Lovely large site, loved the exercise trail to walk the dogs. Huge K9 area fenced in the middle for multiple families to use. Sites are spacious, friendly staff. we rebooked for next year! Thank you!

We traveled as a couple but met another couple there for a friend's weekend. We had a nice site on the lake. Except for a few rule benders (golf carts after hours) it was a relatively quiet campground. A lot of amenities for families. Although we were there after labor day, it seemed like there would be a lot to do during peak season. We have already recommended this park to some of our family.

Pool was filthy and couldn’t even use it. Loud all night long and felt very unsafe.

Clean campground, welcoming staff. The only negative comment I have is golf carts running through the park with loud music during the night. Not appreciated.

Booked here because it states they have WIFI. In the literal sense they do but it SUCKS. Had to do work and couldn’t. Given some excuse about a WIFI upgrade. The overnight campers are stuck near RT20 which is LOUD all night. The seasonal campers are rude with their golf carts blaring music in parade fashion. Bath houses are FEW and FAR between. Could be great but need to square their stuff away

We always have a great time here and our son loves all the activities for kids that you provide. Amazing upgrades with the playgrounds, he was so excited about those!! Pool was just a little over crowded, but the weather was very hot.

Been coming to this KOA for 4 years now and everyone is always nice and welcoming. Only reason didn't get a 5 is that the pool was GREEN the whole weekend. Never saw anyone attending to it. It has gone downhill.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin on the lake. Very cool with lots of room. Very nice porch and patio. It’s a big campground with lots of amenities.

If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay this is not it! Seasonal campers fly around on golf carts like they own the place, they have "parades" where the golf carts bomb around with music blaring honking their horns at 10:45pm. For anyone with small kids I'd suggest going to Yogi's right down the road. It's more peaceful, quiet, have more kid friendly activities and overall nicer.

Your TV and internet service barely works - it’s not do to load I was there before and after campground was full and it still doesn’t work properly. Front store staff needs to be friendlier and customer service training - they seemed to think spending money or buying g more services from you was a distraction to their work…

Next year going from 72.00 to 140.00 per day holiday weekend for same camp site. I have book at Middlebury In koa Next year for 55.00 per day holiday weekend . No thanks

I find it dangerous to allow golf carts with alcohol on board running around in the dark. They were reckless and alarming. 1 came very close to hitting my car car and a group of teens walking. Too many drunks on vehicles. We won't be back.

Ive been coming to this location for 7 years and Dan is the best manager this place has ever seen. He is hands on with everything from helping with check in/out, all the activities and any maintenance you may need. We are so excited for all of our future camping trips here.

Enjoyed our stay, we were backed into the back in sites of the fishing pond right behind the pool area and that area is unable to be fished in, map looks like it could of been when booking months early online. Other than $9 for a small bundle of wood and the 1 central restroom is a bit of a walk. We like the park and plan to be back in the future

site 221. Great except for the inconsiderate guests who walked through our campsite to get from one side of the road to the other. We moved our truck to partly mark it off, but it might be nice to designate a specific place with a little stone path. Don’t have any idea how to discourage folks from walking way up next to our camper instead of on the edge of the road.

We have stayed here many times, but you are Extremely over priced. The Young girl who checked us in had a bad attitude. The Restroom At the pool were absolutely horrible. We stopped in at 8 PM to get ice cream three people standing around and they said if you wanted ice cream you had to drive down the road We will not be back.

The kids, our friends, and we had so much fun! So much to do for everyone and hope to visit again soon. I only wish the ice cream was open later on Sunday for the holiday weekend. We got there 4 min after 4 PM and it was closed.

This was one of our favorites so far. We loved all of the amenities. We loved that the landscape and vibe fit with the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the playground, little beach, the boat rentals, and the lazy river at the pool. However, sites are small and so cramped the fire pit was under our awning on both sites. Lake inflatables need life jackets and staff for safety.

Overall it was a good time. The site we were on was pretty small. The pool could be bigger for the amount of guests that use it but we liked the lazy River. I always appreciate a dog park for my goldens. I wasn’t expecting the amount of golf carts that constantly drove thru the park loudly with lights. Never seen that many at a campground before. The lake was nice and my kids loved the water toy

A great campground with plenty to do! The facilities were all cleanly and staff was very nice. Plenty of life in this campground with lots of activities scheduled. Our only disappointment was that the inflatable obstacle course on the lake was missing several inflatables from the video online. Possibly they were starting to take it down. Will definitely be staying again!

This campground is too crowded. The constant golf cart riding around the campground is ridiculous and takes away from any chance of quiet relaxation. Also, you put us on a site where our RV fit, but our vehicle did not.

This was our first time camping here. We took our grandson and he loved it. We had so much fun as there were lots of activities to keep this 5 year old happy. Campground was clean and sites were large. It was peaceful and everyone was friendly in the office. Will definitely come again

We have stayed here many times. The feel in registration was different. Did not feel welcomed more of a number. We did not get site we wanted given to someone else who stayed 21 hours, we stayed 6 nights. Fireplace were located on the neighbors site. We will return but please do better along with ground maintenance. Bring back previous manager. Miss the friendless of previous years.

no TV, OTA or Cable, no WIFI, water smells bad, they parked us in a group of 3, RV next us had awning out, could not deploy our window awning. there were plenty of open sites, they could have spread us out

We value your feedback, during your stay 48 channels were operational and we did not receive any complaints on file for your service. We are undergoing a huge WIFI upgrade in the park but our WIFI, though slow, was still operational. Our water is tested monthly through an independent lab.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was nice. AC was nice. Bed comfortable. Grill worked and was somewhat clean but there was no brush to clean after using it. The lower number channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and PBS) did not work and could not be fixed for the four days we were there. The upper windows did not have curtains or blinds. We had to put pillows in them when sun shined through into our eyes.

Sites were neatly mowed. The patios were great and the gas grill was a nice touch. The camp store was well stocked and, it had ice cream.

Not easy for large rigs to get in and out. There needs to be a sign to tell rigs how to exit. Lastly, do NOT stay in site 330. The truck traffic is terrible all hours of the day and night. We stayed 1 night.

We had a blast, lots to do. We love the on the lake obstacle course, but it needed the floats to walk on on( between the big slide, and monkey bars) to be better inflated. They were a big dangerous and made is soon hard to get up on anything with out help.

Bathrooms were not great, but got there in the evening so after a long day, we were happy to have a place to rest. Tent camping meant cars driving into and out of facility shined light into tent often but the lazy river and pool were lots of fun (small but my teen and I had fun). BYO pool rings!!! Vegan restaurant in town was excellent

Very friendly people and a store with all kinds of unique items! The park is clean with many things to do for all ages. This is a large park! The lake is awesome!! The cabin was great! The bed mattress was perfect for a great night sleep. We loved our visit and plan to return in a few months to enjoy summer time activities!

Campground is very Clean, Nice & quiet! Love the little pond behind our RV you see the coy & other fish swimming. Only downside is the hard water just change your filters more often.
