We R nw 2 the RV life & it ws our 4th time tkng our new 2 us campr out.We had tbl with blck tank @ the very end as we were trying to leave. Rcvd a call @12:07 ltting me knw they had not rcvd key bck & wld be billed $25.Got a cal bck saying tht since it was due to campr issues we would be gvn a grce per untl 4pm. We lft at 1:03pm & wre stl billed $25.Wish tht grce per cld forgvn snc it was 1pm @ NC

We got a pad if you could even call it that in on of the worst spots in the KOA. We paid so we decided to stay but the camp ground keepers (manager) was very hostile whenever you talked to her about anything. I was very calm throughout the interactions and she would jump and was visibly upset. I even told her once why she was so upset when I was just asking a question which upset her more. Worst

The place is lovely and we liked staying by the water but the long term stay people are very loud, they drive crazy on go carts, and they don’t stay quite after the quieter hours. I’m if they would follow the rules I would like it. Lee.

I wished we could have stayed longer. The campground is beautiful. The sites are a little tight for the basic pull-throughs, not much space to your neighbor, but they are long enough and I didn't have to disconnect. We have pups so the K9 camp we used and it was. Loved walking around the grounds which are really nice. Next time we'll stay longer and probably pick a site along the pond.

Had a great time! Loved being on the lake! Loved fishing in my kayak! Only reason for 4 stars is that the sites are pretty small and I couldn’t use my fire ring because it was too close to my Motor Home….but overall a great trip was had and I WILL be back!

I love this place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The campsites are very well kept and the beach is clean and maintained.

Staff was snippy about ice cream station when I came in at 4:30 and they close at 5. They said the close ice cream an hour before closing to sanitize. I camped here before it turned to koa and they never closed things before the actual closing time.

Return key box did not allow for attached flashlight in slot. Dropped key and clipped light onto box. Might want to exclude light on gate keys. Good stay traveling through Indiania.

Only suggestion is to make the tub/shower safer. Needs grip mats and grab bar. Too slippery!

Noisy campground. Likely because it was a weekend, but for one night travelers who need a good night's sleep it was hard. It seemed the location is geared more for family vacations. Golf carts are flying around all hours of the day; cars as well and going way too fast.

We had a very nice weekend. Nice clean level site, we were right up front so we had ample space for our motorhome and tow vehicle.

Tall fire pit at our site was a let down. You can’t see a fire in that kind of fire pit unless you are standing up. Would have not chosen that site had I realized other sites had more appealing fire pits.

We had a nice weekend at the cabin . The the red one across from the pool is very nice. We did not get to enjoy the lake due to weather, but I’m sure during the summer it will be great. Pool is very nice. Besides the long drive, I would recommend this KOA.

I enjoyed the park, staff was friendly. There was an issue with the wifi & tower down all weekend. It rained alot over the weekend so went into town. Also it should be clearer in the documentation that you need to register the max guests at time of check in regardless of your family's size so you do not needlessly pay for extra guests which could have been included in reservation fee.

Clean and people were friendly. Too many rules and some of the staff extremely rude and we kept getting told something different. So that was very frustrating. I wish I had the ladies name who was rude. I actually was going to have them get a manager and ask for a refund because she was so rude and made me feel unwelcome but we just drove 5.5 hours

Ants. Chipmunk infestation. 8 empty sites on our row and they put us next to someone who partied til 11 pm. Trees need trimming back a few rubbed on our rig.

when we arrived on Thursday evening, the office was closed. We had a hugh issue with the water line leaking, called the after hour phone number and they told us the office was closed. They might come- Crazy!! After 3 hours we went and bought our own pipe wrenches to fix their issue so we would have water. Thank god we did, cause they never came all weekend to see what we needed. Its sad

Store did not have much to choose from in terms of forgotten items. Such as condiments, butter, etc. Pool is also very shallow if you have older kiddos or teenagers.

It was fun and we will definitely be back. Clean place the cabin was great and my kids had a lot of fun. The one thing we didn’t like is kids and an adult kept coming in front of our campsite/cabin to fish. They were stepping all over and threw our stuff leaving trash lay around. It was very annoying and I finally had to say something to the people and keep telling the kids to pick up their tras

The camp ground was pretty nice. The kids liked that the pool was heated a little. The bathrooms however smelled awful and by the 2nd day had no hot water. I would probably stay at this campground again.

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed on the lake this time. Which was nice, but no fault of the campground, but parents really need to teach their kids proper camping etiquette. Because we were on the lake we constantly had children walking through our campsites or fishing on our campsites. These sites are smaller than what we usually book so it was a little annoying. Overall we love angola

We have been camping here for awhile. This is the first time with issues. The site was full of dirt and not good. I asked to be switched but was told no. I asked for the manager to come to our site. He made excuses and gave us an ultimatum to leave an get credit or have gravel brought in. The rating was how he handled it. His tone and arrogance was wrong! Very disappointed!

We are sorry you didnt love your campsite. The KOA 1-Hour Site Guarantee entitles you to a full refund of your registration fees if you are not completely satisfied with your services or facilities and wish to leave. Your site had some concerns left by previous campers, it was rebuilt.

I've been traveling to multiple KOA's over the past few years trying to find our favorite one. We always tent camp with no hookups and aim to enjoy nature in a peaceful environment. Unfortunately there was no peace here. Tent sites were stacked on top of each other. Neighbors blared music, got wasted,and spent nights vomiting loudly. Firepits in bad condition.Good amenities. Won't tent here again.

Great KOA with clean facilities, friendly staff, and a well‑run campground. The only “problem” here isn't the campground — it's the handful of guests who think the rules don't apply to them.The staff does an excellent job keeping the park safe and enjoyable for everyone, and sometimes that means enforcing rules. Unfortunately, some people get upset when they're asked to follow them and leave one‑star reviews that don't reflect the actual experience. If you appreciate a campground that's organized, safe, and well‑maintained, this KOA is exactly what you want.
