My and my friends had a great time on the camp grounds! We stayed in a tent and we heard a bear walking outside of our tent. The gift shop was nice, and we would recommend to future campers.

Ashville East KOA exceeded all of my expectations. I checked in after hours and Ted came to greet me, escort me to my pad, and provided me with firewood. The clerks at service counter the next morning were exceptionally kind and helpful. The bathrooms were kept impeccably clean (and heated) and the same could be said for the rest of the property - kempt and well-loved. Would highly recommend!

Property is kept so nice. Bathrooms were clean, warm and great water pressure. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely love KOA. Never disappoints

We had a great stay in a deluxe tent site. The grounds were well kept, friendly staff, updated bath house, and our kids loved the planned activities. Will definitely come back!

We had a lot of fun at the Asheville East KOA. There were several things for our family to do. It was quite windy while we were there, which is no real fault of the KOA, but it definitely made the stay difficult in some aspects. The pricing on goods sold by the KOA was higher than market price, which I suppose is to be expected, but not necessarily appreciated.

My stay at koa east in swannnanoa nc was an amazing time the staff was very kind and welcoming and very friendly and awesome the atmosphere there was welcoming I will definitely be back there for more camping in the comen months the camp site was very nice and close to the showers and restrooms the campground in whole was clean and well taken care of I highly recommend this koa camp ground.

My stay was a very nice. I love being out in the nature and sleeping outside and this place has all that. Brings me back sweet childhood memories of sleeping outside, watching the stars twinkling in the sky.

My stay was great, the only reason I wouldn't always recommend it to others is because of the proximity of the RV sites to each other. For tent camping it was fantastic, especially the last-minute availability and the late check-in.

We had an amazing time while the fall colors were beautiful. This KOA is very family friendly with a lot of activities planned for kids. The staff leading the activities were enthusiastic and fun. They even closed down car traffic on the entire campground for the safety of kids during some activities. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful. All facilities were clean.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The amenities were so clean and anything we would need, we had access to. The location and nature setting was spot on. This was our first KOA stay, and we're blown away with all the activities available. We will be back.

Bathrooms in tent area were not checked daily or cleaned often enough. Sometimes campers were loud at night and had too many cars parked on their sites against regulations. Camping sites are small and very close together.

The tent sites were very close to one another. When other sites don’t respect the quiet hours it can be very frustrating and difficult to sleep. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

The campsite is great! The lakes are awesome, especially for a morning run. We had a Tent spot (P-section). It was next to the highway and the train that went by reminded me of the movie My Cousin Vinny. That was the only issue the noise.

We really loved your campground and are returning in 2 weeks! The activities were great and our site was perfect. Our only complaint was that other guests across the lake from us stayed up until 5am and were very loud, obviously not the campground's fault. We were unsure if we could call the after hours number for a noise complaint, or if that number is for emergencies only.

I stayed at a FHU back in site. Clean campground. The river running through the campground is a great feature. The kids enjoyed the playground and other kid activities. The sites are tight. Decent location and drive to Asheville.

Enjoyed the walks aronund the ponds with Family and Dogs. Staff very friendly and attentive.
