Really upset the pool wasnt ready for AND that it wasn’t communicated (could’ve saved a lot of room in our bags) but the hospitality made up for it. The loft in our cabin was a surprise, it may have been overlooked but I did not know it was only 3 or 4 feet tall, my teenagers had to crawl to their “beds” aka pads on the floor. Yikes. Wish there was a daily towel service, otherwise great.

Nice campground after a long day's drive. We were able to find excellent hot lobster rolls in Bangor (McLaughlin's) before we headed into the campground. Lots of kids activities, and an Ice Cream shack when open for the season.

Nice site 105 but cable didnt work and neighbor said his didnt work ether Seem loose for security, anybody can drive in at any time

Our first tent site we had reserved was a little stinky - smelled like sewage. So we asked the front desk if we could move, and we did. Our 2nd tent site was backed up against a lumbar yard? Lots of noise in the morning. Anyway, the bathrooms were so clean and nice.

Staff at this KOA are definitely friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a number of times. One suggestion would possibly be to level out some of their sites (some have pretty steep slopes) and also some sites are pretty wet, especially if they receive a lot of rain. We do like this KOA though.

Quite disappointed that cable is advertised. We paid for a premium site with cable included. When we called and ask about it they came and check the site but did not find a problem. They never offered to move us to see if it would work at another location.Never had cable people come out. Obviously it was a problem in park. Heard someone else complain with the same issue.

They were all very helpful. We arrived with a broken spring and no phone. The girl at the counter tried many places, she called someone else that was able to help us. The showers were lovely and large, with lots of water pressure. Great place.

The camp ground was old the bathroom was not nice, they advertise a pool it was so green it was discussing, they couldn’t print a receipt, the park was full of live in people that didn’t take care of their space would not recommend this koa we stay at a lot of them even bought a discount pass!!

Everything we expect when we stay at KOA. Friendly staff, nice amenities but exceptional wooded campground with really great sites in the woods. We suggest visiting Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Park and Sugarbush Maple Farm!

I realize it was the week after a busy Memorial Day weekend, but I didn't feel welcomed: the young people were nice that registered us, but it was minimal conversation/help.. When we pulled in we noticed the pool right out front was filled with green water and didn't look well kept. Our site had no picnic table and if we wanted one I guess we would have to find and move it; Disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Pull through site was fairly level but tight getting in due to fencing. WiFi and cable good. Rained a lot!! Big areas of standing water. Would return if in the area.

On my way into the campground, I cut a turn too close, and stuck my trailer on a rock, and could not move it with my truck. The staff was very understanding and helped. They brought up a trator, lifted the trailer off the rock, and placed it in my beautiful campsite. Everyone of the staff were super friendly and helpful during our stay. The campground is clean and well groomed. Thanks everyone!

Nice park. We were only there one night. The staff were excellent - at reception and on the grounds. Our site was a little out of level and the sewer connection had a high neck on it such that my wastewater dump would not have flowed well. Our unit is fairly low profile. Other than that, a very nice park. Too bad the weather was so cold for early June but nothing you can do about that.

Sites were a little too close together and it was a big bummer on such a hot weekend that the pool was off limits. Otherwise would stay there again.

We were there the first week of the season - no ice, laundry room not open, no pool, no staff but phone number on the door, etc. We enjoyed our staff regardless.

Staff friendly. But cabin had no blankets, and sheets for the bunk beds, and pull out bed for our first night. Also lots of hair in the bathroom sink, water would not drain. We had to clean it out. Kind of gross, not our hair in the drain.. Also stove knob was broken , it was stripped. All this was relayed to the KOA staff. Maybe cabin should be checked better for the next campers who stay here

We arrived just as they were digging out from a tremendous spring rain storm. There was water everywhere. The staff was working hard to clean up the most of the storm damage, but the whole park was soggy. As a dog owner, I noticed the dog park appeared to be an afterthought. It was sequestered far away in the southeast corner of the park, with a rain soaked swamp of a lawn preventing access to it.

They weren’t ready to open and take in campers. New owners to boot. Parked us in a site that the only thing dry was the pad. Antifreeze coming out our tap. Had to complain to get moved. The thing businesses do not understand, customers always come first. You try to accommodate them not question them.(Grandma) because without them they have no customers. The young lady that helped was very nice.

Great 2 night stay! Even for the last night of their season, Chris and Lauren went above and beyond Theo make our stay welcoming. Will definitely be back if we’re in the area again! Neat, clean restrooms, very complete store, awesome homemade pizza!

Been staying here since 2018. In that time they have added a top notch restaurant and ice cream stand. It seems like every season something new is added or improved. Chris and Lauren make you feel like family. We have a blasts every time we stay.

Fantastic KOA!!! Owners and staff are sooo accommodating and friendly. Camp store has something for everyone. If you don't feel like cooking that's ok, they have a great menu and will deliver right to your site. Sites are very nice and the bathrooms/showers are immaculate!! Great location to everything. Will be booking again next summer!!

Very pleasant, easy check in, good roads, Wi-Fi, cable. Owners exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

We stayed for one week. The sites are very spacious and ours was level. The bathroom and laundry room are clean. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the massive pothole as you exit the campground. Makes it difficult to pull Out into traffic and not good for vehicles and RV's to bounce through. KOA, how about filling it up with gravel???

Service was great. Didn't stay there but needed propane late at night and they opened to accommodate us. We are so Grateful to the kind staff. Came back days later for a refill. All the staff was kind and welcoming

Wonderful, clean, quiet, friendly campground. I stayed in a Dome tent. Was wonderful! Spacious and nicely laid out. Short walk to restrooms/ showers. Would do again in Heartbeat.
