Very unlevel site. Way to many seasonal sites. Annoying people driving golf carts with Annoying music and making me feel unsafe walking my dog. Couldn't even walk close to the lake because of the seasonal sites. Just didn't feel like a KOA.

We appreciate your feedback, we do try to discourage carts and establish safe carting rules upon entry. 100% of our lake front sites are nightly sites. we hope you travel safe and try us again on a weekday in the future when the park is quiet and relaxed

We had a great stay and enjoyed the lake front site! A storm came through briefly during our stay and the staff was quick to check on things. One recommendation would be to provide better signage of the lake depth where all the water inflatables are since it's over 10' and possibly a sign recommending life jackets. A rope leading from the inflatables to the beach would be nice for extra safety.

Our beach has 4 signs recommending life jackets "we provide them for free!" 2 signs for the inflatables that inform guests the water is ~20' deep, We also added 2 buoys this season marking the 10' point and NO FISHING SWIM ZONE. We will look into more signs to educate.

Great job cleaning up the lake!!!! Last time we were there it was so gross! This is the first year we swam in it! If you could clean up some of the crud on the fishing pond it would be great also. Great stay overall we make this a stop every year! Can’t wait to come back next year

This is a very nice park! It was very hot while we were there so it was nice to have both the pool and lake to swim in. We rented a golf cart for the weekend and a pontoon for one day. It was our fourth time camping there but our first time using the game room. Nice place to cool off without having to pay for the games. It would be nice if there were more restrooms scattered around the park.

Narrow sites. Extra charges to bring your own golf cart. Entire back half of property is seasonal sites, and it looks so cluttered. I can't say that I'll never be back, but it will be a last resort if I ever do return to this campground.

One of the largest koa we have ever seen. Very nice and beautiful place extremely well maintained.A true family outing spot great for the kids.

Requested a shady site. Site provided did not get shade until around 7pm on 2 of the hottest days so far in this area. When I checked in I told the girl I would take a shady lesser spot over being in the direct sun in the middle of the day. She said she thinks the site assigned was shady. Recommend staff get a clue about the park, I saw at least 5 sites that meet my request. On the up side the laz

Our family loved all of the activities for the kids, the park area being gated added an extra level of relaxation for our family with young kids. The campground was very clean and we felt welcome.

Overall the campground was very nice! TONS of family-friendly amenities and activities to keep everyone entertained. Facilities were all very well kept, and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was we wanted to stay a bit longer the day of checkout but would have had to pay for a "late checkout". Aside from that, it was amazing!

We had a wonderful time catching up with family. Wonderful staff, clean facilities and even though there are a lot of people around, quiet time was enforced allowing for rest. We would come again!

Very beautiful camp ground. Clean sites, pool, & beach area. Alot of activities thru the weekend to keep everyone busy. Nice Dog park area, loved the fire hydrant available to them as well. Would have loved a dog area at the lake for them to swim as well.

Our stay was awesome. One little thing kids shouldn't be able to have a football to throw around in the lazy river. We almost got hit 2 times in the head.

Absolutely beautiful!!!! We stayed for 2 days right on the lake! Slept like babies with the breeze. Neighbors were very pleasant, quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Angola/Hogback Lake KOA

Only stayed one night but wish we could've stayed longer. Wonderful site, close to the pool and bouncy pillow. Would recommend during the week stays the pool was crowded Sat. Lots of seasonal sites but it didn't bother us.

We only stayed one night. And while the campground was large and very nice upon entry its look was deceiving. We asked for a pull thru site and were sent to the very back row on the most uneven unlevel space in the entire place. We ended up having to unhook our tow vehicle an were still unable to level our unit. We were tired from driving and were expecting a good night's sleep.

We stayed in a cabin over memorial weekend. Very impressed with all there was to do for the kids (even with crummy weather). Nice facilities!! our cabin was so spacious and VERY clean!! The activities were so fun. Everyone we ran into was so welcoming including all the staff!! We really appreciated feeling at home for the weekend! Definitely plan to be back to enjoy with warmer weather!! If you have kids/teenagers this place is a must!!!

We come here a couple times every year with family. Has a ton of stuff to do for kids, including lake with beach, lazy river and pool, jumping pads and a couple of playground, fishing peers etc. We love it here!

PROS: Looking for a great spot for kids to have a blast during the day? This is THE place. My son is almost nine and he loved the pool with lazy river, the activities (golf cart candy parade and tie dye) and just biking and hanging out with neighbor kids. There are so many wonderful choices for children and I value that! I found the bathrooms to be fairly clean for the amount of people camping on this weekend. CONS: The site we were given (733) was an actual nightmare to park our rig on. Backing in, even for someone skilled, was horrible. There were bricks in the road (to prevent water ponding) and it popped our tire. There was not a way around them backing into the site. We were not given an alternative site and that was infuriating. Do NOT choose site 733 if you want to start your weekend off peacefully. The lady at the front that checked us in even jokingly said “geez I hope you don't get stuck trying to get into that spot” but I had no clue what she meant until we saw the spot. What a shame. The second con is the noise. Many of the sites are seasonal and the guests have golf carts. It makes walking around, especially with littles on bikes, not only unnerving but downright dangerous. With that said, they cruise around, music blasted, until quiet hours which begin at 11pm. With an exhausted kiddo at 9pm, the noise can be a lot. It's too much truthfully. If you're hoping for a little bit of peace, you'll be sad here. If you love a good ruckus and have kids up super late-this is your dream spot. Again, don't choose site 733 though. You've been warned. 🙃
