Very well kept, quiet and clean. We stayed for 3 days and will stay another night on our return trip

Quiet weekend. We met the new owner Jake seems really nice. The previous owners didn't keep the place up so hopefully Jake will clean it up in time. We will stay again it is convenient for us when we go to school bus racing.

The staff are excellent and friendly, the campsites were clean. We were disappointed with the overall condition of the campground. It does not look like the advertised pictures. It is very run down. We reserved our stay at the beginning and again at the end of our trip. Both times the dumpster was overflowing with garbage. It is extremely hard to navigate turns with a larger RV. We left early.

Lady at office was great park was clean you can tell it is am older park but for the site s they really need upgrades to expensive for my fifth wheel to be sticking out in the road in order to fit

During our stay I spoke with both Karen and Jake. Both were friendly and helpful. The park itself is in need of an update. Bathhouse, playground, gas grills on individual sites and miniature golf are in particularly poor condition.

Nice people, it's difficult to rate any KOA at this time of year when the pool is closed for the season and the mini golf is covered in leaves. Everything here looks like it's well maintained and we loved our picnic table. The wi-fi was a little slow. The bathrooms were very clean. We would stay again.

Nice quiet campground. We stayed during off season. I think wr would like this ground during summer m9nthd. Great sites. Clean facilities. Good customer service during check in.

Nice enough KOA, clean, nice bathroom, but smaller sites. Campers are back to back with less than 10 feet between them, roads and sites need more gravel, advertised all sorts of events that never happened. Lots of permanent residents. Good stop off for an overnight stay, but definitely not "holiday" level KOA.

The cabin was a little dirty to be honest with you. I would highly recommend a mat outside the door to how to keep some of the dirt from going from the yard inside the cabin.

The best thing about Anderson/Lake Hartwell KOA is all of the shade from the trees! Had no problems keeping our camper cool in the heat while we were there. No propane available during our visit, but luckily we ended up not needing it. Conveniently located near our family at Lake Hartwell and Clemson University. Unable to connect our TV to the WiFi at all so bring your own.

The only disappointment was that we couldn't get the TV to work, even after going to the office for help. Also, no internet service. We were not provided with a password.

Easy to get to, very accommodating, roads were a little narrow but easy to navigate, sites were well organized clean and spacious. No change machine in the laundry and office charged a quarter to make change which seems odd.

We were only there for one night, but we got our laundry done and got to relax! Loved it so much, we had to come back the next day and get a pic in front of the sign!

Arrived at 6:30 pm and connected 30 amp power to motor home , ran only one a/c unit and power went out off site after one hour. Called the after hour number provided and was told no one on site to help me that I needed to move to another site . Repacked and relocated to another site and tried again, power would trip every 2/3 hours during the night at the plug.Staff only said sorry next morning

We only stayed one night. The site was easy to get into and it is a beautiful place to stay. Employee who helped me in the phone was great and made booking easy. I would stay there again.

Close to family. Park has very little grass. Mostly gravel and pine needles. Controlling the pine needles with blowers raises quite a bit of dust. Could use some landscaping.

The bathrooms were a significant disappointment. In the shower an odd and ineffective door for privacy, a dirty floor, and no hot water.

We had a good time. Not having an air conditioner in the front room was not ideal, especially when that's the only outside door there was. Aside from that everything went smoothly. Will definitely be returning next year.

Entrance and interior roadways are very rough needs asphalt repair and grading of gravel roads to cover exposed roots. The sites are level and smooth. Lots and lots of trees which inhibit access to some areas for big rigs. Staff very courteous

Not very pleased. The pool had dirt build up walls and clumps of hair floating in it, the water was clear. The advertised putt putt, playgrounds and game room was not as advertised. The biggest issue was the smoke detector in the cabin was started chirping and we were unable to get off which meant no sleep. Was packed up and out at 500am. Not answering or returning calls.

The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us find a campsite that we wanted that would accommodate our tent. We had our entire family out for graduation. It was a wonderful trip.

Grounds were well kept. Water at dump station didn’t work. Long term stay guests made it feel less like a camping experience. Several in the back looked derelict. Kids were scared.

Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Bathhouse was clean. Appreciate the hospitality, Jake! Go stay with these guys. Great bunch of people.

We were there for 3 weeks and our grass was never cut. It was taller than our knees by the time we checked out. Bathrooms were cleaned everyday in the main building. The pool is nice but anyone from anywhere can swim not just KOA campers. The laundry has no AC in it and is extremely hot doing laundry in the summer. The worker Josh was the most helpful, respectful, and over all nice person.

The stay was great! We stayed in cabin 6. The pool was so nice! The restrooms & showers were clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The only down fall was the game room seemed a little outdated, and the roof of the game room was leaking when it rained. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and plan on going back very soon!

I feel that it was a waste of $90. The grounds were uncapped Pineneedles pinecones tree limbs everywhere no TV in the cabin by far the worst KOA I’ve ever stayed in. and couldn’t bring myself to use the shower.

Management was professional and courteous, always ready to answer questions or help when needed. The campground and facilities were clean and well-maintained. My family and I would definitely visit again.

This has been such an amazing safe experience (as well as extremely pet friendly)and we will definitely be back in a couple months.. cabins are super sweet and cozy, staff are friendly and helpful, we attended the Halloween trunk or treat and boo party with the weenie roast and you can definitely tell the new owners are here to make sure everyone is happy and enjoying their stay, super humble and accommodating..

Amazing KOA, very friendly staff, clean bathrooms with doors on showers so have alot of privacy. Seperate male and female. Office Admin and Store is great. They have lots of icecreams, $1 coffee and microwave free for use. Sites are directly in nature! Stunning!
