Weather was hot! Your staff was easy to interact with and friendly. Ice cream stand was very yummy and the waffle bowls were good.

The campsite was great. The only problem was the mattress was hard as a rock. That made uncomfortable for us to sleep. I would recommend a fitness center.

As usual, great staff. My only issue was the Wi-Fi that was spotty at best. The sites are dusty and with rain, muddy.

This was a treat! We did not know this was the first KOA. Campground is very clean! There are tons of activities from Mini Golf, playgrounds and a pool. Funny story my wife went to check the water temp. She is 5’2” and got herself locked in the pool area unable to reach the safety to open the gate! I had to let her out! Really nice campground!

The campground needed a good cleaning! The table was dirty & the site dirty. The sites are so close together! We paid to much for this campground ! The grass was dead and ugly! However the dog area had green grass! I guess dogs mean more than people. The office people were very nice and friendly and the location was great right off the freeway. The Mimi golf and pool were nice looking.

We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple things in the cabin that could’ve been improved. One of the blinds in the front room was broken at the bottom, so there were a couple slats missing that reduced the feeling of security. The toilet also seemed a little loose.

Have stayed there two or more times a year for a long time. this time the hot tub was taken out, the dump station was locked up, the grass was all dead. it seems the owners are not taking care of the campgound and it is deteriorating. It sure would of been nice to given a heads up about the dumpstation and hot tub. Am very disappointed in what was once a very nice campground.

Park and Facilities overall excellent. Location next to a river has pluses and minuses - great to hike along the river, but folks need to understand location of this type comes with a variety of insects.

My daughter and I stayed in a cabin for a weekend back to school shopping trip. We enjoyed the pool and mini golf and ice cream in the evening! This koa also has many more amenities to enjoy. Staff was courteous and friendly

It’s a beautiful campground with nice amenities! However, the gravel in our site, 35, was not level and was below the height of the concrete so I couldn’t put down my stairs. I moved so I could dig out the decorative rock low enough to lower the stairs. I thought the rate was high for partial hookups compared to what we usually pay. I’m also used to more small trash cans for dog waste.

We stayed overnight in a motorhome. Nice level site. Sewage hookups were not available when we booked. Beautiful campground, many activities and amenities. Loved walking to the Yellowstone River.

Just an overnight stay along our route. Great staff and fine ancillary facilities, e.g., miniature golf, pool, etc. But our site felt cramped and was dirty with litter.

Loved it! Beautiful and clean. Right on Yellowstone River. Front desk was helpful and very friendly. Love the coffee wagon in the am!

Had almost the entire tent section to ourselves for 2 nights. The third night we arrived to find tents surrounding our spot although the rest of the tent sites were open. People on 2 sides built campfires (82 degrees?) and smoke us out until midnight. Thanks to KOA for putting 3 folks right around us.

Staying at the very first KOA was exceptional. We had some electrical issue and the Park staff was very accommodating. The Park is clean, well staffed and welcoming. We'll be back

This is the 3rd time we have stayed with your KOA. This last time we were tent camping. The site was terrible. We had to use heavy nails for staking out the tent. The fire pit had trash in it, even though it was to hot for a fire it was nasty. There was trash around the ground. Having been in the military for 30 years we cleaned it up because it’s easier to fix at the time and complain later!

The amenities at this resort are great - Putt-putt golf, swimming pool and a great playground for kids. Our particular site was without shade and so small that we were barely able to put out our awning. Many other sites were shaded and had wider spaces. Overall, pleased with this KOA but if we stayed again, we’d upgrade to patio space.

This was only a 1 night stay for us, but we loved it. Saw the Blue Angels fly over, and an Eagle catching fish from the Yellowstone River. If we were back that way, I would stay here again. However, it would be hard to beat Great Falls!

A beautiful facility—We were disappointed though. We reserved a full hookup, but when we pulled in—no septic hookup. I asked desk folks about it and was told “all booked up—no spaces”. No effort made to make some moves. At same time, advised the dump station was broken. During our stay, we saw open spaces with dump, then saw them filled with small trailers not needing a dump connection.

asked for site long enough to avoid unhooking towed vehicle. Not furnished. Put is too short end site with rigs passing within inches of ours. and then there was the gunfire, within yards of our rig and even closer to children playing. We stay at a lot of KOA campgrounds, but probably won't be back to this one.

attention to detail was not what it was frour years ago but you're still a formidable force in the company...though... the second unit ever built, at Rapid City, has you beat and have set a standard you need to strive for...I know you can do it...go get'em!

My reservation, that I made on 2 Jan for a stay 8 months later, was totally messed up. I requested and paid for a Full Hook Up Pull Through ended up being a back in. I requested to be next to my brother and of course that could not happen. The folks at the KOA tried to straighten this out. What a screwup.

Camping here at the 1st KOA in the world in 1962. Passing thru for one night. Nice park as most KOAs are. It's next to Yellowstone River. They have playground, mini golf, pool, laundry, nice showers & restroom. Sites seem pretty level. Not all sites have a grill.
