Great staff. The cabin is way past due for an upgrade. Heat in bathroom did not work and hot water ran out to quickly in the shower. The grill was not cleaned from previous use. The game room was not open due to a maintenance issue, perhaps they are going to re roof it. Preventive maintenance is certainly not a concern around the property. Very disappointing especially for our grandson.

My son was fishing a college tournament and we had to check out at 11 however weigh in was at 1pm. I explained the situation and they found me a spot to move my camper and didn’t charge me anything. Fantastic folks that went out of their way to help us. Thanks again.

Seems like a nice KOA. Bathrooms were clean. It was cold and rainy, so most of the KOA activity stations were closed.

After a long day on the road, it was exciting receive a treat at check-in. The staff at Anderson/Lake Hartwell KOA have excellent customer service! A staff member takes so much pride in where he works that he built a bathroom/shower house. The place that he built you could tell was made with love. This KOA is worth a stop to see this wonderful master piece made by a KOA staff member!

Had to relocate sites because I did not reliaze original site was only electric and water. Manager was very helpful in locating a full hookup site and we appreciated her efforts in finding new spot. Located in beautiful area and had several ammenities other campgrounds did not have. The power pedestal at site #24 should raised, it is very low to the ground, trouble connecting power.

I only stayed one night because of traveling through the local channels on the cable was very snowy the maintenance guy come over and check it out and but it didn’t help the higher channels were clear so we know it wasn’t the connection or the cable line other than that must stay was great.

We loved everything except the bed and the wood. I'm sure the bed is fine if no one has back issues. The wood was just very hard and difficult to cut, but we had a wonderful time and the staff was great

We visited for our dad's 90th birthday celebration which lasted three days. Super cute and comfortable cabin! Beautiful area. Well-maintained property.

Spaces are a good size, nice picnic table. I loved the nature trail that surrounds the park. Dog park was okay, large dog side light was out and had to bring flashlight. Playground was great.

The camping areas are shaded with trees and easy to navigate. The bathrooms and showers are clean. The staff is delightful and extremely helpful. We look forward to returning soon.

Small location with lots of on site activities for the kids. Place could use a good update and removal of clutter. Sites were too close together for me. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Definite sewer problem; stench in women’s restrooms was sickening; site black tank drain clogged. Otherwise clean and nice roomy sites, friendly staff. Good location for Clemson events

Very friendly staff for sure. The park itself is a older park in need of infrastructure upgrades. Not many 50 amp hookups. The patio site we had the furniture was covered in dust and pollen. Pretty tight turns for larger rigs. There are newer parks in the area that I would consider next time we travel through the area. The cable tv was unwatchable.

Arrived after the office closed, but everything was set up -no problems. Site required no leveling at all and the restrooms were spotless. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay. The water in the shower took a minute to get warm then I had the best shower ever. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

The staff were very nice, but the campsites are way overpriced. For $85 we expected a lot long enough to easily park our truck & 5th wheel. We also expected the cable TV to work since it was advertised as an amenity. Campground was quiet & easy to get to.

Fern was very kind, cheerful and helpful. This is a great stop on a journey with clean warm restrooms and activities if you need some distraction.

This is one of our favorite KOAs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable; they even showed me how to use the washer and dryer efficiently! It's a lovely property with nice amenities. It is neat and clean with a really nice hiking trail on which to walk the dogs.

When booking site, we were told that the sites had decks. Not ALL sites have decks and the fire ring was in a hill.

This KOA Campground had everything. Several playground areas for children, dog walks, well marked signs throughout the campground, beautiful arrangements near some of the campsites like tables and chairs, benches, wooden rockers, fire pits, covered grills, all on wooden platforms. Well maintained Campground. Swimming pool, put-put, large bouncing platform for children. And all the standard things such as bath houses and laundry room. Office personnel were great and helpful. Supplies in office & Little gift shop. Very impressive Campground and had good occupancy while we were there in March 2024.
