It wasn't what I like. I wasn't able to connect to the internet and the staff wasn't helpful or to concerned either. I will stay at the resort locations in the future.

Front office people were so welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the one mile hike through the woods surrounding the campground. It was nice to have a dog park for the littles, separate from the big dogs.

Great tent site location and helpful lighting. Staff was friendly, but store hours were hard to catch. Putt�putt was full of debris, showers needed better cleaning, and the pavilion bathroom light went out and wasn’t fixed. Exit bushes block the view when leaving. Overall felt overpriced for the condition of the campground.

KOA used to be an exciting place to go camping when I was a kid. Apparently things have changed a lot. Between the broken down trailers, the sketchy looking mobile home with broken fence and trash littered everywhere, green pool, and finally mostly broken play area we decided to leave within an hour of being there.

Proprietress was VERY helpful and kind. We celebrated New Year’s Eve and it was COLD and we were new to tent camping and she had good information for us.

First impression was horrible. We got yelled at about one car per campsite while I was unloading but we didn't get a chance to tell them I was moving once I unloaded because he kept yelling. The older lady in the office was also quite rude when i asked a question. The only good thing about this stay was the blonde lady in the office in the mornings. She was very sweet.

Late arrival but park staff met me at the gate, told me where my site was and checked on me ten minutes later. All after dark. Nice place and I got a good nights rest after I got set up. I’m a tent camper and my site was nice but like everywhere in KOA they seem somewhat unchecked. Not a big deal or a game breaker. Always need more hooks and shelves in showers.

The office hours are inconvenient when wanting to use some of the amenities: putt-putt is only available during office hours, for instance. It would be nicer if campers had the opportunity to be able to play when is best for their schedule instead of having to “find something else to do.”

Pool is nice. Playground equipment and putt putt area a little outdated. Shower house was clean the small bathroom at the pavilion in the tent area could use some cleaning inside and they never replaced the toilet paper during our 3 nights we were there. Was quiet for the most part . Tent area u can hear the cars from the road most of the night.

Had a kayak bass tournament and stayed here for the weekend! Excellent experience! Clean areas, quiet and friendly campers. Great location to everything around lake hartwell. Office staff members are very helpful and accommodating

Karen was wonderful and checked me I. With no problem. The bathroom and showers were very clean and the location is a short drive from the sights.

We had a nice quiet stay for our Memorial Holiday weekend! The staff here was super friendly. It is close to home and is a location we will definitely be visiting again for a quick getaway!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the bathrooms were clean and the campsites were clean. My only concern was that in the middle of the night I went to the bathroom and I was followed back to my campsite by a large German Shepherd. The front desk was notified and the response was that people dump stray dogs there all the time and he was just hungry. A little disconcerting.

Overall one of the best campsites. We enjoyed everything: -Playground was just a few steps away -Campsites were very well maintained -Bathrooms were very clean -Sink for washing dishes a few steps from the individual campsites -A walk path in the woods - Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The staff was all super nice and helpful. Loved the playground and the amenities. He proximity to Lake Hartwell was great! Definitely would stay there again.

Small location with lots of on site activities for the kids. Place could use a good update and removal of clutter. Sites were too close together for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We just stayed for 1 night. But the owner had corresponded with me before our visit. He was very responsive and extremely helpful.

This was our first stay at a KOA campground. It was very clean and everyone was so friendly! Quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

The campground is nice, if you a place direct at the river. The owner allows camper to fix their cars at night, so we were right beside am camper who startet his just repaired engine at 11 PM to check it. Even complaining didn't help.The next day complaining at office - nothing happend to that camper. Around Murphy there is no connection for cell-phones possible. Wifi at campground is very slow.

The staffs were all very kind and accommodating. I liked the pool, minigolf, and the foosball table. However the bounce pad needs to be cleaned and there were a lot of cigarette butts in my site. Overall I enjoyed my stay and liked the location.

They were very nice, the areas were clean, they let us finish drying our clothes and eating before we had to check out because they weren't crowded, weather was great, shower was hot

We didn't stay at the campground but came to swim in the pool. Its $5 per person, cash only Monday-Friday if you do not have a reservation. The kids enjoyed the playground, jumping pad and pool. The bathrooms are super clean and they are super friendly.
