We had a great reunion with cousins from the East coast. Sept. 21st - 29th. We were all able to be near each other. It was clean and well maintained. The staff were all very polite and friendly. We will be back next year. We were safe during Helene, no trees down near our campers. This was one of the best KOA's we've stayed at. Thank you!

New bathroom in great location. Power was out unfortunately b/c of the hurricane but the campground was well kept and orderly despite the unfortunate weather.

Went to hook up and there was no power cable or internet. I understand with the weather that happened they had no control over it but did not tell me a thing about it . In fact the man that showed me to my site said if you have any problem call knowing the phones were not workin either. Packed back up and left. Not the way to do business!!!!

We pulled in at 4pm and there was no one in the office. We had to wait for approx. 20 minutes. No apology was given. We were led to our site which was fine however, the sewer connection was well above the surface of the ground which meant the hose would not drain properly. I had to disconnect from our rig which led to spillage and then I had to walk the hose back to empty it.

The Camp is lovely. The staff are brilliant and so helpful. Only recommendation would be to stock more essential items in Shop.

WiFi was not the best at our location. We only needed for the one night but we figured it out with using our Roku.

Great campsite we stopped for the night after visiting the Atlanta Safari Park( about an hour away east of Atlanta off I-85 in Ga) park was unmanned on Sunday but check in info pinned on the entrance board. Clean neat dog friendly park.

De luxe cabin the water in the shower was not hot enough. A/C very noisy inside the cabin and poor temperature control. Feedback People also ask

Staff were very nice and responsive to problems. Shower facilities were clean. Amenities were more children oriented and there were no events for a holiday weekend.

some folks there could be a bit more friendly and have the store open all day not a few hours here and there. Over all we did enjoyed our stay.

I called before I made my reservation to see if anyone lives at the park. They said no. We do not like staying at places where people are allowed to live there. Probably 50% of the place was residential. All the good spots were residential guests. The place is really old. Trash at sites that was never picked up. Aggressive dogs. Weird homeless people living in tents. Pool old. Just dirty!

Nice shady sites. Would recommend having a fence or plants to separate the permanent sites from the vacation sites.

Workers were awesome- very friendly and helpful. Campground is small but has a great dog park and pool was ok. Lots for smaller kids to do with playground . All stones do bike riding is a bit dangerous. One bad thing is the entrance and exit are same road and not wide enough for 2 vehicles.

Cabin met expectations of what we needed except the linen situation. The cabin was a deluxe cabin supposed to be fully furnished with everything. There was not a pillow or blanket for the futon. Reservation was 4 days/3 nights for 2 adults. We got 1 towel 1 washcloth for each of us. We finally were able to find the office open the last night but told that's all we get. Pool was not open either.

Our stay was wonderful. We brought our almost 2 year old granddaughter for her first camping experience. She loved playing on the slide at the playground. She also enjoyed the putt putt golf. The big connect four game was fun with help from grampy. The little cabin was just her size. She didn’t want to swim or jump but they were available. Best of all was the ice cream. She wants to come back!!!

Loved the grounds and the workers. Good, helpful, friendly people. Campsite was quiet and nice but very uneven and made using our back, outside kitchen difficult. Also, was disappointed that it wasn’t actually on Lake Hartwell, but it was fine. I loved the trail around the grounds and the fog friendly park and poop bags everywhere.

Super nice people, lots of recreational opportunities - would be a great place to gather with friends to watch a Clemson game! We stayed one night on our way south, and have to say the sites are small. If the site next to us had been occupied, they would have been less than 2 feet away. Power and water are located in center of site, so our 25’ water hose would not reach the back of our RV.

Lake Hartwell KOA was a beautiful well maintained campground. The staff was exceptional as well. Debi helped me on the phone before our visit and was a great help during our stay as well.

This KOA is wonderful. Second time we have been. We have stayed at KOA's all over the US and we would definitely stay here again and again. There are plenty of things to keep the kids happy, my niece loved it here. The only reason I gave it three stars is because the cabin we stayed in, the "haunted" cabin, does not have an a/c unit in the loft area, just a large fan, so as cool as it was downstairs with the a/c, my mother and niece were very uncomfortable sleeping upstairs. Hot air rises, this we know. The downstairs a/c does not cool off the loft. Other than that, we loved it! The cabin is decorated so cute and added to the "haunted" tale, the campground is clean and we loved the staff. Can't wait to go back in the fall!!!

We were in town for a wedding and this location was 8 minutes away from the venue. Smooth check-in, friendly staff, nice sites. I've been to KOAs that feel like parking lots, but this one had plenty of trees and the dog park area was a nice way to spend some off lease time with the dogs.
