The park itself is huge. Great if you have small kids, however the RV pads at least ours was un-level as it got not even remotely close to being level. the park itself was closed when I got there at 6 PM. It was dusty as well as just dirty everywhere. The public showers definitely need some love overall if you have small kids, there’s a ton of things for them to do. I wasn’t happy with it.

We love all of the activities for kids here! We really appreciated one of the store employees stepping in to assist with ice cream for our big group of kids to end our camping trip well!

My second visit and one of my few repeat visits to a campground as we travel. I did enjoy the lazy river. Sites in front are tight. I’m glad my neighbor did not make a fire. Internet “is being worked on “. How many times have I heard that?

Our stay was nice..love the campground. Very disappointed there was no wifi. We had work to do and couldn't do it. Some compensation would have been nice.

I had a site on the lake. The site was very small and people kept walking through my campsite to get to the boat dock. We had no privacy whatsoever. And I even left a day early and none of the staff asked me why I was checking out a day early.

It was great! Lots of activities and things to do. My only complaint was all the golf cart traffic. It was nerve wrecking just letting my kids ride their bikes.

We really enjoyed the campground and it was nice and peaceful and relaxing with plenty of activities to keep the kids busy. However, Saturday it became extremely busy with every camp site booked, the lines and waits for activities became so long and crowded you could not do anything away from your campsite with out there being a ton of people. We could not even get in the pool, too many people!

At 10:30 pm on our first night we were asked to move our car from our camp sight so the incoming tent campers could have a fire. They then proceeded to put up 4 tents and all little details at 11 pm. There dog roamed around coming into our spot which was now not much space since having to move the vehicle. It was not a good first impression. We had booked a Friday to Sunday but left Sat. morning.

We stay right on the lake and love it. One of our favorite places. We always have a great service, beautiful area. There are alot of people that have permanent spots there and we know why.

The camp was somewhat clean. The pool water was green and lots of dirt debris in it. Lots of unattended kids all over the grounds. Straight in backin sites made it difficult to get into sites. Cars all over also made it difficult to maneuver large rigs. More defined parking and making sure young kids didn't run free with better housekeeping would go a long way.

Wifi was not working and cellular service was non existent making it impossible to access internet. Sign at registration building indicated wifi was under repair but that was of little help to us while we were there and it was non operational. Site was not level from front to back nor side to side. There was sewage smell in the breeze from time to time.

WWE went to check out our new camper and to just kick back and relax for a few days. The only thing I think you could change is the prices to rent golf carts and boats. Cart are $45 a day in our park in Michogan and pontoon boats are $150 a day in Foley Alabama per day. $140 per day for the carts and $299.99 per weekday for the boats is my opinion is way out of line

Very nice campground and amenities. My son loved the finishing pond. Our camp site was spacious and completely level. We loved the personal dog area at our site for our pup to hang out in. Staff at the store/office seemed a bit stressed/rude in both interactions with us and what we observed with other campers as well. But other than that a very nice stay.

Everything was great. We bring grand children every year. The little zip line in the one playground was not working properly which was disappointing to the grand children. Pool never disappoints. I think kids need monitored because parents certainly are not watching them. My grandson was bullied and jumped on twice by kids running and jumping in lazy river. That was the only disappointing thing.

We were there for an overnighter. The campground id big, it backs up to the lake. The property makes for a good walk, it is clean and well kept. It can be a little tight for maneuvering a bigger fifth wheel trying to exit.

When checking in we were greeted by a nice lady, she explained where our site was and asked if we would like a guide, I'd said yes as journey to the campground was a bit long. The guide came greeted us and took us to our spot which was an angered one the guide took us the opposite direction which made it impossible to back in. He smile said it's tight chuckled and left . Fire ring poor placement.

Site was very small and too close to neighbors. Fire ring was 1 foot from the road so we couldn't have a campfire. The central area straight out from our camper door had the neighbors sewer hookup. Lake was dirty. Very disappointing!

This was our first time staying at a KOA. Everyone was super friendly with all of our kids that were around. The playgrounds were great. We really enjoyed the pool and the lake access. We will be staying at KOA's in the future and most likely will be back to Hogback! My son loved it so much, he asked if we could get a season lot. Thank you for a great weekend!!

It’s a great campsite with lots of loud activities, if that’s what you’re into. Our lot was a stones throw away from a corn hole tournament with hundreds of people, that went until 11:00 with music blasting. It’s not what we had in mind when we over paid for tent camping.

At night people were driving golf carts w/loud music & you could smell the alcohol &/or weed from their when they drove by There was a mustang with the top down driving around smelling strong of alcohol At 9pm during the wagon ride they had water guns The driver said if you don’t want to get wet say no We all said no they squirted anyway They soaked us & all of our chair & it was cool outside

Not enough bathrooms and what you have is beyond filthy. You have trees that scrape the side of a large RV when pulling out of several of your pull-through sites. No data on the WiFi provided. No data on ATT phone service in the area. The pool, lazy river, and playgrounds are very nice.

first time here. nice large park great areas to walk. local county airport across road even has parachuters dropping in! we don't use facilities but will def stay again if we're traveling that way. oh.. HUGE dog park! �

Lots of noise being close to highway. A lot of traffic on the roads with people driving on golf carts. Had a really nice pool, beach and lots of playgrounds. Staff checking us in lied about availability when asking to upgrade to a site with sewer and close to our friends; said only site had to be one with the patio,a $30 upgrade. Noticed after staying the night there were multiple sites available

Overall I liked this campground , it was clean- the bathrooms were fine but the seasonal campers detract from the experience. Many of them have junk all over their area, Tacky looking items like plastic ornaments, overloaded with furniture etc. but the worst is the endless stream of golf carts, they drive in circles- all day- every day.

Yes. Most of the park is seasonal, but it's a large park. And very clean/tidy. Plenty of large non-seasonal sites, lots of grass, with/without patios. We stayed overnight w/36' Georgetown and a toad and extra car - plenty of room - easy to level. Lots of walking space, which makes our dogs happy. Staff very friendly. A keeper spot.
