Closest to I-90 Exit 131: SD 240 south 9 miles to Badlands National Park Visitor Center (you will be traveling through a portion of the park), left on SD 377, then 2 miles to the town of Interior, left on East Highway 44 E (paved highway across from the gas station), 4 miles, on left.
Scenic route from east: Traveling through the Rosebud and Pine Ridge reservations provide a scenic travel route.
Scenic route from west: I-90 Exit 61. Turn right 6 miles to SD Hwy 44. Exit on right, turn right at light. 70 miles to Interior, turn right to stay on SD 44, KOA is on the left, 4 miles past town of Interior. Watch your speed, there are bumps. Not recommended for RVs.

Parking does not accommodate any tow or additional vehicle.

Glamping pod for 2 people: Full bath with shower (no tub), full-size bed with linens, sleeps 2, kitchenette has microwave, coffee maker, sink and small fridge. Table for two inside, picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill. No pets allowed in the pods. There is parking for one vehicle at each pod. Any additional vehicle driven or towed will need to be parked in the overflow parking area of the campground.

Beautiful new yurt with 2 comfy futons for sleeping. Skylight lets you see the stars above in the air-conditioned comfort of a walled yurt. Linens available $20.00/person. Has mini fridge and microwave, no water fixtures, but it is near bath house and laundry.
