The pool and pool area was very dirty. Everytime we come to KOA, it seems to be dirtier. Our campsite wasn’t even mowed. You need to fix the WiFi quickly, because you have no (very bad) cell service in the park, so basically we spent the week off the grid ( no cell, TV and WiFi). For what you charge ($110+ per night ) for a campsite, that should at least have good WiFi and TV service.

We had a nice time at Angola/Hogback KOA over the 4th of July weekend. The campground overall was ok, we didn't have any major complaints. However, for the price it should be held to a much higher standard. The pool only had one unisex bathroom there was a constant line for. The main shower house was also small and not kept the cleanest. Activities were not advertised well. 3 of 5 star rating.

Customer service and all the employees are very helpful and so friendly! Fourth of July activities, especially the fireworks, were the absolute best I’ve ever seen!! Very happy with our stay at Hogback Lake!!

Late check in was not easy no contact to reach had to walk around building to finally find it.We were out back in the placement with rv trailers only tent on that side until the last day we got a tent neighbor.This feels like it could be unsafe. Lots of family kid friendly events which super nice but maybe some adult only areas would be nice. We wanted a pontoon boat none available No golf cart

The Bathroom showers were disgusting. I thought it was over priced we have stayed at better campgrounds for half the price of what we paid to stay there.

We are sad to hear another camper left the bathroom in poor condition, we do clean them multiple times a day and do regular checks.

Site was nearly impossible to get into between the backwards turn we had to make & the trees. Had to wait for campers across the street to leave. Areas of the site had tall grass & large areas were all dirt, very messy trip after the rain. We loved the pool area but the weekend was so over booked we barely go to use it/it was filthy when we did. No WiFi the entire time. Expected more for the price

We love KOA ANGOLA. It was water wars weekend and we come every year. Had a great time. Will be back in October for halloweekends

What an awesome place so close to home. Staff were pleasant. The obstacle course and the water at the beach was so much fun for the kids. They had a blast doing that all day. The pool lazy river looked really fun but we didn't make it into those. One of my kids landed wrong off the pillow bounce thing in the sand and broke his foot so we had to leave.

We had a great time during our stay. The pool was amazing and they had nice playgrounds for the kids. Liked that they were always on top of the trash p/u. Bathrooms were always maintained. The staff were friendly. Only downfall was the WiFi.

Loved the lakeshore site, clean bathrooms, pool, garbage pickup and wood delivery. Many places needed trimming and the channels were covered with algae. There were weeds in the flowerpot by the bathroom.

I emailed twice no response, we left after 1 night we also told the security guard we were pulling out gave him our key. A stray dog eating out of the ashes next to our camper we couldn't let our dog out yet we paid for a dog site. Kids on golf carts driving crazy, the park is large and only had 1 person working, store closes 4 or 5 pm. How is that person to control the property alone

We’re sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. During the holiday weekend we had multiple team members on duty into the night along with on-call staff available 24/7. We were not made aware of the dog concern during your stay, and no stray dog was located when checked.

We stayed in cabin 244. Everything was great. The dishes were not clean and we washed them. A light was out and almost ran out of toilet paper. We would have asked for more if needed but maybe housekeeping could check these things. We love the campground and all the amenities.

Lovely campgrounds. Nice size lots. We have a big rig, some trees need to be trimmed by the interior roads. We will be back

80.00 dollars a night and the pond was disgusting…wldnt take much to put some chemicals in was an eyesore. The picture on your website shld really show how terrible it looks. Then the grass what was done in between the 2 hrs it was empty�����‍���. We was there almost a week and was high. A weed eater is needed all over the weekend sites. Then ice cream wasn’t hardly open for our stay w

We appreciate the feedback. Our pond is regulated by environmental guidelines which limit treatment options. Ice cream is available daily and closes 30 minutes before the store. We’ll also share your comments on site maintenance and trimming with our grounds team and leadership.

Lots of family friendly activities to do and special weekend themes. Clean and ready site. Nice that quiet hours are followed. Inconsistent if trash is picked up at the site in the mornings for non seasonal campers. Disappointing to see ‘cleaned’ bathrooms not get filled toilet paper, multiple days in a row.

Someone from KOA should have guided us to our site. Another camper stopped to help us. The map we were given was confusing. Too busy for our tastes- hard to walk around with so many golf carts everywhere. But they did observe the 5 mph speed limit.

I really liked the spot I was at, we were able to fish off the dock and that was fun. However the campfire pits are way too tall :( you can't even enjoy the fire when you're sitting down because you can't see it.

Very crowded campground, with lots of seasonal sites. Spots for weekenders are very small and cramped. Felt like the seasonal campers were the main concern, as sites for weekenders weren't very well maintained. Our lot had not been mowed, and our gravel was not level. Roads in and are were very narrow and hard to navigate a larger rig on. too much golf cart traffic also.

Everything about the stay was great. Only wish we had a picnic table we asked if our site was supposed to have one for weekend camping and was told no. Our camper doesn't have a table so a family of 5 was not the easiest eating breakfast, lunch and dinner.

1st our reservation was screwed up. Stayed 1 night on 1 site and then moved to another site. Get to 1st site someone is already setting up. Dog park was nasty with poop . Only maybe 3 dog poop boxes in campground. Then my sister came to pick us up to go to the wineries. As we where not behind the gate. They where stopped and told they needed to pay 20.00 just to pull in and pick us up. Never aga

It was no fault of the campground but it rained and we only were able to use the rented pontoon for about 3 hours. We will be back for sure and hope the next time isn’t a wash out like this stay was.

My family just returned from a week stay there. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with renting a pontoon to ordering fire wood. The wife said the bathrooms were clean and had hot showers. We were on 911 and 912 which were lakeside sites great views and fishing . The only complaint I have is tell the facility guy who picks up garbage at 8 am to turn his radio down ,way to loud !!!!

We booked a campsite with a gazebo. The site was well maintained minus the gazebo itself. Lots of bird messing and it took two visits to the office to get it cleaned. For the price the gazebo should have been clean upon arrival. The rest was nice and a fun experience.
