We had a nice weekend at the cabin . The the red one across from the pool is very nice. We did not get to enjoy the lake due to weather, but I’m sure during the summer it will be great. Pool is very nice. Besides the long drive, I would recommend this KOA.

Clean and people were friendly. Too many rules and some of the staff extremely rude and we kept getting told something different. So that was very frustrating. I wish I had the ladies name who was rude. I actually was going to have them get a manager and ask for a refund because she was so rude and made me feel unwelcome but we just drove 5.5 hours

It was fun and we will definitely be back. Clean place the cabin was great and my kids had a lot of fun. The one thing we didn’t like is kids and an adult kept coming in front of our campsite/cabin to fish. They were stepping all over and threw our stuff leaving trash lay around. It was very annoying and I finally had to say something to the people and keep telling the kids to pick up their tras

It was great! There is plenty to keep the kids busy. The pool is awesome for everyone. I like that there is plenty of seating outside at each cabin. Also a table at every site.

Luckily we brought our Blackstone. The grill had gas but had to use a lighter to ignite and when you turned up the burners the flame would not increase needed cleaning. The tub didn't have a plug in it so it was hard to bathe my child. The good things were the pool party and the friendliness of your staff. Overall good stay and incredibly clean cabin and facility.

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my time at the park. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout my visit. I brought my dog along, and we especially loved spending time at the KampK9 and taking relaxing walks around the beautiful grounds. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon!

We were there for 2 weeks stay in the cabins, everything was clean and well upkept! The biggest issue we had was the constant issues with the Wi-Fi. TV was incredibly hard to watch at any point in time being as it would need to connect to a hotspot just to work, which burned up data of our own. They most definitely should consider a different provider because whoever they have now was terrible.

We had a nice stay. Really liked your location. The only problems were the tv couldn't get it to connect and we did not like the space between the door and bed in the cabin oour dog didn't even like it she didn't want to walk in.

Rented a deluxe cabin for a girls weekend getaway. The cabin was so clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly staff. Thank you!

Heater filter "change filter light" was on when we arrived. The filter was filthy--1/2 in of dust at least in it! Please have your cleaning staff check this. When I mentioned this to the assistant manager, Ben, on duty, he was very defensive, trying to blame us for the problem. I asked him when the filter was last changed and he said they don't keep records!

The campground was very nice, the cabin was nice but tiny! The WiFi was not working and we don't have any tv subscriptions so couldn't watch tv! We would stay here again, would just plan better next time!

It was lovely to stay in a Kabin with my dogs that had a bathroom! I also loved the large open space where I could walk my dog along the trail and get exercise for all of us after a long drive.

I was so looking forward to a warm bath or shower but that bathtub was disgusting. Everything else was very nice.

This KOA is always so well kept and groomed and the cabins are well taken care of the staff is always friendly and attentive and just always helpful. Highly recommend this KOA if you haven’t checked them out do it. You won’t be disappointed. Dan and Lisa are wonderful.

Had a really good stay!! Would have gave 5 stars, but on morning of check out the campgrounds well went out so couldnt use bathroom or shower etc.

We appreciate your review, the winter store knocked power out to thousands of homes across steuben county, half of our part was affected, it just happened to be the half that powered our well. Outtage lasted about 5 hours.

We had an amazing time at the Angola KOA! The Haunted Barn was a spooky highlight, a perfect mix of fun and fright for all ages, especially the chainsaw and stilt walker. Trick-or-treating around the campground was a blast, and the staff went above and beyond to make it safe and exciting for the kids. A truly family friendly atmosphere with so many activities. Can’t wait to come back next year

Our stay was great and had a wonderful Halloween themed weekend. The weather moatly cooperated. Our only suggestion for this sray was that there didn't seem to be many trashcans near playgrounds and had to hang on to trash until found one. Had a great weekend and will be back.

We had a great time. The cabin was fun and mostly comfy (beds not so much) Thank you for providing bowls for our dog. Unexpected and very appreciated. We met several seasonal campers and they were lots of fun and very welcoming. Everyone was fun during the tricker treating event. The person that checked us in on Friday was fabulous and very friendly! Very thorough.

Valencia at the front desk was great, sandy in housekeeping was delightful and Ben the asst general manager was friendly and inviting. The grounds were in excellent condition - thank you maintenance/grounds!

We asked if we could have a cabin closer to our friends campsite. They told us no, as all cabins were booked. Our entire stay, no one was in any of the cabins near them. We also asked if we could check out later on Thursday. They said they didn't do late check outs because they had to flip the cabin for the next guests. However, we booked a 3rd night(last minute) and they kept us in the same cabin

Overall wonderful Only issue was no WiFi and no enforcement of quiet time We had people talking loudly partying at next door cabin up to 3 am on Friday night .

Everyone was friendly and helpful and courteous. We had issues with the smart TV so when we notified them of the problem, they didn't put off coming to fix it. Not that we watched it much, the weather was too nice to stay inside.

Stayed 5 days at the end of season. Staff and cabin was awesome. Never been to a KOA that had permanent residents. Didn't really care for that. Like meeting people from all over the country.

We stayed in a cabin which was very nice and clean. The activities were great and the kids loved the inflatable’s in the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a pontoon boat which was fun but the boat itself was pretty dirty. It had cobwebs everywhere. Seems for that price somebody could at least do a little basic cleaning. Otherwise it was a good stay. Would recommend.

This is the most clean and beautiful KOA We have ever stayed at. The whole campground has a nice vibe going on. Love the community events like Bingo and Chili Cook Offs

Campground is well kept however we stayed in the basic cabins and the beds are terrible. Everyone’s back hurt so bad even the young kids complained. Since KOA took over this campground the prices are sky high now on everything including the camp store, wood, golf cart rental, and fees to get in. I have always enjoyed camping at this campground for years but now can’t afford this place.

Mowing of lawns everyday was excessive and annoying.

The campground is beautiful. The service manager (Jerry) is disrespectful and the worst example of customer service I have ever seen. He frightened my grandkids and tried to charge guest fees for my daughter’s husband, even though they had 5 people in an 8-person cabin (2parents and 3 small children). Ruined the weekend for us.

We stayed in a cabin over memorial weekend. Very impressed with all there was to do for the kids (even with crummy weather). Nice facilities!! our cabin was so spacious and VERY clean!! The activities were so fun. Everyone we ran into was so welcoming including all the staff!! We really appreciated feeling at home for the weekend! Definitely plan to be back to enjoy with warmer weather!! If you have kids/teenagers this place is a must!!!

We come here a couple times every year with family. Has a ton of stuff to do for kids, including lake with beach, lazy river and pool, jumping pads and a couple of playground, fishing peers etc. We love it here!

PROS: Looking for a great spot for kids to have a blast during the day? This is THE place. My son is almost nine and he loved the pool with lazy river, the activities (golf cart candy parade and tie dye) and just biking and hanging out with neighbor kids. There are so many wonderful choices for children and I value that! I found the bathrooms to be fairly clean for the amount of people camping on this weekend. CONS: The site we were given (733) was an actual nightmare to park our rig on. Backing in, even for someone skilled, was horrible. There were bricks in the road (to prevent water ponding) and it popped our tire. There was not a way around them backing into the site. We were not given an alternative site and that was infuriating. Do NOT choose site 733 if you want to start your weekend off peacefully. The lady at the front that checked us in even jokingly said “geez I hope you don't get stuck trying to get into that spot” but I had no clue what she meant until we saw the spot. What a shame. The second con is the noise. Many of the sites are seasonal and the guests have golf carts. It makes walking around, especially with littles on bikes, not only unnerving but downright dangerous. With that said, they cruise around, music blasted, until quiet hours which begin at 11pm. With an exhausted kiddo at 9pm, the noise can be a lot. It's too much truthfully. If you're hoping for a little bit of peace, you'll be sad here. If you love a good ruckus and have kids up super late-this is your dream spot. Again, don't choose site 733 though. You've been warned. 🙃
