Terrible WiFi Absolutely Terrible Mattress And Cabin location was falsely advertised I think they can do a lot better

We appreciate your feedback regarding our rustic cabins. For a more premium experience, we recommend our deluxe cabins with full bathrooms, plush hotel-grade mattresses, and kitchenettes.

Our stay was great and had a wonderful Halloween themed weekend. The weather moatly cooperated. Our only suggestion for this sray was that there didn't seem to be many trashcans near playgrounds and had to hang on to trash until found one. Had a great weekend and will be back.

Not sure the name of the lady that checked me in, she is a ray of sunshine , so happy and makes you feel very welcomed. Halloween weekend is always a favorite with our grandchildren.

We had a great time. The cabin was fun and mostly comfy (beds not so much) Thank you for providing bowls for our dog. Unexpected and very appreciated. We met several seasonal campers and they were lots of fun and very welcoming. Everyone was fun during the tricker treating event. The person that checked us in on Friday was fabulous and very friendly! Very thorough.

Have been here before 3 times and as always have a good time here. Also visited the local state park north of the park and was a great day there as well.

I absolutely love staying here. We have a family tradition now where we come every year for Halloween. Val was super helpful and always kind every time we saw her. And everyone else was amazing as well!

Angola hogback lake koa is amazing. Clean sites, friendly staff, and tons of fun activities. The haunted barn was incredible, Well organized, spooky, especially the chainsaw and clowns. You can tell the team puts their heart into everything they do, perfect mix of relaxation adventure and good times. Dont forget the trick or treating. We will definitely be back again and again next year.

Staff from phone calls we heard to other customers, to in person was very unprofessionally rude. Very expensive already to stay, but then want folks to pay for kids to do any craft. Sites are very close to each other.

nice camp store, gated access and decorated for halloween. cellular is spotty. for a holiday, the sites need to be leveled and holes filled in around sites that pose a hazard to feet / ankles. would stay again but site work and more signage are needed!

Valencia at the front desk was great, sandy in housekeeping was delightful and Ben the asst general manager was friendly and inviting. The grounds were in excellent condition - thank you maintenance/grounds!

It was a busy Halloween weekend. The staff is very nice to work with. They stayed calm with all the busy people. Really like the pass through RV spots up front. Great for a short stay.

The new managers and staff are not friendly people. Lisa was so unprofessional and so incredibly rude. Stood like a statue and never smiled. It was like pulling teeth to get her to speak and when she did it was in a very snarky and rude tone. We had family arrive an hour before check in and they refused them at check in until 3pm. The tent site was empty. Where is the hospitality?

The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and close to town if a trip in is needed. Dan, the manager, is always running around the property staying on top of things. We love this koa.

Male worker with white hair (older) was very rude. Also renting a golf cart for 3 days vs. a single day did not have any discount, same daily price.

We brought our granddaughter. She had a blast. Our first time there. We stayed there years ago, wasn't KOA. We will be back.

We asked if we could have a cabin closer to our friends campsite. They told us no, as all cabins were booked. Our entire stay, no one was in any of the cabins near them. We also asked if we could check out later on Thursday. They said they didn't do late check outs because they had to flip the cabin for the next guests. However, we booked a 3rd night(last minute) and they kept us in the same cabin

This was our 2nd stay at this KOA. We came for the Halloween weekend, and it was amazing! The kids had a blast, fishing, trick or treating, and the Haunted barn.

First time here . What a time we had !!! 6 of our 8 Grand kids came for the night and had a fantastic time !!! You guys are great and know how to celebrate Halloween !!! I’m sure we’ll be back next year. The kids will make sure that. Thank you Mike and Shari Mullen

1st time camping here & we absolutely loved it! The halloween weekend was great! Everyone was very friendly & the bingo and the Queen of Hearts was so fun! The band was great!!!

Our neighbors liked to party until wee hours of the night. Yes we could have called and complained but I feel like you should have some sort of security that drives through the night to enforce the quiet times so no one has to snitch and take the wrath from the loud ones. Also the fees should be reduced when the pool isn’t open since there is limited things to do after Memorial Day.

We appreciate your feedback, Our staff patrolls the park especially on weekends even after quiet hours. Our pool is open every season from memorial day to labor day, this year we kept it open until the last week in september.

This was our 5th year for halloweekends and it never disappoints. We've met so many people and now we all try to come the same weekend. We also come in June for water wars and had so much fun. This is by far our favorite place

Overall wonderful Only issue was no WiFi and no enforcement of quiet time We had people talking loudly partying at next door cabin up to 3 am on Friday night .

The bathrooms were clean after 10 am but they were outdated. The roads were packed with golf carts and many kids on bikes and scooters. We rented a boat but the battery had to be replaced before we could pick it up. There were spiders and webbs all over the boat. I suggest you have the boats fueled, inspected and ready before the clients arrive. If loud parties is what you like this is the place

We stayed in a cabin over memorial weekend. Very impressed with all there was to do for the kids (even with crummy weather). Nice facilities!! our cabin was so spacious and VERY clean!! The activities were so fun. Everyone we ran into was so welcoming including all the staff!! We really appreciated feeling at home for the weekend! Definitely plan to be back to enjoy with warmer weather!! If you have kids/teenagers this place is a must!!!

We come here a couple times every year with family. Has a ton of stuff to do for kids, including lake with beach, lazy river and pool, jumping pads and a couple of playground, fishing peers etc. We love it here!

PROS: Looking for a great spot for kids to have a blast during the day? This is THE place. My son is almost nine and he loved the pool with lazy river, the activities (golf cart candy parade and tie dye) and just biking and hanging out with neighbor kids. There are so many wonderful choices for children and I value that! I found the bathrooms to be fairly clean for the amount of people camping on this weekend. CONS: The site we were given (733) was an actual nightmare to park our rig on. Backing in, even for someone skilled, was horrible. There were bricks in the road (to prevent water ponding) and it popped our tire. There was not a way around them backing into the site. We were not given an alternative site and that was infuriating. Do NOT choose site 733 if you want to start your weekend off peacefully. The lady at the front that checked us in even jokingly said “geez I hope you don't get stuck trying to get into that spot” but I had no clue what she meant until we saw the spot. What a shame. The second con is the noise. Many of the sites are seasonal and the guests have golf carts. It makes walking around, especially with littles on bikes, not only unnerving but downright dangerous. With that said, they cruise around, music blasted, until quiet hours which begin at 11pm. With an exhausted kiddo at 9pm, the noise can be a lot. It's too much truthfully. If you're hoping for a little bit of peace, you'll be sad here. If you love a good ruckus and have kids up super late-this is your dream spot. Again, don't choose site 733 though. You've been warned. 🙃
