They didn’t tell me that we have boil water until after I checked in, the WiFi didn’t work ( and I am fairly technically adept), the bathrooms were very poor (no lights during the day, dirty), and for some reason only Fox News as the cable news choice (not sure what they are afraid of). I have stayed at several KOA and this was the absolute worst. No chance of ever going back there and maybe

Salle de toilette des femmes sale et mal entretenue. Moisi sur les murs. Eau au sol dans deux des trois cabines de toilette. Rideau douche moisi dans le bas. Drain bouché par des cheveux.

Terrible place…..should never be called a KOA. No potable water at all. No wifi at all (called about this and the girl said she’d send someone out to reset). If they did reset, it made no difference Washrooms deplorable. Payed a high price and felt “taken”. KOA should reconsider allowing this place to be part of an otherwise wonderful group of campsites.

the campground and staff were nice. it does need some up grades the second bath /showers had black mold all over. the camper next to ours which is a seasonal their sewer line was hook up so it didnt drain right and we had sewer smell around our eating for the three days we were there.

We stayed in the dome, it was a very cool experience. The dome itself wasn’t cleaned, when going to the restroom there was signs saying water wasn’t safe to boil before even brushing teeth. It was just alot with our 3 small children.

They were under a boil water notice for two weeks. Small and cramped end spot that when we were ready to leave, the guy next to us was hooking up we couldn’t even leave because his truck was out in the road one hooked to the trailer Nice café. Great gift shop. Wonderful, laundry room.

When we arrived at campground there was a boil water alert in place and we weren't informed however they did have it posted it was not brought to our attention. We weren't comfortable with that since we had already put the water into our system. That being said the management apologized for not informing us of it and did offer a refund. Thank you so much!!!

They didn't tell us about not un zipping dome. They didn't make sure we knew about having to boil water. Pool was pretty run down and bathrooms were not very clean.

You should be very embarrassed to call this a KOA. I noticed a "Boil Water" notice at the front desk, so I asked the clerk who checked me in about it. She said it was just something the city required and made it seem like no big deal. Later I looked it up and found out the campground (not the town) was "E. Coli Positive". That is a big deal. Further the 50 Amp circuit didn't work.

There was no potable water when we got there. The pool wasn’t ready to be used for the day and half we were there and the worst the electricity went out every hour. We left and went to stay at Koa Fort Knox which was amazing.

Very disappointing difficult site to get into(lots of people with site problems) Pool not open (thank goodness we didn’t have grandchildren with us!!!)! Playground pretty lame also� Water became unsafe one day after we got there (had to boil water if you wanted to drink it or brush teeth!)! Only entertainment (band on saturday night) cancelled (it wasn’t raining!!!)! ����

Very comfortable trailer we rented and the staff was very nice and helpful. I was told the current owners just recently purchased this KOA and they are doing a great job with it. The pool was wonderful.

Loved the s’mores evening event and pancake breakfast! However, Water boil issue was a surprise to us on arrival. Would have preferred to know beforehand. No other info provided about issue.

We pulled into the campground to be greeted by a green pool that was closed and in disrepair (4th of July week!). Campground was on a BOIL water order the entire length of our stay but would not offer fresh drinking water and acted as if this was the norm! The dogpark and playground are located in a swampy area that could not be accessed... Trails and store are awesome though! Potential galore.

Park was sold and new owners have no clue. Pool is chained closed and full of algae water on 4th of July weekend. Jump pad out of commission & playground is in need of replacement/ refreshment. Overall park looks run down and lack of maintenance is very apparent. Best thing about park is Meg the activity director, she is the only part that made our stay worthwhile.

Electrical outlet was upside down so couldn't connect with surge protector - had to move sites. Water hook-up was right under electrical plug so filter had to go on RV end. First night received boil water order (E-coli) so had to buy $60 of water to fill our tank. There was mud everywhere so hard to walk dogs. Designated dog area was a swamp. Sites are tiny. Pool was green. Left a day early.

No safe drinking water, had to boil to use. Did not give out updates on situation or what was it that failed. Did not offer drinking water. Was charging twice as much for bottled water case. Flooding all around indication of poor draining. Loved the ice cream and pizza

This Koa needs some serious attention. I understand it has new owners and hopefully that will help. Too many seasonalwith unkept sites. I wish them good luck. The staff was very nice w d helpful.

The location was convenient to all the activities we wanted to purse and areas we wanted to visit. The site we were in would benefit from more gravel. The rain (which isn't in the control of the park) made the site a bit soggy (which could be alleviated by a bit more gravel). Would definitely be back in the future, the other facilities in the park are first class.

This campground is way over priced compared to other KOA's. Most of the amenities were not available ex: pool and many playground items. There was mud and water laying everywhere (I understand it's been a rainy period) this should be addressed so the water has somewhere to go. The grass was not cut. We were disapointed given the cost of the stay. Won't recommend it and won't return.

Excellent Staff, extremely courteous and professional. The only distraction is the facilities are "tired". Half the equipment in the laundry room were out of service, one morning there was no hot water. Again, the Staff made up for a lot of the deficiencies. God Bless!

We stayed for one week. The sites are very spacious and ours was level. The bathroom and laundry room are clean. The staff is friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the massive pothole as you exit the campground. Makes it difficult to pull Out into traffic and not good for vehicles and RV's to bounce through. KOA, how about filling it up with gravel???

Service was great. Didn't stay there but needed propane late at night and they opened to accommodate us. We are so Grateful to the kind staff. Came back days later for a refill. All the staff was kind and welcoming

Wonderful, clean, quiet, friendly campground. I stayed in a Dome tent. Was wonderful! Spacious and nicely laid out. Short walk to restrooms/ showers. Would do again in Heartbeat.
