We really enjoyed our stay at this campground! The campground was very cosy and quiet, which we loved! They had a great activities center for children and their pool was nice and refreshing after long days at Acadia Park.

Great, as usual. A little disappointed that traveling in July, the office still closed at 5pm. We had planned on ordering pizza for supper..oh well, everything else was great.

31 ft motorhome w tow stayed 2 nts, easy in/out from Hwy, site level, no shade, cable, WiFi, 2 bars cell, laundry room clean, 3 of 5 machines working, close to town for groceries, restaurants, etc. would stay again.

This was a wonderful koa. Great things for kids. Kind staff. Quiet. Clean. The laundry was ok needs some updates but that’s ok. Bathrooms were very nice. Close to a lot of things. The kids didn’t want to go home. Ice cream place was great. Would come back!

Stayed Memorial Day weekend. Lots of updates taking place at that time, pool repairs and new jump pad installed. Friendly staff, quiet nights. Will definitely stay again!

The Bangor KOA is right off the highway and easy to get to. Mackenzie, the young lady that works in the front office was very friendly and helpful. She had lots of recommendations on places to eat, and visit! The sites are level and nice sized. It seems like the owners are doing a lot of improvements to the campground. I would like to come next year to see all the upgrades!

We had a great time thinking about coming back. �some other time later on in season . Grand kids had a great time on the bouncing pad

We arrived after the office closed. We were very pleased to find our reservation left for us and we happened to be greeted by one of the staff who let us know to call the number on the form and he would try to help us out if we needed anything. Our site was good #64. We have stayed here before and we absolutely will be back. Thank you!

One of our top 10 favorite campgrounds. Clean facilities, friendly staff and nice sites. A real relief after a series of marginal CGs.

Lance and crew did a really great job. There were some hiccups as there were some major shifts. Lance is doing a great job. I’d say the thing we felt was a little lacking was communication. As seasonal residents, there were a few things that happened that were not well communicated.

The first couple for months with the first management was not satisfactory a lot of issues for the amount of money spent to stay their we almost left glad we stuck it out. When the new management was in place it was great, looking forward to staying next year.

As it was near the end of the season it was lovely and quiet. Sites do appear close, and it is right on Rt 1. So there is traffic noise. But it is close to Bangor and about an hour from Bar Harbor, so good location. Very clean, great shower!

Since june 1, 2023 this KOA has had water contaminated with E. coli and therefore you can not use the water. They did not tell me about this problem until after I arrived in October. They have more than half of their sites for full-time residents. KOA should never allow this business to continue under the KOA business identification. It is truly AWEFUL. Do not go there.

We only stayed 1 night as we were stopping on our way home to Canada. We were greeted by a young lady with a smile and very friendly. Campgrounds were clean. We had a problem with the electric hook up but they immediately installed a new receptacle. We will stay again, we travel that way often.

I gave it a lower raining, because the water had to be boiled. The Campground was working to rectify the problem. Campground neighbors were very nice.

The campground was on boil water alert which was supposed to be corrected by September we arrived in October. Other than we did not use the water it was a nice campground

While my stay didn’t involve using a lot of the campground facilities, I found the campground to be quiet, clean, and well kept. The bathroom facility I used was always sparkling clean. I liked the size of the shower stall and appreciated all the extra hooks & pegs to hang clothes & towels on. The staff I interacted with were helpful, prideful in their work, and pleasant to meet.

Lovely campsite with lots of huge trees and plenty of green grass. Our hosts were super nice and very attentive. This camp is loaded with tons of fun activities. We are already planning our next visit.

We were not happy to learn about the water hookup being contaminated when we arrived. We should have been notified before our arrival and given the choice to cancel our reservation. Won't be recommending your campground to any other folks.

I had a good stay with you. However there are two things I’d have like to see happen. If you were aware that your water system was compromised before my arrival I feel you should reached out to me to let me. This would have a allowed me time to fill my fresh water tank before coming in. I also feel you should not have charged me full hook rate when the water was not safe to use.

We stayed for one week. The sites are very spacious and ours was level. The bathroom and laundry room are clean. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the massive pothole as you exit the campground. Makes it difficult to pull Out into traffic and not good for vehicles and RV's to bounce through. KOA, how about filling it up with gravel???

Service was great. Didn't stay there but needed propane late at night and they opened to accommodate us. We are so Grateful to the kind staff. Came back days later for a refill. All the staff was kind and welcoming

Wonderful, clean, quiet, friendly campground. I stayed in a Dome tent. Was wonderful! Spacious and nicely laid out. Short walk to restrooms/ showers. Would do again in Heartbeat.
