We had a blast here, we love this campground nd truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for Christmas in July we won the site decorating contest. My only suggestions would be upgrade the dump stations so they have hoses attached to them, also fix the large red and blue playground that has the swing on the tack it gets stuck and takes away from the fun. It needs new barrings and it would be perfect.

Too many golf carts, very loud music on golf carts lare at night and honking horns. No posted sign that can't enter store without them and you lost customer revenue. Will not be back.

Our annual light up holiday golf cart parade does take place every year during half way to the holidays and is posted both online and in park. Its a great time as many kids and families stand by their rigs to cheer on the holiday spectacle in the summer night heat. Be sure to check the event page

Great KOA. Stayed with grandkids in our motorhome. Pool was very nice includes a lazy River. Bath house very clean and multiple playgrounds. We will be back.

the site we were in 326 to close to highway very noisey hard to sleep i should be compensated. Secondly not enouphy bathrooms located to far away . to many seasonal campers with shaded areas taken my reate should be adjusted. no one in the check in told use about fishing and how to access the opertunity. lanes confussing travel in and out not clearly marked

Concern about electric. Our trailer is only 2 years old and had trouble keeping breaker on. Your workers shut us off at one point and did not tell us they were working on line. Nice to have had a courtesy call. Things seem to have changed are 5 th year here, workers were short with us and other campers. Store shut down so early had trouble using it.., really sadden by the change.

We loved our stay! The kids loved the pool & the beach. We stayed in a pull through site with was nice. Sites are tight in some areas but ours was not. Just wish there was shade. We will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly and park clean. Nice camp store. Bathroom and camp store not within walking distance. Road to camp spot was narrow in places. Site not level. No shade. We were all the way to the back space 320. This camp ground is too big to walk around.

We had a wonderful stay with our grandkids, so many activities to do. Campstore was well stocked and reasonably priced. The entire campground, modern and maintained.

It was a great stay other then a few things. We had 4 camp sites and everyone was coming at different times and coming and going and they don't give enough cards out to get in the gate they only give you one card per site and I think they should give 2 per site that way when there is 2 drivers per site they won't have to go in the office everytime and look them up ask a bunch of questions

The campground was clean and easy to navigate. Camping spaces were large and spacious. Definitely recommend camping here!

Lisa is rude and aggressive. In person and on the phone. Minimal kid activities put on by the campground. Not enough chairs around the pool and only one bathroom for the pool. Pool was freezing every day, even in 90° weather. Zero communication from campground when things are moved or cancelled (pool movie). Under whelmed and a bit disappointed with this place, had high hopes.

This is a very nice campground and is nicely kept. The 2 areas that could be improved are the lack of internet at the campground. I asked staff about the internet and she stated that they are currently going thru a complete internet upgrade. We enjoy watching tv in the late evenings and with internet driven televisions, we weren’t able to do so. Also, could use more restroom facilities.

Our family had a great time. The pool and lazy river were a huge hit and the park was clean. My only complaint is that the grass needs to be better maintained. Our grass at our site was long and there were abundant weeds, especially around the fire pit.

Over all the experience was great the people staying at each campsite were very friendly. However the workers were very lazy and not very people friendly. Golf carts I really think there over priced but you should have more available . The Koa also drives people around to soak them with water some of us don’t want to get wet and I think this was very unprofessional… this campsite is nice tho.

In years past, this has been one of our favorite places to stay. We have made it a point to camp down near the pool in the dead end of area. This year we did not get a spot down by the pool but we were up near seasonals. Entitled golf cart drivers, and traffic going way too fast. Shame.

First time at Hogback lake. All the amenities exceeded our expectations. When leaving with our grandkids they all said they couldn't wait to come back! Thanks for making it a positive experience!

We enjoyed our stay very much, every staff member we came in contact with was extremely helpful and very nice. The lazy river, all the playgrounds, and the activities were a favorite of us and the kids. If there was a negative it would be the bathroom/shower house it could stand additional cleaning throughout the day. However was not a real issue. We will be back!!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our sites were perfect for a family trip of bonding and relaxation. We especially enjoyed the lazy river and all the fun activities throughout the weekend. We enjoyed it so much that we are considering a seasonal spot.

Wish office could be open past 5pm. Wish site 517 and 518 could have full sand tent sites or better yet just more like 519-523. Thankfully not noisy considering crossroads of site

Pool and lazy river were amazing! Campgrounds and parks very nice. We loved the lake blowups but the beach had tons of goose poop along the water. That was so gross and unsanitary. I wish a staff member would pick the goose poop up every morning!! In women’s shower stall I think there is black mold or mildew on ceiling and baseboards. If those 2 items would be addressed then it would be a 10 sta

We only stayed overnight on our travels, but would definitely stay longer next time. Clean , wonderful staff, lots to do , and close to amenities .

I thought you have a nice campground but the prices on things was high especially the golf cart. My site was listed as having a gazebo, it did not. Really enjoyed your pool.

Clean and well laid out campground! Kids loved the pool/lake option. It’s a very large campground, we would’ve enjoyed renting a golf cart, but prices were too high and the timing (8 hours while we sleep) was a turn off. There should be a by-the-hour option.

Staff refused to fix electric Issue at the pole. Dog pen next to us smelled of dog poop. Had to leave and find someplace else to stay. Paid a premium price for a premium site but didn't receive a premium service. Canceled our future reservations and probably won't renew our rewards membership next year. I simply expected better from a KOA. Very Disappointed

We stayed in a cabin over memorial weekend. Very impressed with all there was to do for the kids (even with crummy weather). Nice facilities!! our cabin was so spacious and VERY clean!! The activities were so fun. Everyone we ran into was so welcoming including all the staff!! We really appreciated feeling at home for the weekend! Definitely plan to be back to enjoy with warmer weather!! If you have kids/teenagers this place is a must!!!

We come here a couple times every year with family. Has a ton of stuff to do for kids, including lake with beach, lazy river and pool, jumping pads and a couple of playground, fishing peers etc. We love it here!

PROS: Looking for a great spot for kids to have a blast during the day? This is THE place. My son is almost nine and he loved the pool with lazy river, the activities (golf cart candy parade and tie dye) and just biking and hanging out with neighbor kids. There are so many wonderful choices for children and I value that! I found the bathrooms to be fairly clean for the amount of people camping on this weekend. CONS: The site we were given (733) was an actual nightmare to park our rig on. Backing in, even for someone skilled, was horrible. There were bricks in the road (to prevent water ponding) and it popped our tire. There was not a way around them backing into the site. We were not given an alternative site and that was infuriating. Do NOT choose site 733 if you want to start your weekend off peacefully. The lady at the front that checked us in even jokingly said “geez I hope you don't get stuck trying to get into that spot” but I had no clue what she meant until we saw the spot. What a shame. The second con is the noise. Many of the sites are seasonal and the guests have golf carts. It makes walking around, especially with littles on bikes, not only unnerving but downright dangerous. With that said, they cruise around, music blasted, until quiet hours which begin at 11pm. With an exhausted kiddo at 9pm, the noise can be a lot. It's too much truthfully. If you're hoping for a little bit of peace, you'll be sad here. If you love a good ruckus and have kids up super late-this is your dream spot. Again, don't choose site 733 though. You've been warned. 🙃
