EVERYONE was so lovely and welcoming! From the staff to the campers to the children. We will not camp anywhere else in the area! They were terrific and so many fun things to do for kids and adults! 11/10 would definitely recommend.

It is a nice park. It REALLY would have been better if they would have told us there was a boil water order in place. It is a great base for touring Acadia and the surrounding forests.

The staff here are wonderful. We had a great time even with Hurricane Lee. It was a wet and windy few days. There were many activities to keep everyone occupied.

We enjoyed using the outdoor games: cornhole, ping pong and foosball. We also enjoyed the pulled pork dinner and the adult craft: reverse tie-dye!

The drive through parking area I was at is difficult to park on the gravel with all four landing jacks without driving on the grass. The koa was very clean & accommodating otherwise. the staff were pleasant and helpful to deal with

Great campground. Quiet and clean. Had both kid and adult activities the weekend we were here. Has Pizza place and Ice cream cones available during the weekend. Has all the amenities (in good condition) one expects from a KOA. Owners and staff are very kind.

Friendly staff! We were evacuated from a campground at Acadia National Park due to Hurricane Lee. We not only got a site but got a second one next door for the couple we were traveling with. Campground has a great area with cornhole, ping pong, chess, darts. Nice rec room. They hosted a hurricane BBQ dinner!!

They did a great job squeezing us in and accommodating us to be away from the road. Very reasonable people. Would definitely go there again.

The campsites are lovely, with trees, activities, clean facilities, and most important, very flexible, pleasant and accommodating staff. Highly recommend this KOA!

It was dark when drove into the park and our reservation was on my email but not on the door of the office was closed. After driving all day we were ready to be out of the truck and rest. While I was looking at the door trying to figure out what to do a lady came up to us and asked us if we needed help they found our reservation and a man in a golf cart showed us where our site was so thankful.

A bit tight for our oversized rig and trailer - The Manager came out to get us into our site - Late and after hours couldn't have been nicer - everyone that whore YELLOW were there to assist you - (Pleasantly) - Thanks Woody for the knowledgeable direction about the area - time saver for us - Thank-You from our Family to Yours - We'll be back but next time Longer !!!!!!!!!!! Nice location, close to Bangor. Site was long enough for the RV & Toad. Mostly seasonal campers, many seasonal sites are cluttered. Showers are clean and spacious, currently under renovation. WIFI was poor, Cable TV, but several channels have poor reception. They have signs reminding not to cut through other people’s sites, but this does not apply to seasonal campers, even employees cut throug

You should have told us in advance that the water tested positive for E. coli in June and was not safe to drink! Then to be told it’s fine to shower with it, etc, defies logic. E. coli is a very dangerous bacteria. And it’s OK to use for a nice, hot shower? To add insult to injury, instead to offering us a free jug or two of drinking water, you offered to sell them to us for $2.00 each?

Site right next to dump station. Worker dumping multiple times while we were there. You could smell it. Terrible site so small and muddy

Site was ok. Only problem we had was when we arrived the people in site #69 were parked across the front of our site so we had to set up the best we could for the night, then reset up the camper the next morning. People that worked at the KOA were friendly.

The whole staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Not one bad attitude in the bunch. Plenty of activities going on and clean facilities. Nice they have trails in the back to explore with pets. The only reason I have not done a 5 is that it is by a very busy road that can be a challenge to get in and out of and a-lot of road noise. Good location to get to things otherwise.

From my first call to Bangor KOA to schedule a stay until my last day I drove out of the KOA driveway, the staff was very friendly, professional and available. My grandchildren loves it and I loved every moment!!! I hope to become a seasonal and if that is not available, my next stay will be at least for a month. Can't wait to return! Prayers for God's blessing upon Bangor KOA.

Sites are tight all around the campground. The site we had was great on one side but the other side we were right up against the neighbors rv and shared hookups with that site.

Had a wonderful site. Right next to the trees, everyone was super helpful. They waited up late even though we showed up at 10 o’clock to help us get checked in and get us to our site. Camp store was loaded and fully stocked. Pizza is good. Warning, the pool when there’s been no sun for four days it’s freezing cold But fun.

Boil water order in effect. Bathroom next to us had many issues and our neighbor was connected to our water spigot. Site was acceptable but not worth over $100/night.

Boil water order was in effect while we were there due to failed well water test. It appears that the issue is being remediated...Otherwise, all was good. Best wishes to the new owners and management of this KOA. All staff was very friendly and caring.

We stayed for one week. The sites are very spacious and ours was level. The bathroom and laundry room are clean. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the massive pothole as you exit the campground. Makes it difficult to pull Out into traffic and not good for vehicles and RV's to bounce through. KOA, how about filling it up with gravel???

Service was great. Didn't stay there but needed propane late at night and they opened to accommodate us. We are so Grateful to the kind staff. Came back days later for a refill. All the staff was kind and welcoming

Wonderful, clean, quiet, friendly campground. I stayed in a Dome tent. Was wonderful! Spacious and nicely laid out. Short walk to restrooms/ showers. Would do again in Heartbeat.
