Great staff. The cabin is way past due for an upgrade. Heat in bathroom did not work and hot water ran out to quickly in the shower. The grill was not cleaned from previous use. The game room was not open due to a maintenance issue, perhaps they are going to re roof it. Preventive maintenance is certainly not a concern around the property. Very disappointing especially for our grandson.

We loved everything except the bed and the wood. I'm sure the bed is fine if no one has back issues. The wood was just very hard and difficult to cut, but we had a wonderful time and the staff was great

We visited for our dad's 90th birthday celebration which lasted three days. Super cute and comfortable cabin! Beautiful area. Well-maintained property.

This is one of our favorite KOAs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable; they even showed me how to use the washer and dryer efficiently! It's a lovely property with nice amenities. It is neat and clean with a really nice hiking trail on which to walk the dogs.

This was our 2nd stay. Great customer service checking in and out. Cabin was clean and stocked with the products that they advertised. We will be back.

The cabin had no tv, the parking for the cabin was 30 ‘ from the cabin, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the closest bathroom was over 100 yards away.

Fern and her husband were so kind. I have never been greeted at a camp ground with a more loving reception. Nice place to stay and close to Clemson!

No on-line check in. No staff at desk door locked called went to voicemail honked as instructed waited outside 25 minutes before anyone arrived as another person went to find her. Staff slow not amicable licked fingers in instruction booklet given to me complained about the massive RV parked in front of the sitting porch kids liked the cabin! We have always stayed at this KOA when we come to Clemson games but we have always stayed in our camper. It has been about 4 years since we’ve stayed here and came up for a game and this year we decided to stay in the cabins. The cabins are clean however the beds really need some up grading and the cabins themselves do as well. The shower house also really could use some upgrades.

The team there is helpful and fun. They did a great job of answering questions and checking us in quickly. Cabins were clean and comfortable and the outside area was a nice plus with a fire pit, grill, picnic table and porch swing. We'll be back!

The employees here are wonderful! Very nice and helpful. The camp is nice and everything is clean. They allow pets which is a deal breaker for me, got to take my fur babies every time. The pool is amazing. Perfect for a hot southern summer day! The only complaint I have is the swings. They are super loud and need WD40 yesterday. Thanks for such a great vacation. We will be back.

Love the place, only co concern was it said linens provide, which they were but only fir 1 of the 2 beds. And only 2 towels and rags for 4 days and 5 people.

Friendly folks and very clean restrooms/bathhouse. Pool wasn’t open during posted hours which was a bummer. Metal handrails at pool at VERY dangerous. (Burn risk).

The staff is very friendly & plenty of staff on duty to be able to address your needs. Very clean facilities! We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin (C01) - very cute cabin. Only complaint I had… is the cabin bedroom doesn’t have AC so the door has to be open & bring a fan to help push the cold air through. But, great little place & close to Lake Hartwell - 2 to 4 mile drive so you can enjoy the lake!

If you are under the age of 65 you do not want to stay at this campground. Also if you have kids you definitely dont want to stay here. I have been to assisted living facilities that are more enjoyable than this campground. The staff is very rude and nosey. Worst camping experience I have ever had in my entire life.

This KOA Campground had everything. Several playground areas for children, dog walks, well marked signs throughout the campground, beautiful arrangements near some of the campsites like tables and chairs, benches, wooden rockers, fire pits, covered grills, all on wooden platforms. Well maintained Campground. Swimming pool, put-put, large bouncing platform for children. And all the standard things such as bath houses and laundry room. Office personnel were great and helpful. Supplies in office & Little gift shop. Very impressive Campground and had good occupancy while we were there in March 2024.
