There was no movie at night time like the schedule of events had listed. My kids were upset they missed out. The campground was more focused on a euchure tournament. A lot of drunks speeding around on golf carts as well.

The host " Dan" was very rude during our check in process. Everyone else who has ever helped us was so kind. We have stayed here about 25 times now and we used to love it! Im not sure we will be returning next summer.

We really enjoy it at hogback Lake KOA but it just seems like it’s a bit expensive, more expensive than other places that we’ve stayed at. My niece and her family stayed on a primitive site with just a tent and paid $140 for two nights And their spot was on a slope, not even on flat ground. I feel like $140 is a lot of money for nothing more than just tent

Gate would not open with card key again, same thing happened last stay. Had to jump through a few hoops before someone would open gate. Person was not happy, said i was doing it wrong, then said it will not open for motorcycles. She opened from a remote location. Put a sign up telling motorcycles to go around gate or get it to operate like exiting gate, it works fine with motorcycles. All good

Very clean campground, well maintained, had issue with electric they were there in about 10 min. to fix. love the side of the campground with the creak out our back, very relaxing to set along the water and watch the birds and fish

Wow, where do I start? This is not a campground, it is golf cart race way. The cost of this place and all the hype the advertising is about this being a great campground, are SO false. The people on the holf carts were blasting their radio at ALL hours of the night, there was NO enforcing the speed limit and no respect there were hundreds of kids running around. What a waste of time and money!

It would be great to have access to the property if you arrive and your cabin isn't ready. After a long day of travel, with kids and dogs, it's disappointing to arrive and be told you need to go somewhere else and find something to do for an hour.

Friendly staff, clean pool and shower house, great play areas for kids. Liked the option to rent a golf cart and also loved having daily trash pickup.

We always enjoy our stay!!! We were disappointed in the quality of the WiFi speed and signal…so slow, inconsistent, and very difficult to stream any shows. You used to have cable hookup…what happened to that???? Prices keep going sky high, which deters us from camping more often. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Inflatables on lake need inflated daily for best enjoyment.

The park is clean. Pool is great! Beach is fantastic. Could beef up the arts n crafts a bit (only on Sat and had the exact same craft this year as we did last year) Staff is top notch - super helpful, knowledgeable. The reason for 4 stars is the fire pits changed out last year. Completely and totally DESTROYED the campfire experience. It’s like mini burn barrel. Way over board on safety

A lot to keep kids busy! Very nice campground with loads to do! A second pool for littler ones would be nice only because no one watches there kids in the pool and there’s a lot of jumping in the lazy river right in front of your faces but that’s not something that can always be fixed. So 10/10

We rented a premium space with a gazebo and it was right across from the dumpsters. The smell of rotting garbage had my wife and I sick to our stomachs for the 2 days we were there.

I loved the area, the staff at the store was the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with.

Really enjoyed site/new blow ups at the lake, Awesome fun! Activities a bit weak for Christmas in July, however weather was not cooperating, so I understand. Main complaint I'd have is the price to rent a golf cart. We rent at every campground, as my daughter has mobility issues, BY FAR, these are the most expensive! Ours would not even get up the hill with 4 people. Need to reduce price.

Everything was great except our site we were on site number 480- it appeared a load of gravel was just dumped on the ground not necessarily even spread out or leveled. The gravel made leveling the camper next to impossible and after one day we had to hook back onto the camper to add more boards under the tires. We’ve stayed at numerous other sites here and never experienced that. Disappointing!

We had a blast here, we love this campground nd truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for Christmas in July we won the site decorating contest. My only suggestions would be upgrade the dump stations so they have hoses attached to them, also fix the large red and blue playground that has the swing on the tack it gets stuck and takes away from the fun. It needs new barrings and it would be perfect.

Too many golf carts, very loud music on golf carts lare at night and honking horns. No posted sign that can't enter store without them and you lost customer revenue. Will not be back.

Our annual light up holiday golf cart parade does take place every year during half way to the holidays and is posted both online and in park. Its a great time as many kids and families stand by their rigs to cheer on the holiday spectacle in the summer night heat. Be sure to check the event page

Great KOA. Stayed with grandkids in our motorhome. Pool was very nice includes a lazy River. Bath house very clean and multiple playgrounds. We will be back.

the site we were in 326 to close to highway very noisey hard to sleep i should be compensated. Secondly not enouphy bathrooms located to far away . to many seasonal campers with shaded areas taken my reate should be adjusted. no one in the check in told use about fishing and how to access the opertunity. lanes confussing travel in and out not clearly marked

Concern about electric. Our trailer is only 2 years old and had trouble keeping breaker on. Your workers shut us off at one point and did not tell us they were working on line. Nice to have had a courtesy call. Things seem to have changed are 5 th year here, workers were short with us and other campers. Store shut down so early had trouble using it.., really sadden by the change.

We stayed in a cabin over memorial weekend. Very impressed with all there was to do for the kids (even with crummy weather). Nice facilities!! our cabin was so spacious and VERY clean!! The activities were so fun. Everyone we ran into was so welcoming including all the staff!! We really appreciated feeling at home for the weekend! Definitely plan to be back to enjoy with warmer weather!! If you have kids/teenagers this place is a must!!!

We come here a couple times every year with family. Has a ton of stuff to do for kids, including lake with beach, lazy river and pool, jumping pads and a couple of playground, fishing peers etc. We love it here!

PROS: Looking for a great spot for kids to have a blast during the day? This is THE place. My son is almost nine and he loved the pool with lazy river, the activities (golf cart candy parade and tie dye) and just biking and hanging out with neighbor kids. There are so many wonderful choices for children and I value that! I found the bathrooms to be fairly clean for the amount of people camping on this weekend. CONS: The site we were given (733) was an actual nightmare to park our rig on. Backing in, even for someone skilled, was horrible. There were bricks in the road (to prevent water ponding) and it popped our tire. There was not a way around them backing into the site. We were not given an alternative site and that was infuriating. Do NOT choose site 733 if you want to start your weekend off peacefully. The lady at the front that checked us in even jokingly said “geez I hope you don't get stuck trying to get into that spot” but I had no clue what she meant until we saw the spot. What a shame. The second con is the noise. Many of the sites are seasonal and the guests have golf carts. It makes walking around, especially with littles on bikes, not only unnerving but downright dangerous. With that said, they cruise around, music blasted, until quiet hours which begin at 11pm. With an exhausted kiddo at 9pm, the noise can be a lot. It's too much truthfully. If you're hoping for a little bit of peace, you'll be sad here. If you love a good ruckus and have kids up super late-this is your dream spot. Again, don't choose site 733 though. You've been warned. 🙃
