above average for most koas. If you want to do a few things to improve there's probably over a hundred weeds in the dog park that could be taken care of and it would be nice if there was a water faucet hooked up near the Gate entrance and a hose so that we could hose down the different areas where the dogs urinate and we could put water in our dog bowl.

I had a wonderful 3 day stay in a cozy cabin. Beautiful site with the gorgeous Yellowstone River just a 50 yard trail walk outside of the property. Good pool, great service, and awesome Mini Golf course!

The park is nice enough. Decent dog park, putt putt, playground, pretty good selection of products in onsite store but.... We called and reserved one of the high end pull through sites. I drove a long day to get there so I just want to check in and then go to our site. I find out when we arrive that we will not fit in the assigned site. There is no other site to put us in. Limited characte

This is not Big Rig friendly. We have stayed there twice and the people and amenities are awesome. Mgmt must not have a big rig because the first time we hit two trees (not trimmed) and lots of stones and rocks causing hazards. I asked for big rig friendly second time and was out in site one. Hit two trees, steps came directly out onto rocks/stones. This can be corrected just designate sites

Lovely grounds, exceptional sites, friendly staff, and beautiful surroundings. We stayed twice; once on our way out west and then again on our way back home. It was very pleasant.

We arrived just after 5pm expecting there to be staff onsite. No, the hours changed and they closed at 5. We finally found our site, although directional signage at checkin is severely lacking. WiFi did not work the entire stay and no info on who to contact. Also bathroom access code was so poorly written couldn’t figure out the code. Had to get it from someone else, which was hard at 6am.

We stayed 3-nights visiting family. The campsite was 5-star. As the first KOA is had everything you need for a family gathering. Pics show. Staff friendly and helpful. There is a path to the Yellowstone River and has a large off leash dog yard. Highly recommend.

Being a 45’ class A, I suggest that the park would benefit from having less trees that make navigation difficult.

Overall a nice campground. Design could be better. Dump station is very close to sites. Should be near exit not by campers. There was a spill at the dump station in the morning that spoiled our morning. �� Also Monday morning 8am no TP in men’s bathroom.

Sad to see that the grass was dry and didn’t appear to be getting watered. It has always been so green and nice? Maybe there were water restrictions?

Stopped for one night. Have stayed at many KOA's nationwide. This KOA is definitely starting to show its age. It's definitely more for families with kids, many things for the kids to play and do. The Bar B que on site was also very good. They staff at the front desk were externally nice. With that said, they unisex bathroom with kids coming in and out were less than clean. The trash dumpsters were overflowing with trash. The rules and polices appear to be more of a suggestion, many dogs off leach and kids running through our campsite. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs, the HWY, Airport and 3:30 am train can be an issue. Glad we only were passing trough.

America's first KOA. They do it right! Staff is super helpful and very friendly. Great campsites. Level and services work perfectly. The dog park was a huge plus for our pup to let of some steam from a long road trip. Great campground!

The people in the store and check in are super nice. The staff is very helpful and respectful. The campground is well taken care of. Very nice place to stay.
